Great service, very flavorful and excellent ambience. Must visit if you’re in the mood for a for a good Punjabi feed!
I like the kabab, malai kofta and mutton curry. Nice place on the rooftop. There is a small outdoor sitting area. This place is always crowded during weekend. Overall good but unfortunately no valet parking.
Food tastes really good but prices are sky rocking, quantity is good to go but they need to improve in serving time.
We ordered dum aalo, paneer tikka and paneer tikka masala. Dum aaloo was good a must try dish. Paneer tikka was ok ok. Need to work on gulab jamun
Amazing food.. proper north indian flavour.. love the food and the outside seating is quite beautiful too. It's a family and kid friendly places and if u visit her don't forget to try the paan.
I loved the desi ambience of the place,I loved all the foods we ordered
Heard alot about this place and visited in February before lockdown. The moment you step in, will notice the vintage set up along with beautiful art work.
Ordered chicken methi and paneer gravy along with lassi.
Chicken was tender, perfectly cooked and gravy was yummy as well. Even the paneer curry was delicious. Lassi was kind of fine however the quantity was good.
Over all enjoyed the meal at that place. Only issue was slow service and no place for car parking. Have to park in the by lanes near by.
The ambience is really beautiful. We opted for outdoor seating. The service was a bit slow due to volume of orders. We had
chicken manchurian tangdi
pahadi kebab
Very good ambience and the food was amazing.. This has to be one of my favorite restaurants in HBR Layout.. The best experience always.. Extremely Well trained staff but service is very slow. Sometime we don't get seats so reservation is must.
Awesome food and great service
Had an amazing time at this place! Was surprised with the quality of food! Ask for Puneet Kumar ! Super sweet chap! In times of covid the food was brought with super care!
Nice service... Loved the food... Must visit... This is my third time... :) :) :)
Very nice food. Good ambiance. Loved the gulab jamun
Great hospitality specially by puneet kumar thakur
Good service and tasty food.
Recently visited this place due to sudden cravings for North Indian food.
At first it was difficult to locate the dhaba as it's not on the usual food streets of Kalyannagar. So make sure you check the maps before going.
Interior of this place has all the rusty elements like a small pan stall, khatiya to give the authentic road side dhaba feels. Though it's a rooftop dhaba with both indoor and outdoor sittings.
I loved having my food sitting on khatiya with tall coconut trees around..
We ordered spicy crispy corn, butter naan, some variants of aloo spiced paratha , paneer butter masala , lassi and sweet lime soda.
Food taste was amazing for every item for the price value.
Quantity was fulfilling.
Staffs here are super friendly.
It gets too crowded after 9 pm on weekends so plan accordingly to avoid longer queues.
Food 4/5
Ambience 4.5/5
Price 4/5
Ambiance was good food was good and it was authentic food chicken was awesome 😍
Excellent food and not to miss the thick and delicious lassi.
Amazing place to chill out , excellent dinning must visit
Loved the whole atmosphere and feel! Best place to lunch and dine with family and friends!
Went to this amazing dhaba and had phulkas, which were so soft and chicken kadai, kalmi kabab. Nice ambience and good service.
The food was very yummy and the staff was very courteous
Best restaurant for punjabi food. Nice ambience. Good customer service. Wonderful food served here..
Good cozy place to have lunch with your friends and family. The food quantity and quality is quite decent.
Would surely visit again.
Tasty food, dhaba feel. Must visit place.
The place as always is rocking. Great food & excellent service especially by Puneeth
Looking for authentic north indian food then visit the place
This place is absolutely worth trying. An amazing dhabha feel. Great ambience. A small paan stall, khatiya and all to add to the rustic feels. And to top it all there's the super delicious food both veg and non-veg that anyone will love without a doubt. For anyone craving for a good north Indian taste you just must not give a second thought and go visit this lovely place! Try chicken angara if you really love spicy. Also tried chilly items too and they are infact no less. 😋😋😋 Super happy and satisfied:)
Good food, good taste.
Would prefer for any vegetarian person in this area👍
Nice place to dine in with family
Nice ambiance for the evening

Had been here for a team outing. Amazing food, great staff. A must try place if you happen to be in this side of the town.
Food Taste is awesome and good ambiemve
The food was excellent. No show off, just plain good Desi food.
Chilled out place. Good food. Quality and quantity is appropriate.
I always liked Chulha Chauki da Dhaba, nice food nice service
Kalmi kebab was one of the best in town..must visit, must try..
The dining was good as well
Such a wonderful experience, staff are friendly and helpful, Will be very busy on weekends.... Finding a parking is space is very hard... Ambience is awesome... there is a place which looks like a actual dhaba style sitting... you will like it.. try once
The restaurant is not so big, it is too congested and so to get a table waiting time is 25-30 mins for lunch on weekends and then again the waiting time is 20-25 mins after ordering the food. We found food not so great in terms of taste, it could be much better. Ambience is satisfactory
Food was delicious, the place has a nice dhaba vibe..Phulka with ghee was just amazing..Lassi was yumm..we loved almost all of the food
The ambience was good.
The food was tasty and decent.
-ve is a bit expensive & less quantity.
One of the best places in Bangalore for tandoori dishes. Not only that, but their rotis are the softest, and their curries are yummy. Though I wouldn’t suggest their rice items, that’s my personal preference. That said, I’m a regular here for their rotis. A significant must have as a side dish would be the sweet lassi. And to end it all, please try their pan.
Great place just that sweet dish options are just 2 gulab jamun and paan but overall the taste of their food is just superb
Good service and best place to eat but only disadvantage is other than chicken you won't get any like mutton and sea foods in non veg
One of the best food in this area.
Value of money.
Good taste.
The food was really good and delicious. Decent place. But had to wait for more than half an hour for the order to be served.
This place has really polite people serving you. Food is A1 in taste. The menu are priced very well for the taste. The ambience is also not bad, with the USP of paper flags filling the entire area. The seating style of traditional dhabba giving a view of the outside makes the place feel open. Though I found the seating arrangement cool, not everyone will find it comfortable. They also have some dinning table style sitting and you can opt for them but then you will miss the view. I wish they would have some of these sitting near the window area. Overall a satisfied experience and definitely recommend.
The place is good for North Indian vegetarian food. I was expecting more spice but it works too. You might find portions a bit small but that is a trend in Bengaluru. The ambience and atmosphere is nice for a family outing
We ordered paneer parantha, alu parantha and butter milk. Food was surprisingly GOOD! High quality ingredients were used. They put in effort to prepare the dishes. Prices were "slightly" high - once in a while it's okay to visit, but the food quality justifies the prices. The waiter also asked us for feedback and really wanted to know what we liked and disliked. This reflects that they take their work very seriously. Would love to visit the place again!
Good food|bit overpriced| okay ambience
It was 1st of Jan so I would not comment that it was overcrowded and all. We had been there for lunch and we entered ourselves in the register for the queue and got a table in 10-12 mins of waiting.
So we were at table one which is just adjacent to their cooking area. It was so very noisy with all the order details the noise of utensils claterring, the servers scurrying around you, making you pray that they don't trip over and fall on you.
Nevertheless coming to food the service was fast and even with such heavy crowd food was good, well cooked and quick. But 299 for a portion of chilly paneer and 130 for a glass of lassi is on the fine dining side is how I feel.
There may be other sitting areas which would be quite than ours but for the same price anyone else also deserves a peaceful eating experience.
Food was Good , Good ambience. Typical North Indian style food . That lassi was really amazing. Perfect place to chill and enjoy your food.
To begin with, the place is airy and spacious and seating arrangements are adequate. They have customised tables and stools (probably made out of bamboo), which my family used while dining there. The service is good and pricing is just right in my opinion.
Now coming to the food, it's delicious with the dishes we had, like the Veg Kadai which we had in tandem with the Butter Laccha Paratha / Naan / Kulcha and the Sweet Lassi is probably the best I had ever tasted so far. The only minor blip for me, was the Hara Bhara Kebab as it was bland and tasted of corn flour.
Besides this, everything was perfect. Definitely check this place out.
Butter Naan and the curry was tasting good. More importantly Naan wasn't burnt and it was golden all over. The seating is quite different and you could love it or feel uncomfortable. A must try.
