The new and exquisite addition to the already happening Byg Brewski. The best mixologists in town have curated some brilliant cocktails.
My favorite was Amethyst - Gin infused with Blue Pea Flower along with Tonic water and Kaffir lime. This concoction was just brilliant!
Lillionaire would be my second favorite.
Other good ones to be tried - Glass of water (if you love potent drinks), Valkyrie (Grey Goose Vodka infused in Yellow bell peppers, Mango Juice and Bell pepper seed syrup), The Crown (Monkey shoulder whiskey , thyme, edible gold, elderflower, lemon shandy) and Cobalt (For the gin lovers!).

Gylt is the new exquisite cocktail bar located in the premise next to byg Brewski hennur. It feature a lavish and medieval interior, unique never heard before cocktails.
Place is divided into 2 sections, ground and the first level. There is huge bar counter on both the floors and one can enjoy great music played by DJ.
Ask for “A” glass of water and you shall receive your ordinary H20. But make the mistake of choosing the incorrect article and say “The” glass of water, and you will be pleasantly surprised. The drink is a beautiful concoction of gin and clear spirits that are surprisingly not bitter. They use special ice that has least or negligible oxygen/air, hence the ice doesn't melt for a longer while and the drinks stay undiluted. Cube ice with gylt mark is something to appreciate.
My favorite is Valkyrie and amethyst. The Crown, a cocktail fit to be had at a royal gathering goes well with the glitters and opulence offered by the ambience of Gylt. What's being made behind the bar counters and with the likes of Rohan, Karthik, Krishna and Arati in there you can be rest assured that your cocktails will be top notch and a class apart!
Coming to food, Quail eggs were decently good. Peppered chicken was and Peppered soyabean was a regular try, soyabean could have been more tender. Egg bennedict with toasted bread was subtle and yum. Mushroom risotto was regular.
GYLT is undoubtedly one of the best party places in town. The ambiance and music are the biggest positives of the place. The place offers some unique cocktails and I loved the ‘Deal with the Devil’ and ‘One for the future’ drinks.

The larger than life approach is captured by Gylt and its parter in crime Byg, where 60,000 square ft of land is transformed into an experience, packaged neatly with exquisite cocktails and crafted dishes. The place reeks of richness, its aura rich with the memories made and to be made.
We were not only blown away by the effort that is individually put into each cocktail here, but the time that is invested in the process.
The list of final cocktails you see on the menu have been selected from an initial list of over 250 drinks, cut down every time to ensure the perfect end result.
The ones that made it to our table were the following:
The Valkyrie, The Ping, Spectre, The glass of water
The Valkyrie was a drink that had equal parts sustainable living and sugar & spice. The Drink is made primarily from Bell peppers, red and yellow, and uses the rind, seeds and vegatble, to give you a sweet drink with the spice that hits you at the back of your throat after the first three sips.
The Ping was fairy dust come alive. The drink changes colour on stirring, making drunk you super happy! Splashed with a drop of truffle oil on the top, Spectre was a subtle and sour drink that changes the game on the last sip. The deep and rich oil completes the drink with a smooth last gulp.

GYLT has finally opened! It is in the premises of byg brewski brewing company, hennur road. Ambience is nicely done and the food is amazing in taste. It is Japanese style with French fusion as told to me by Chef Rabi Kant Singh who was kind enough to help me select food. Folks, do trust his expertise! I also have to mention that the staffs are very polite especially VILI who took care of me really nicely and was very attentive and real quick. Many many thanks to her. Last but not the least, I have to thank Mr. VIBHU who was kind enough to get me a table with a really nice view. MUST VISIT!

It's only open on weekends during evenings, I think that's enough to tell you about the exclusivity of the brand.
A little on the outside of Bangalore on Hennur road but it's worth the drive on weekends.

If there’s one place in whole of Bangalore, that knows how to make a cocktail, it’s got to be GYLT. The grandeur and glory of this place is a sight to behold. Located in the same space as BYG Brewski Hennur, this is a super premium space to grab a cocktail made for the gods. The people behind the creation of these cocktails are award winning bartenders that have represented the nation in several competitions. I happened to be there for a bit, but ended up spending a really long time trying out several cocktails. They’re really unique and I would suggest you ask the bartender to make something that suits your liking or just surprise you. All in all, the experience you would get here is unlike anything you would/could experience in all of Bangalore. It’s a bit of a drive from central Bangalore, but trust me it’s worth the drive. Do check it out and lemme know if you liked GYLT!

Enter Byg Brewsky, the most magnificent of places I've ever been (as I like to say, a palace for a restaurant) there is a tiny doorway to the right that leads you into this super secret place that trips your brains. Gylt indulges you with some of the finest dishes constructed using various cooking techniques from the mother cuisine herself and use of rare but rich ingredients curated into the menu and its trance like music making for a surreal dark dining experience. The food is spectacular in terms of flavour, balance, quantity, price, presentation and anything else that I have not already included. And that is not all. The craft beers are indulgent. If you want to be lost in the middle of nowhere and feel great about it, GYLT is the place to be
GYLT has some good cocktails. Tried the non alcoholic Gin and tonic, which didn't taste as good. They have the BygBrewski beers as well. The first floor is a lot more spacious and you can sit there and jive to the music while enjoying your drinks and food. The food is pretty good. We tried edamame, soft shell crabs, dimsum and tirumisu. Service is quick and the food portions are pretty good.

Their menu has inspiration from progressive cuisines across countries, well researched combinations, and mind blowing ambience to set up your mood on the right note.
A huge dance floor, and well enclosed so that outside sounds don't get in. Trippy music and bangalore's best mixologists behind the bar, will ensure you have the best of all good things.
An amazing fact about this place is, they are committed to reduce the carbon footprint, and utilize their wastes to help save environment.
Coming to the menu, from the cocktail section, the Valkyrie and Glass of water are innovative ones, but otherwise would stick to the regular Auger Gimlet and Byg bramble.
The usual menu of Brewsky being as usual amazing. Along with their regular innovations they keep the spirit high. For example, their GoT themed cocktails, Sunday brunch themes and all.
A must try place for all people across ages, they just have something for everyone. Service as always is impeccable.
Also. Gylt has a beautiful dance floor, and the glorious ambience makes you feel out of the world.

Amazing ambience and food. Probably the best burnt garlic fried rice I’ve ever had. You must try something from the dessert menu. We had a lovely server- Pankaj Sharma. He informed us about everything from the best beer to the food. Amazing vegetarian options!

The name of the place is unique but actually doesn’t have any meaning. But when one reads it as GILT it means, ‘covered with a thin layer of Gold’. Without a shadow of doubt I can say that it’s the most happening party place in Bangalore. The party goes on until wee hours of morning and best of Bangalore crowd comes over to hang-out.
Ambiance
The acoustics of the place as just amazing and it’s hard to believe that there is another pub ‘Byg Brewski’ alongside. But the guests inside GYLT can’t hear any sound from Byg Brewski or from the main-road side.

Drinks
There are plenty of special cocktail options along with the standard ones for guests. The day when I visited, the bar was handled by Guru Prashanth who was the ‘Guest Bartender’. GYLT was trying to bring new cocktails into the mix.
A Step at a Time
Johnnie Walker Black, Sweet Vermouth, Aperitif Bitters, Yellow Chartreuse
A super cool drink that was served in a container that resembled the olden day grandmama pickle jar. The jar was covered with cloth and tied with rubber band. Bartender plunges the hole into the light cloth by pushing the wooden straw into the glass. On top of the jar Mint leaves, Caramelized lime piece are added that enhances the look.
One for The Future
London Dry Gin, Fresh Press Green Apple, Honeyed Water, Citrus Juice, Cardamom Bitters, Quinine water
This drink is unique in terms of taste and presentation very different. There is a small chocolate bar that has picture showing evolution of man. The drink is little potent drink but tastes different and I enjoyed it.
The Illusion
Tequila, Port Wine, Citrus, Beet Juice, Aqua Faba
A drink that beetroot juice, kudos to the bartender for coming with the unique combination. The beetroot works well with Tequilla but its very deceiving drink. The drink has a good after-taste that might be smooth but there is strong alcohol that present inside it.
Deal with the Devil
Johnnie Walker Black, Sweet Potato & Jaggery, Reduction Sweet Potato Ash with Lava Salt, Citrus Juice and Aqua Faba
This was the first cocktail that looked brilliant and tasted quite unlike contemporary cocktails. Its was hard to make out if the alcohol was present as it was so suitable. The color of cocktail was black and something that none have seen before. To enhance the look a maize flower is added across the glass.
Food.
A good place needs to also be able to serve good food for the customers. I tried a few dishes and enjoyed the taste, flavor & presentation.
Asafoetida and Chilli Dusted Camebert
A dish that had melted brioche and apricot chutney. The snack item is part of barman menu that’s good to be consumed while having cocktails.
Parmesan Parfait with Aged Balsamic
Slow cooked parmesan custard with potato tulie & balsamic caviar. It might look like a bruschetta but the topping are so different.
Black Dumpling
This dish has red pepper and feta mousse, steamed. I had an instant connection after looking at the dish. The taste of the dish was pretty good.
Jopser Grill – Sumac Crusted Cottage Cheese
The dish contained cottage cheese and its got sumac spices and is served with veggies & mash. I loved the softness of cottage cheese and the flavours from the spices. A must try dish at GYLT.
Apart from the dishes & drink I mentioned above, there are many more options for guests.
Overall Experience
GYLT is undoubtedly one of the best party places in town. The ambiance and music are the biggest positives of the place. The place offers some unique cocktails and I loved the ‘Deal with the Devil’ and ‘One for the future’ drinks. The food at GYLT is good and there are good options for Veg/Non-Veg. I rate my overall experience at 4.0/5 but it’s very close to 5.

A stunning ambience, warmest hospitality by a super energetic team, carefully curated menu of starters & cocktails, this one is here to win. Loved the Glass of Water, Tanqueray based cocktail with rosemary & orange rind & the GYLT signature ice cubes, grilled black chicken, black dim sums with gold dust, quail egg surf & turf, twice cooked pork belly were simply brilliant. Must visit for discerning couples with a little refined taste on weekends.

Glass of water drink is something to look out for, having a mix of herbs that give an unsettling kick and make you Wana have more. The thing had a tendency to mildly change color on rapid stir.

The main attraction in the ambience were the chandeliers. There is both ground floor as well as top floor seating. The place is open only on weekends and needs prior booking, Friday and Saturday. Costing is medium expensive. Service is the best, the staff, all of them are so well versed and aware with the ingredients of each drink and dish, and dressed well and with good communication skills. Must try place.
What a place... Superb ambience, great hospitality, delicious food makes this a happening hangout for bunch of friends. Be it the mocktails or the starter everthing is carefully put on the plate to give you the best ever taste of the dish. Will visit again definitely
An amazing place located in Hennur. Another venture from the founders of Byg Brewski. Not sure if this could be called another venture. Since it is located in the same premises. However what an amazing ambience. The lights, the sound, the bar, the food, the drinks. Everything is just top notch.
They have a total different menu in Gylt, apart from the food they serve at byg brewski. The cocktail are also unique and awesome.
The best is their mac and cheese. The sushi. The charcoal dumplings.
For all the drinks. Meet Krishna or Shaz. They will handle you with much care.
What an ambience and what a place!!! Had a great time dancing my shoes off in this mind blowing place. Service was flawless and super friendly. Must visit for all the party no gets out there. They have a first and second floor tables with a great view of the artist and the main stage. Music quality was really great. Had crazy fun with the crowd. Not much of cops checking as this is the only pub around in this area!! Make sure to visit for a mind boggling experience on Hennur Road!

Gylt is a super amazing place to party with your friends which is most happening on weekends. Perfect place with a great ambiance, amazing sound system with bangalore's best DJs and lightening systems. Super cool staff with decent behaviour and approach here needs a special mention to Ranjith and Shiva who serves in well mannered way

One of the most happening night clubs we have in the city. Sexy music, classy crowd, beautiful ambience and great food are very few specialities relating to the venue. If u r a die hard party fan, nothing can get better than this !!!

Ambience is good and it’s massive and enjoyable for big groups and weekend parties.

I had a couple of beers at Byg Brewski and visited this place. Very good quality speakers and visuals. Enjoyed my time here.
This is was the best experience I have had. I was fortunate enough to be a guest here and I was amazed by the hospitality. The hosts did a wonderful job of setting up the place in true Game of Thrones night (as it was the theme). Amazing food, amazing cocktails and even better service. The food was amazing and the asparagus tarts and oysters were out of this world. Even when the party came to a close around 4AM, I was pleasantly surprised to see the waiters providing warm chicken soup before guests started hitting the road. This was my best experience and I cannot stress on the amazing staff that made it even better. I would give them a 6 star for their relentless service and care towards each guest. I loved, and I mean loved the way they looked after the guests. I really hope this attitude continues and as a fan/ customer I'll do my bit to spread the good word.
Love this place and the music as they have some really good gigs taking place. Can handle a pretty big crowd with proper air conditioning and other amenities. The food is great as well. One of my go to places. Definitely recommend.

I got a chance to experience it (as part of a select preview) and must I say it's One of a kind. Right from the plush interiors that create the absolutely perfect party zing, and the carefully crafted cocktails and cuisine, this place is an experience like no other. First things first, there are two levels, each with a bar creating cocktails.
While you are enjoying the view and the drinks, dig in to a multifarious cuisine especially crafted to heighten the experience a notch above the rest. From options such as 'oysters, pork belly or the quail eggs here. For vegetarians there's delicious sushi and much more.
All this with a bar that ascends literally to the top of the ceiling here. And this experience is only available on Friday and Saturday nights. The doors open on 27th April.
