Roti Curry is good here, but this hotel is famous for Chinese dishes, Mushroom Manchurian is a must try and mushroom masala is tasty. This restaurant is too crowded during lunch time so if you want to sit and eat it is better you go here after 7pm..
Ordered 1 idli and 1 bada dipped in Sambar. It was nice.
Its just a go to place where you can enjoy mostly south Indian dishes at affordable rates.
Chaithanya is one of the few VFM options near 100 ft/CMH Road for having good South Indian breakfast and lunch.This place can be really crowded at the peak hours during morning and noon,hence seating can be a problem.They have a self service and a separate parcel counter.You get a really wide range of options for breakfast and lunch.The South Indian meals at Rs.50 is a great VFM option for lunch.The ambience is just basic and they do a commendable job to keep the place clean.Overall a good option for tasty food at affordable price.Actual rating is 3.5 but Zomato is adamant that we cannot rate it on a decimal scale.
Great place for a quick lunch. I go here with colleagues mostly. But yeah, it gets packed very soon and you have to wait for your order. Good hygiene maintained. You could try almost anything here. Everything tastes great. I really like the roti curry, rice bath and their meals.
A small food outlet with South Indian and Sorth Indian cuisines. Its an all veg restaurant. Their dosas are really good and in the North Indian section I've had almost all of the paneer items and they are spicy and tasty.
They are extremely reasonable when it comes to prices. Their North Indian meals are quite filling. The service is ok but could be a little faster, for the North Indian dishes. Situated on Krishna Temple road they are well located and easily seen.
If you want a light meal with extremely reasonable prices and with basic but filling varieties this place is perfect.

This is a decent Darshini close to the KFC signal in Indiranagar. It's located opposite to people's pub. The food is decent and fairly priced. They do not have a service section but they do have table and chains to sit. Part of it is stand only. The mushroom manchurian is great here. The South Indian food is good too
Chaitanya is a regular pocket-friendly eatery one finds in most parts if the city. This "Fast Food" restaurant offers a variety of options on the menu not sticking to one particular cuisine. Like any normal "Darshini", the space is limited but clean. The billing is done prior to receipt of the food. The day's "Special Items" are listed on a white board behind the cashier's desk. There are few seats available but are hard to get. Most of the customers dig into their food by standing beside a tall table. The place is pocket friendly and the right place is someone is looking for a quick bite. The one specialty about this place is the availability of the "Mangalore Buns" - do not miss it.

had south Indian meal today for 45 rs only. they serve 2 purified sambar rice rasam curds vegetable kurma chips and chutney. very good quality food and very tasty. the price is extremely reasonable and the quantity is very good. its a little to big for one person. never thought that will get a square Meal for such a low price without a comprise on the quality. but the interesting part was someone was trying to bargain and bring the price even lower. have tasted a coffee the other day from here also. the coffee didn't great but its better than a2b and more in quantity. don't try the bondas at 6 because often they are cold.
Food quality is very good and prices are reasonable

I ordered a Vada sambhar and I really relished the taste. The service was quick. The place is near and hygiene is maintained. It may not look like a upscale eatery but do not go by the looks always. It is popular among people around
Best for vegetarians, I ordered butter masala dosa and it was too good..highly recommended.
Masala dosa of Chaitanya restaurant is extremely delicious. I have also eaten curd rice but it was pathetic.

Visited this restaurant recently , the restaurant is located near the KFC Indiranagar junction . This is the second time I have visited this place but during my first visit I had only coffee and bajji so couldn't write any detailed review .
Coming to the food I ordered north indian meals -
1.tomato soup - I like that for the price he has given tomato soup and I was even more surprised that it was thick and not diluted ! The taste and flavour was there and it was hot so definitely liked it .
2.roti - they give two rotis and the size is also quite big . They were roasted quite well and it was soft enough so definitely some good roti .
3.veg curry - it was sort of a mixed vegetable curry , it was actually quite good I really liked . The curry was spicy and filled with vegetables . There was also that spices flavour to it so it didn't taste like some cost cutting veg curry but a nice curry with flavour .
4.Dal - I liked that the restaurant guys played safe , i have had my bad share of dal experience at many restaurants but here the dal was pure south indian styled with onion and tumeric flavoured . I guess they don't know to make north indian styled dal well , if so played safe . It was good for a south indian dal .
5.rice bath / puloa- there was some sorta rice bath or puloa , as in case with many restaurants but fortunately here the rice felt like it was flavoured with spices cause I found cinnamon stick in the rice so the rice had a depth of flavour to it and with dal it tasted really good .
7.curd rice - the curd rice tasted quite fresh with generous amount of yoghurt , it was quite good with tadka and all
8. Sweet kheer - I am not sure what it was but I think it was kheer made of rava . It did taste good though it was hot and sweet ! And quite pleasing to eat at the end of the meal .
They also gave two fryums and salad of onion and cucumber .
Overall I felt the taste of the dishes was better than most darshinis I have eaten , the taste of curry , the soup , the roti was all really good and the prices was extremely low for such good food the north indian meal was 80 bucks ! . My only complaint is the quantity of the curry , it is given in a small cup and two big roti , the curry is no where enough so that left me a little unsatisfied . The dal also was a little disappointing that it wasn't north indian styled.
The ambience is ok ok , it a really small darshini and gets very crowded during lunch , breakfast and dinner times . There are few chairs and tables but they get occupied real fast . Overall a really good experience and I would definitely visit again .
If you're near Indiranagar or Binnamangala it should be must visit if you are preferring veg and to be alone nature. Food taste was superb I had Masala Dosa and Vada. If you're alone then just order one dish I was very full after having vada and half dosa, they also provide parcel if you get box. You may find it little difficult to search hotel so I'm just adding road of the place. Hotel is situated left side of that road and a big tree in front.
It's a good place to eat and economic also. Would like to recommend others to experience. Thanks!
Very affordable lunch and breakfast items you can get from here items starting from 30 to maximum of 180 apprx, a very good place for quick eats, the food is superb quality only problem i have seen is the seating capacity most of the people are standing and eating. However this thing compensates when the true taste of food touches your tongue and as well heart too.
