Best mutton biryani in this style of making. Taste was great but very oily, looks like they cook in lots of fat to get the flavour. Aroma of mutton was ingrained into each grain of rice. The sides were average. Price of biryani is on the high side. I had better experience in delivery order than dine in experience which was nondescript kind of outing.
A small place with an awesome mutton Biryani. Will not recommended Chicken Biryani. Parking is a challenge. Not very friendly staff, but Biryani are quick to serve.
Oh!! just love the mutton biryani of Rahams. I wish they open a branch near sarjapura or electronic city as we have to travel very far for biryani, which is worthit but banglore trafic makes it very hectic.
Ordered chicken Chow mein and Hong Kong chicken. Total bill around 500. Found but expensive not value for money considering items r so easily available in any restaurant. Quantity wise good.
Chicken Biryani was tasty, quantity was good, but packaging should have been better. Sholay kabab was spicy and delicious. Afghani Tikka was too bland for our liking.
Well ordered chicken Biriyani from this outlet around 4.30 in the evening from zomato.. Even then biriyani was piping hot.. Taste of biriyani was too gud,Dey use normal rice instead of Basmati rice juz d way i like it.. Its like less spicy version of hyderabadi Biryani.. Quantity was way too much.. Couldnt finish one.. Luvd the packing.. D way it was wrapped in plaintain leaf.. Overall luvd it.. will order it again❤️
Very good place for non vegeterian ordered some garlic chicken, Hariyali kebab and chicken biriyani all of them were tasted really good a must visit place ..

Best Mutton Biriyani with ghee roast chicken, Bangalore style biriyani completely opposite to Hyderabadi biriyani loves it. Chicken starters are too good
We ordered few kulchas, butter rotis, chicken patiala, chicken biriyani and paneer butter masala. The gravies tasted good. The breads did too. But biriyani was just okay. I've heard they're known for their biriyani but somehow felt it was not up to the mark.
My review is based on a dining experience and a takeaway 3 years ago on a mid week holiday. So don't blame me if you had a bad experience recently. This place was highly rated by a friend of mine who was ready to drive from Whitefield to Kodihalli just to have the Chicken Chops at Rahams. The things people do for food ☺️. Anyways I don't have much to complain. I thought we were lucky to get tables because it was full immediately and people were waiting for tables by the time we were done. The food was good. The Chicken Chops which is a kebab is definitely a must try. Nice and juicy portions, I guess the marinade must be secret. My main dish was their Mutton Biryani which was very good. Not sure about the style, but found some faint resemblance to the Malabar Biryani we are used to. Surely a refreshing change from the spicy versions popular in the City. Overall a satisfying experience then, hope they are retaining the standards now. And never dine from their Shanti Nagar outlet.
This is the best place to eat mutton biriyani. This is on the main Raod of old Airport road just before the Leela palace. We Always visit this place for mutton biriyani. Must try biriyani at Rahhams don't miss it. I'm eating here from past 5 Years Always same taste. Must try
Best mutton biriyani and mutton chops in bangalore😋............................................................Regular customer for the past 10years
Rahhams has a take away counter outside the restaurant this is something I prefer because the price is almost 40% less when you parcel the food. Also, the service for take away is good.
I mainly go here when the cook is on a holiday. The 'only chicken shawarma' is good and filling. The kababs are tasty and the biryani tastes good.
However, in my last few visits I found some of the dishes in the menu not available. I was told that I have come past 10pm and the stock is over. So please be on time to savor the food!
I'm kind of surprised why is this restaurant rated so low. The ambiance is not great, but the food is certainly worth. A little more oily then it should be, but the taste is really good. I didn't like their mutton starters. However, I found the chicken starters to be really good. The chicken tuliman soup was delectable, way beyond our expectations. I never finish soup, but this one I did. Go here for food and not ambiance or crowd or other points which should not really matter to a foodie.
Service has declined and so has quality of food. Been going here since last 7 years.
Now I visit the place just for its really good and signature mutton biryani (used to be really really good or let's just settle for "used to be excellent"). It's own disctinct flavour with smaller rice that adds to the charm and very subtly mixed spices. The biryani, when you look at it, just looks like pieces of mutton and fried rice but the real taste kicks in when it hits your tongue.
And, patthar gosht are delicous too.
I would rate it just for these dishes as I don't order anything else anymore.
And yes, very reasonable prices. Also, even though service has gone down (not sure but they might have moved more to the "delivery" side) - the staff and the management remain as courteous and polite as they used to be. I would still recommend this place.
Got a chance to visit Rahams Old Airport again for a friends treat. As always we ordered their much popular Mutton Biriyani. They consistently maintain the quality of the Mutton which is so tender. But what excited us that day was the starter Mutton Sholay. Man that was such a delicious stuff. Generally I finds most of the mutton starters to be bland or too spicy. This one was well marinated and balanced. My taste buds still gets excited thinking about it ;). It was a 10/10. If you visit Rahams, go for it.

Decent place for meet. Their mutton dishes are very nice. Either it is briyani or kebab mutton is good. Chicken is average in taste. Little bit pricy.
Tried Rahhams Mutton and Chicken Biriyani. This was part of a Biriyani tasting session with friends wherein we bought single portions of Biriyani from 5 restaurants as walk ins.
The best Biriyani of the lot was Rahhams. The mutton Biriyani rice was very flavourful. ...kacchi biriyani. The mutton pieces were also nice and soft.
Chicken biriyani, though the rice was good, the chicken was very bland.
It is nice to be here . The food mainly we have to taste is starters because there were many and many number of varieties but only once we can taste not so regularly. The thing don't expect more spicy in this place . I suggest for the non spicy guys 😉
Nice place for mutton biryani . Chicken biryani also tastes good must give a try if you are in search of biryani's , , kebabs are good

I go here to eat only ambur mutton biryani. Especially on Friday afternoons. Mutton biryani may not be available on other evening's unless you go early by around 7:30 pm. In the Afternoon, it is available by around 1pm. They actually bring it from their other branch. So gets over very quickly when it comes. I usually go there at 1pm. Other than that they also serve some good kebabs like botti, and sholay.
There is no need to describe their mutton biryani, since everyone one knows that it's the best ambur mutton biryani you ll get in this area.
Wow!! Yummy, Mutton Briyani. I'm basically from Chennai. When I visited Bangalore for a business visit, my manager ordered a Briyani from here . His choice was right :)
P.S. The rating is only for Mutton Briyani. As I see from other reviews, some items in the menu was not available. Suggest you to prefer take away.
Rahhams ... what can I say ... it's just awesome. ... delicious food ... nice gentry ... appetizing .. aromatic ...atmosphere. ... to summarize simple restaurant with great food...

I consider Rahhams biriyani as one of the best biriyani's in Bangalore. Hence I was quite surprised that I had not visited this particular outlet of theirs.
Landed up here by purpose with hubby for lunch. The restaurant is a bit cramped with tables a little too close to each other. Since it was a working day it was packed with office goers. Almost every table had their famous biriyani which is not too surprising since we also landed up ordering the same.
I am a Chicken biriyani person but it's only this place that I land up ordering Mutton biriyani since the meat just melts in your mouth. You can also order just a biriyani rice if you still have the place to eat to more. Their Sholay kabab and malai kabab are also very good.
Point to note, none of the food is cooked there instead brought from a central place ( they call it HQ) every afternoon and evening!
Being a hardcore biriyani fan... Always on the lookout for a good adda for mutton biriyani.
A perfect blend of flavor n taste.. The mughal style biriyani...
A must try of one of the biriyani type...
My favorite place for mutton biriyani...
Definitely a must try ...
Period..I have said too much

Muslim marriages = yummilicious mouth watering biryani and that's exactly what you can expect at rahhams. The melt in your mouth tenderness of the mutton in the the subtley flavoured biryani rice is to die for..
The quantity for the amount given is justified. Tried their chilli chicken and it was fabulous.
Definitely will eat here again and again and again.
Only drawback is that they do not have delivery.
Awesome food. Mutton chops, Chicken Pahari and A Lamb Biryani. What a combo. Love the food. Place could have been much better. Nevertheless, for the taste of food, go for it.
Ordered a mutton biryani takeaway from this place and I loved it. The meat is juicy and well cooked and the biryani is so tasty! Would not suggest the place for dine in. Get the takeaway.
