Brought here by my friend who love all the food here. And I loved it too.
Born and grown up in Indonesia which having Oriental cuisine, its difficult for me here in India to get the same taste as same as at home.
But here, I enjoy all the food upto the max
Its nice to know that mostly our food are same, only name different

But overall all the food are superb
And all the person there treat us nicely

I ate the thukpa and immediately felt transported to a quiet mountainside stall with a kind old lady serving me this steaming bowl of goodness. The food was home-delivered and it arrived hot and fresh and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Their momos are a delight as well though they could do a better job with their starters which seem wok-tossed in a frenzy. But I'll always order from them to be taken back to the mountains.
I had ordered beef chowmein, pork chowmein and chicken chowmein. My personal favourite was beef chowmein. The best quality and decent quantity. They maintain there standards regarding food quality. A shop you can trust on quality.
They stopped delivering to my place now. But when they did it was worth it.
Momos were great
Thupka excellent.
Thenthuk was good. Soup version better than dry. Ema dakshi, tasted like kerala stew. May be that's how it should be....but expected a bit more cheesy and less milk/creamy.
Coming from Kolkata where Chinese cuisine has a cult following. I was a bit apprehensive about the Chinese dishes on offer here. However, all those baseless thoughts were banished once I ate at Tenzin kitchen. From their stir fried veggies to their tasty meat based dishes I've become an ardent fan. I would gladly eat anything that their wonderful chefs cook up.
I always order lauphing both dry and soup. I have ordered other dishes as well and boii they do not disappoint! i love the cuisine!

Beef Thukpa loaded with veggies and a plate of Chicken Bokchoy that turns you crazy with the perfect garlic sauce vanished even as we dunked the spicy Peking Chicken in that out-of-the-world broth.
A quaint little corner that has cozied up right in our hearts, Tenzin Kitchen is sure to make loyal food lovers out of every customer that walks in!

Tenzin Kitchen is a very small and cozy place situated near the Forum Mall in Koramangala. It offers Tibetian food which is genuine and also lip smacking. We have been here several times and I'm putting up this review after having quite some dishes here.
What we had:
Chicken Shabaley: This dish might seem similar to momos but trust me they're my personal favourite. Totally worth the price. I would rate 5/5
Chilly garlic noodles: 4.2/5
Crispy Pecking Chicken: 4.4/5
Honey chilly potato: 3.8/5
Dragon Chopsey: 3.9/5
Overall, this place is a must visit and is super affordable for a normal day!
Chicken Shabaley was amazing ,but not much satisfied with laphing . Overall a good Tibetan food restaurant.
We went there yesterday almost near closing time. The place was packed to the brim and few more people waiting ahead of us. So we just parceled our order. Just one line- great taste man, great taste. We ordered chilli pork, chilli garlic noodles, chicken fried rice, steamed momo. Every thing surpassed our expectations. We ll definitely be visiting again for a more relaxed experience.

Love the thukpa and the momos here. Polite staff. And there is no loud music, although it's facing the street with traffic.
But it's a good vibe place. Very reasonable prices.
Tenzin Kitchen is right in the 7th block road st Kormangala. The ambience is like most tibetian food joints. The menu is quite extensive with tibetian, bhutanese and Chinese(Indian) to choose from. I had come here for lunch and had ordered the dragon chopsuey, beef noodles, chilli pork(with gravy). The chopsuey had veggies (brocolli, cabbage, carrots), omlette, chicken chunks and all of this on top of fried noodles surrounded with gravy. The chilli pork had well cooked pork belly(with less fat) with bell peppers cooked in a gravy. The beef noodles was also quite nice. Overall this place has got great food and this place is super affordable and definitely worth trying. I have given a 5 star rating based on the overall quality, quantity and pricing of the food.

This place is small and tiny but dont judge it. Me and my friend were really hungry and we wanted to have some wholesome food. We tried the pan friend momos which was to die for and the kimchi salad and street style noodles . Good food for a very reasonable price

1st time tried Tibetan Food and surprisingly i like it.
The price was super reasonable and many crowded queue for getting a table.
I super love their Momo, you should ordering it while you've been here.
Definitely a must go place in Bangalore serving Tibetan delicacies. We had noodles and chilli mushrooms, they were good even the soup was amazing.
Love momo, best beef fried rice. My daily meal in office. Best deal with reasonable price. The only problem is please provide fresh laphing.
I went with my friend and i can say this is the place where you can really enjoy the soup,pork thukpa is so delicious it will remind you to come again and again.
I like the food here so much, but I ordered the food few say before it was not the same which I had in the kitchen.
I don't want to say bad about the kitchen but may be it was my bad luck.
We went here on a Saturday evening. The place was full, and we had to wait for about half an hour to get a table. Food was amazing. Momos were the best, albeit with an extremely spicy chatni. Beef chilly was again really great, but on the spicier side. Best part of the evening was thukpa and I'll go back to the place just for that!!
All in all, amazing experience. Must visit
Ordered the Pork Thukpa which was there in the Zomato Easy Meals. Amazing taste without any compromise on the quantity. Also recommend their Momos and Fried Pork.

Got their food delivered as we were lazy to step out on a Sunday evening. My kids and I had a craving for soupy noodles. What better than Thupka, which was awesome. Also had their dry Laphung. Similar in texture to khandvi but made of bean. Was very nice. Their Datshi had so many chillies that I was scared to try it. But the flavour was amazing. All in all, Β a very satisfying meal. Will definitely try again
Always wanted to try this place out, have heard lot about the awesome noodles which they have, finally I just tried out it. coming to the food we tried out three main noodles which we loved on the menu which was chilli basil noodles, Chilli garlic noodles and Singapore noodles everything was chicken. It was pretty good especially the chilli garlic is was the best when compared with the other two . Highly recommend if you are noodle fan
Accidentally came across this place when I was at Mad over donuts..and when I checked it out in Zomato, seeing the good reviews and rating, I decided to give this place a try. Went in the afternoon and the place was kind of crowded..but I managed to grab a seat..ordered the Japanese noodles. The quantity was good and VFM. The taste was on the sweet side as it is supposed to be I guess...I generally donβt like noodles having the sweet saucy flavours and I think I chose the wrong dish and should have ordered something else like manchow noodles or something..will be trying some other dish on my next visit..
I absolutely love their food and highly recommended this place to those who like Tibetan food and beef. Everything about this place is exemplary except for its service. The waiters only serve you water if you ask for it and they take too long to note down the order for food.
Probably the best and the most sought after restaurants in Koramangala for Tibetan food. The place is spacious as compared to other Tibetan Restaurants and comparatively cheaper as well. The Beef Kheema Thukpa,Beef steamed Momos and Chicken Chilly Garlic Fried Rice are a must try!

This is my first choice when it comes to Tibetan food. This place is amazing with delicious food at a very affordable rates. The first platter is fired momo that's absolutely yum with their spicy sauce. And the second one Thenthuk I call it the dish of love cause the dish itself is warm and homely.
If you love Tibetan food please head to this place. Theyβve got some exotic Tibetan dishes like dry theinthuk, pan fried momos and many more. Donβt forget to order their lemon ginger honey tea.
Please visit this place if you want authentic north eastern momos. They had served a delicious chutney with the momos. This place is a gem for momos, people don't know about it still it's in a cooped up area

This is a small restaurant near Forum Koramangala, known for it's Tibetian delicacies. Absolutely loved the service here. Chicken Bokchoy is a must try.
I went here specially to taste Bhutanese cusine. Tried out emmadatsy along with tingmo. Emmadatsy was perfectly cooked with right amount of chilly in it. I have tried Tingmo in many places but the tingmo here is really different than any other place i have tried. It was pluffy and soft. Not at all chewy. I also tried soup which was really awesome. Fried rice is also a must try here.

Nothing special about the ambience. Some 8 tables in a pretty small room. Service was quick. Tempura chicken was pretty average, but every other dish was tasty. Prices too are very reasonable.

If you are looking for a budget Chinese restaurant, then this is the one.
The chicken Momos here was juicy and delicious.
Among soups, we had ordered chicken hot and sour. It was thick and nice.
Peking chicken among starters was tasty.
Chicken dragon chopsuey had lot of veggies and chicken chunks. Was yummy.
There's no car parking.
Over-all a good experience.
When you are Bengali from Kolkata, tibetan (Chinese) cuisine is your favourite rather staple food. I can eat this cuisine everyday but I never find the right place in Bangalore. Tenzin Kitchen has the authentic taste of the hills. I have been here couple of times and can never stop coming back here. The Pork Momo's are delicious and juicy. Also the starters are very good.
There is a special Thupka which they serve which is just extraordinary.Β
Β They have All the northeast cuisines available. So if you are a fan of this cuisine it is a must visit.

If you want asian food at a really affordable price then this place is perfect for you. Quantity is also good enough.
We order chilli garlic noodle, butter garlic noodle, schezwan noodle and chicken chilly (gravy). Butter garlic was bit bland for my taste but the rest was really good.
Ambience was gloomy and below par. Ceiling was a problem for me as it was quite low. This makes this place good for only casual dinner.

I had beef shaptak and chilli garlic noodles from here. Both are really good. The beef could've been little more soft,but still it was good.
Been there to try new place. I like the vibe there, not too crowded, silent place. Ordered Laphing stuffed with chicken and chilly basil noodles. Laphing was awesome (I tried this food item for the first time in my life). Chilly basil noodles was mentioned as spicy but didnβt expect it to be very spicy. Loved it though. Friendly staff.

You'll find this small joint right at forum signal. Easy to miss. But if you don't, walk in for a meal no matters what. If you're into Tibetan food, this is one of the best places around th Koramangala area. Their pork Momo and the beef Keema thukpa is something I'd recommend you try.

Located at the heart of Kormangla.. easy to locate.. one of the good food joints with awesome and delicious food taste. Must try are chili pork and thuppa.. been here for the first time yesterday and loved it really.. add on should have been some good and soft music which will make it complete.. kudos to the management and the staffs..

My personal favourites was chicken thupka and Schezwan fried rice. The place is really small but packed most of the times. The food is served without any delay once we place the orders. A must try place for all Tibetan food lovers.

Tenzin Kitchen provides a pleasant Tibetan dining experience. The soup stands out with rich flavors, setting a positive tone. Although the chicken lollipop could be improved, the fresh and tasty paneer manchurian compensates. The chow mein is well-executed, and the chili sauce adds a delightful touch, complementing all items.

After the long wait for about 40 minutes we got the table and weβve ordered beef thukpa, pepper chicken, veg momos. All the dishes were good and flavourful. Their dine in was small yet it was crowded because of their taste and quality of food they serve. Do check it when youβre on the area. Itβs a recommended place to have unique food.
I left this place with an empty bowl and a heart and stomach full. I ordered veg Thukpa momos. The broth was warm, comforting and medium spicy as per my preference. I felt that the filling inside the momo could have been more. Would definitely visit again to try more dishes
One might feel it is little cramped restaurant with less space, but it totally gives off local restaurant vibes as if I am in the mountains. Loved the service. The people are polite. Located opposite Nexus Koramangla, On the first floor.. this is the best Tibetan restaurant i had even been to.. We come here once every month just to taste the amazing food..
Food is just awesome.. Taste excellent.. quality of food is very good.. Quantity is more than sufficient.. Laphing and Thukpa are must try.. They have all the items prepared in veg and non veg..
