I loved the experience of ordering cake with Miras Dial A Cake. Ordering was smooth, people are nice to interact with and very helpful in suggestion designs and alternate options, Delivery was on the dot and delivery people are very polite. The cake was made exactly as I wanted and it tasted out of this world.
I order 4-5 cakes in a year and I have tried most of the top of the line bakers. The experience with Miras Dial A Cake was best because they helped in design, did not insist on full advance payment, gave me multiple payment options, they have good delivery team which knows the job while many others sent the cake by auto or a cab. Mira took responsibility from the time I enquired about the cake till it was delivered on my door steps.
They may be priced slightly higher than some others but then it depends on who are you comparing with. I feel their cakes are worth every penny.
I highly recommend them for special occasion custom cakes.
I must say I really like the cake they had made. It was exactly what I wanted and the taste was oh soo good. Cant complain.
But, the 3D model was really tiny. To be honest I was expecting it to be slightly bigger. Anyway, the quality made up for it.
Well, this place is no way reasonable. A kg of printed cake with a 3D model costed 2K. (I feel that is expensive). But I guess they have to charge a premium to cater to the niche crowd. The delivery was on time, the delivery exec was courtious.
It was a good experience over all. Also, there might be other cheaper options which probably would give the same quality.
Ordered the lazy guy cake online just two days before, this was the first time we ordered online and fortunately it turned out to be good, the cake was as shown on their website and taste was good. Though there was some problem with delivery timings they eventually picked up on the time. Home delivery is added advantage of this place.

I placed my first order with Miras Dial A Cake for a Fresh Fruit cake for my mother's birthday. The cake was aesthetically appealing,and tasted awesome! The fondant figurine was cute and the cake was soft and moist and the filling was beautiful. Thanks to MDAC team, my mother was very very happy.

From the start, they were very professional, gave me all the details over there phone.
I sent them a picture of the cake that I wanted and they baked it to perfection. Very very happy with the finish, colors and taste. I had ordered for red velvet and it tastes awesome.

Really impressed by Dial A Cake. Ordered a Red Velvet cake as a surprise for my girl friend on her birthday. They were sweet enough to deliver the cake to her doorstep but not before producing one of the most delicious tasting cakes ever. The moistness of the cake and the layering was just right with the cake even having a chocolate drawing of my girlfriend's face based on the image I shared with them. Highly recommend them!
Wonderful cakes much beyond my expectation both in terms of looks and taste. The vanilla cake with Choco Caramel filling was what Miras recommended to me for the cake I ordered and I was floored by the taste, simply out of this world.
The lady who took my order spent almost 20 minutes talking to me about event, understanding my requirement, answering my questions, giving me suggestions. I could not but admire her patience and commitment to their customers.
The delivery was in time, the delivery person had to wait for almost 15 minutes since I was delayed in traffic still the delivery person was smiling and courteous.

I was looking up for customized cake bakers on google and happened to come across Mira's. Since it was for my husband's birthday and I had invited his friends over, I was not at all sure if I should take the risk of ordering from someone I haven't really tried before. I'm mighty glad I did!
Mira was very helpful right from assiting me with choosing the right cake. I selected the "Laziiing" cake from her website and she accomodated all the other modifications I wanted done.
The figures on the cake were so artistic and neatly done that my guests were more than impressed. So much so, that we didn't feel like cutting the beautiful cake ;)
The sugary fondant (which was a huge risk because not everyone can get it right) was very well done and the truffle cake beneath perfectly complemented it.
A 1 kg Fondant cake including RS. 200 for delivery costed me Rs. 2000.
The delivery was spot on time.
All in all, total value for money!

The people are very polite and helpful, they patiently answered all my queries while taking the order, delivery person was very polite and helpful and went out of way to get me a candle & knife which I had forgotten to order. We wanted to get a special cake for our roommate's birthday and found dial-a-cake by luck on the internet. I gave them my requirements for a customized cake on Monday late evening and they had the cake delivered, just as we had asked, by Tuesday evening. It tasted amazing too!
No other bakery was ready to bake a themed cake without a week's notice.

I knew a lady who does it however was not in India at that point of time - hence started checking online.
Out of the few places I checked or interacted Mira's Dial a Cake was the most - prompt - never say no - attitude place.
Well - infact they invited me to be a passive baker for my cake - unfortunately due to some unforseen circumstance I could not join.
The cake was delivered right at home - in spite of it being a rainy day - my cake was there - exactly the way I wanted.

We ordered 2 cakes (Pineapple, Chocolate with Fruits), 8 Swiss Rolls (Strawberry, Blueberry) & 6 Chocolate Cup Cakes for a special occasion.
They were very fresh & tasted perfect. They definitely used absolutely fresh ingredients & fruits.
And they delivered exactly 5 minutes before the said time. Impressed.
A bit expensive when compared to cakes in various shops, but quality was excellent, so I did not mind the rates.
Overall: Strongly recommended for special occasions.

I want to share my experience with Miras Dial A Cake people and their cakes.
I have been living in US for last 18 years and my job takes me to all sorts of places. I have travelled to Europe quite often. My passion cakes & chocolates. Have tried best & worst of US, Europe. and many other continents. Last week I was in India with my wife and son to celebrate my In-law's 25th marriage anniversary, who have chosen to live in Bangalore for obvious reasons .
I wanted to check out the cakes and chocolates here and the occasion provided perfect opportunity for indulgence. So we decided to order Sugar-free Cake for our in-laws, chocolate cake for myself and another cake of my son's choice.
We checked online and shortlisted 3 outlets from the net who had nice range of cakes & home delivery services. Called them one by one first one did not have Sugar-free cakes, second one did not commit for delivery time, they said cake will be delivered any time between 2 pm and 8, that did not work for us - on holiday spend whole day waiting for cakes, no deal.
Last on list was Miras Dial A Cake. There was pleasant and well spoken person, helped us selecting the cakes explained the ingredients of the cakes, confirmed the delivery time and assured it will be delivered at the appointed time. They declined Race car custom cake my son wanted, stating the time was too short to do that cake however suggested Basket ball cake alternative which my some liked.
At 6.50 pm we got the delivery of all the three cakes. 10 minutes ahead of time. The cakes looked amazing I was virtually drooling looking at my Chocowave cake, my son was excited with his Basketball cake with the nice little figurine on top.
My in-laws loved the Sugar-free cake it was soft, delicious and finished in no time and oldies did not feel guilty. My son could not stop eating till it was gone, he however preserved the figurine of the Basketball cake.
My chocolate cake was amazing I couldn't stop eating. One of the best I have tasted anywhere. I did not expect to find such delicious cakes, and phenomenal service. We all loved the cake and the experience.

On the occasion of valentines day, I wanted to surprise my husband with a cake. Went through their website for any special offers and they had a good rating. I was having my doubts whether they would even take the order as I was calling just one day prior. Keeping my fingers crossed, I dialed the number. The lady at the other end was very friendly and helpful, she indeed did take the order. As I wanted to try something different I selected Half a kilo of Rose Forest cake as per her suggestion. I requested her to make the delivery before 6 pm, before my husband reached home. I sent her my address via sms.
At around 4:30 pm I got a call from the person who was on his way to deliver the cake asking for directions. As their store is really far off, apparently near KSIT Kanakapura road it took him some time to get to my place. The price of the cake was very reasonable and that too delivered right at our door step. The good thing is they deliver cakes all over Bangalore however far it is.
I opened the box much later after surprising husband. They had neatly pasted a printed message inside the box and there was a pretty looking cake with chocolate shavings and rose petals on top. It tasted great too, the cream was fresh and the sponge cake in between was very soft. It was a milder version of the black forest cake,it wasn't as chocolaty and didn't have that many cherries in between it had rose petals instead. Not only was my husband surprised I was surprised with their print service, their quality products and reasonable prices.
Way to go, keep up the good work. Shall definitely be their regular customer.

New to Bangalore so was not sure where to buy cakes for my son's birthday. Surfing web saw Dial-a-cake site, cakes looked amazing. So ordered 2 cakes for home delivery, one for my son's birthday and second the Fresh fruit cake because it looked too yammy.
Cakes were delivered right at the appointed hour. Cakes were different very delicious and very fresh. The Eggless fruit cake was amazing.
Although prices are a bit higher but cakes are worth nore than the price you pay. We really enjoyed the cakes.
