Punjabi by Nature, the famous restaurant chain from Noida still has takers even after so many years. They have a sweet little counter in the corner of the food court at the Orion mall.
The taste of their Dal Makhani is the best, at par, if not better than Dal Bukhara. Dahi kebab is a favourite. Their non-veg combo is mind blowing.
Gulab Jamun is as big a a tennis ball.
It’s was taste for money love u visit this place I will go there again and lassi was to yummy and the best part is the service is very good and fast
The non veg combo 2 was delicious. Only the seekh kabab in the plate were really horrible and didn't seem fresh to us. The gulab jamun was mind blowing. Service was great. :)
Its good to have an proper north Indian thali..the food is ok ok, but Kali dal is really yummy..they can increase the quantity or add some new dishes..all the best wishes🖒
Had orderd chole bature it was tasty but the taste if channa could have been tasted still better and it came with pickled onions and lime it was tasty and tangy and the meal was complete

Cholebatore is the centre of attraction of this restaurant. This is One of the best cholebatores I ever had in Bangalore. This restaurant offers a plenty of North Indian food varieties.
At Orion Mall food court, I saw someone carrying eye-catching balloon like bread, become interested I tracked this food and arrived at the Punjabi by Nature stall. I Ordered one and found out the name is Chole Bhature.
The bread come with gravy, shallot, and chilly pickles. The bread is very crispy and kinda taste a bit like potato. The gravy, shallot and chilly give an additional good flavor to the food. It was very enjoyable.
I believe better to eat this while it’s hot, once it’s cold it become more oily.
I paid INR 216.41. my rating is for the Chole Bhature.
4 rating for Chole Bhature I had here, as if I was having food in Punjab only. Liked the Non Veg meal as well. Good place to kill your hunger for good Punjabi food.

Punjabi by nature restaurants are big in size, they're fine dining and a little pricey.
Their express version on the other hand at this mall does have it's share of takers but is not on my top list while wanting to eat at the mall.
I've had their combos and biryanis which are alright but yes the starters are slightly priced on the higher side. Their curries need improvement.
Service can be friendly at the counter.
M so sorry I totally forgot to give a review to pbn...have been here infinite no of times in past 2.5 years. Very often I like to have lunch here...mostly on Fridays...I love the biryani...very spicy n taste so much good....gulab jamuns are just awesome...n one of the non veg combo is my all time fav....700 for two person's....very much in budget...
I m very much fond of your tandori chicken....n mango lassi is too much good...
I love it...fully satisfied...thanks so much...
I don't know why this place has such a low rating. I ordered dal makhni and paneer makhani with naans and parathas. Everything was very tasty, and in good quantity too. Seemed value for money.
I am a pure non vegetarian. When I walked past this stall in Orion mall, I was enticed by the big puri like thing that was on display and also the vegetable biryani that someone else had ordered. Even though they serve non veg dishes, I went for Channa Batura and vegetable biryani. I loved both dishes! However the carnivore inside was not satisfied, hence I tried the chicken kasturi kabab and mutton gravy. They were good too.
Bottomline: Not my fav cuisine but I loved every morsel of what I had here.
Really good food. I had from their actual restaurant in kormangala and compared to that this one is even better. Had the lamb thali number 2 which comes with one of the best dal makhni I have ever had, nicely cooked nan which is a surprise because this is in a mall, very well cooked mutton curry and awesome kabab, the chach is a must try
It's a good Punjabi food counter in Orion mall food court . I visited here with my friend and had Non veg kebab platter which was average , veg meals were good ... paneer butter masala, kadahi paneer and daal makhni were delicious.
Not sure as to why the place is rated so badly by the visitors there as its any other food counter at a food court at a mall and the food it serves is quite tasty. The service is slow understandably due to the heavy crowd. Rates are ok considering the mall presence. We had ordered for Egg Curry rice combo and some chicken curry and both were good and tasty. The rice was a little dry for they would have cooked large quantity in the morning itself for the crowd but I am sure they can find a way to maintain its texture.
I didn't expect it to be this good. We were in the mall on a busy Sunday hungry and wanted to eat something desi. Punjabi by nature's chole bhature and their thalis and malai tikka was there to our rescue.
I must say I didn't expect it to be that good. Chole bhature and malai tikka were really nice but the thalis were lil disappointing.
Everything else was decent enough!
Food 3.5/5
Seating 4/5
Value for money 3/5
Cleanliness 4/5

Yea..!! First time i triedin here...!!! I ordered veg combo 7..!! Not very expensive not really very cheap too...!! Not bad...!! Taste was good..!! Jaamoon size wud have been a lil bigger to giva more taste for little longer..!! Dal makhani was noticable..!! Can try..!!
I love their combos. Esp the non veg ones Because, the taste of chicken somehow reminded of the taste back in home. PBN Express cost is totally worth it for what they provide, because the quality of the food they provide is really good for an express outlet.
The Punjabi by Nature express counter is comparatively better than the Phoenix Mall outlet. The good is okay, they use decent cutlery to serve the food, the plates can hold the food steady - which isn't the case with the other outlet.
They have a unique organized system of serving which is commendable. For those who like their food spicy this isn't the place to be because they serve food which is sweet or has yoghurt in them. Many like that kind of food. I suggest they include some dishes which are spicy too.
Place is okay I guess. Cheap also if you are planning to have veg/ non-veg combo. You get sufficient amount of food in decent price. Taste is also good. I had Non-Veg Combo 1, it was okay and filling.
Awesome Food.
Tasty Delicious.
My All Time Favorite North-Indian.
I just love this..
Yummiest to full your hungry Tummy...
Must Visit Once. Available in Food Court,Orion Mall- Bengaluru.
Majority of the times I visit the food court at Orion mall I end up at PBN. Their service and quality of food is worth every penny you shed.
I had Kastoori Murg (not on menu) and Garlic Naan, it was awesome, best food I have eaten in a long time. It was quite reasonable too. Service staff is quite sweet and polite.
We have their lunch combos often and have found them to be tasty and value for money. The gravies are very tasty. The drinks like aam panna and jal jeera can be skipped. Their dahi kababs are amazing - melt in the mouth but the veg galouti was hard and rubbery when we tried it. The gulab jamun is very good though - soft and well made. Overall, a value for money place to calm those hunger pangs while at Orion mall.
Its very nice.has a rich ambience.i liked it very much.a bit expensive but a great restaurant to go in and have a high quality food.especially try butter chicken..
The non-veg platter is the standout item in an otherwise somewhat ordinary menu of combo meals and assorted lassis and sharbats.
Very reasonably priced and the right quantity for one person their meals are ideal when you want to grab a quick bite.
Cheers,
As a regular visitor to Orion Mall have also visited the Food Court as many times to tame my hungry stomach. Again any mention of ambiance or service would be criminal in food court so straight to the point (Food!)
They have some amazing selection for Combo Thalis (both Veg & Non Veg) which one can choose from based on their moods. The taste is also quite decent and the quantity is also filling. The Cholla Batura is also quite tasty and filling
Value for Money: Pity decent for the kind of food served also considering the locality.
Verdict: Can be visited for quick North Indian food
Chola battora is a good try. The food counter is located at corner of Orion Mall food court, "Sauce Pan"! They have some good combos too.
Service is good.
Ambience is the same that you can expect from a normal food court.
I went with my friend and had nog veg platter and chicken roll , taste was good and price also was ok with the taste and service. As the roll was not ready they told to wait and they came and served us the roll which was very good. I would like to taste all the menu there and would visit again whenever i am visiting Orion mall.
Excellent food. Quick service. Great combo deals. Lovely gulab jamuns.
I ordered there value thali which is around 165. Roti and gulab jamuns are really the best I ate. Regarding kebabs they are just OK. They are neither excellent not very bad. But quantity of items is very good and even service is fast though you have to pick up from counter and get your own thali. Would be great if they can increase the quality of non veg dishes.
I'm not going to talk about their ambiance or service because it's a food court and it's self service. So straight to the food.
Their biggest crowd puller here are their Value Combo Meals. Priced at Rs.165, it includes Kebabs, Dal Makhani, Veg/NonVeg Dish, Raita, One Naan, Rice, Papad and a Gulaab Jaamun.
I had the Veg Combo Meal which had Dahi Ke Kebabs and the veg dish was either Paneer Makhani or Kadhai Paneer. The Paneer was decent. Spicy. Nothing out of the ordinary. Dal Makhani seemed a little watered down and wasn't as thick and as rich as it should be. Dissapointing. Dahi Ke Kebabs, yummy. Raita, pretty good. Rice, Naan, Gulaab Jaamun, all were fine. Friend had the Non Veg Meal and he quite liked it. So guess the Chicken dish quality was better. We also ordered the Jaljeera and it was good.
At Rs.165, this value meal is indeed fantastic value for money - quantity wise. Quality wise, with the brand name that it has, I was a little bit let down.
We took a metro ride from Baiypanhalli to Yesvantpur using newly opened Majestic Interchange. We had very late lunch today at food court in Orion Mall. Tried veg combo which had one roti ,Paneer sabji, Chhole ,Dal and rice it is good cost is 229/- I had Alu Paratha combo it is also served with chhole, Raita and Dal. Cost is Rs189/- both dishes were having butter milk too , Dosa Idly combo from #upsouth. It cost 178/-.
Enjoyed black current ice cream in chocolate cone from Baskin Robbins !!
Cholebatore is the centre of attraction of this restaurant. This is One of the best cholebatores I ever had in Bangalore. This restaurant offers a plenty of North Indian food varieties.
Variety of combos and dine-in.
