Got a masala butter dosa, vada and a sweet lassi delivered. The packaging was well done and the dosa tasted excellent. The lassi was even more delicious. The sambar was a tad bit spicy for the liking but overall the items were perfect.
My weekdays breakfast are generally at Adigas since my workplace is near. It has darshini and restaurant. I generally prefer darshini. Worth trying is Open Butter Masala Dosa !! Soft open dosa topped with aloo masala, tomato slice and Dunlop of butter. Love the combination of dosa and their coffee.
I have been to this place for breakfast, we ordered Masala dosa, vada sambar dip, and poori Palya and coffee. We enjoyed our breakfast. I so wish a breakfast joint like this comes to whitefield as it reminded me of the yummy vada-sambar, dosa add coffee that I used to have literally in any restaurant when I was growing up in bangalore. This has been a problem in whitefield too many cuisines from all over India which is definitely not a bad but still amongst them all its good to have the local stuff too. I was amazed that the vasudev chain had such poor ratings all over because the breakfast I had at this Sahakara Nagar branch was good, certainty nothing compared to the likes of Shanti sagar, sukh sagar and the other sagar 😁 restaurants which we find in the heart of the city but easily as good or even better than the veg breakfast joints we have in whitefield.
Good service. I ordered a Idly Manchurian and Fried Rice Combo. Good Home delivery service as well. A Must visit for you to experience South Indian Delicacy.
Breakfast is always great ends with a awesome coffee. Either you can opt for self service or you can opt for service. I guess all the foods are tasty and value for money. Had been there many times and if there is a crowd the waiters gets little panic , over all a good place.

This place is just in front of my house and have gone here with family several times. We took south Indian food only there. The dosa was yum and tea also also good. The prices are not very high and good place to go with family.
Perfect place for South Indian food..!! Variety of sweets and dosas ensure that you enjoy every bit of the food. Polite and good service. And mind you, it doesn't cost you much. Economical and value for money

if you are alone and want to have outside food then this place is great as the minimum order is 150/- as compared to others which have 350-500 min bill order.
now coming to food.I ordered idli ,rava dosa,masala dosa.
idli was soft and felt like its home made.loved the sambhar and mint chutney!
masala dosa at adiga's has become my favourite dish it was delicious due to some powder they sprinkled on the dosa. now coming to rava dosa I didn't liked much though it was crispy but was missing something or may be the masala dosa won over it :D

For a South Indian breakfast, this is the place to be. Taste was upto the mark! The breakfast combo had me in delight. Perfect for someone who wants to try different items but in small portions.
The service was a slight let down. The confusion of the waiters was irritating.
But all in all, 👌.
Speciality Dosas - Rava Idli - Yum North Indian - Tons of variety- Decent ambience - Easy on Pocket - Good Experience!!
They have 2 seating options and the upstairs is more of family but reasonably better. Visit here for the South Indian fanfare and try out the speciality dosas - Pav Bhaji Dosa is yum with a mix of sweet and tanginess with minced onion by its side!
Also, try the Paneer Butter Masala dosa - hybrid of North Indian and South fanfare. Rava Idli is amazing and Rava Dosa is crisp, thin and yum!
The chaats taking a beating and so does butter milk - plain and lame.
Reasonable decor- not a fancy affair. Overall, a place to jump in for quick bite with friends and family for a change.

sambar & chutney is better right opposite at annapoorna.
adiga's is quite expensive compared to swathi & annapoorna in sahakarnagar.

I had been here on a Saturday noon to eat real good vegetarian food and I loved the experience. They've started so much of variety in poha, dosa and etc which makes you confused on what to eat ???? but, most of them are tasty and makes you want to eat more. Give it a try & savour the best south indian dishes ????
Somehow .. As compared to other adiga joints this joint lacks cleanliness . the taste is pretty good. The prices are quite high . they deliver home sometimes .
I used to visit Vasudev Adiga's quite often for lunch at MG road during office hours so I decided to try out this place in Sahakar nagar on a saturday afternoon. Their Dosa's and Sambhar are very tasty. The pav bhaji and the open butter masala is one of my favourite at Adiga's. They have limited variety in North Indian food but if you want to have some good south Indian food or snacks then you must visit Adigas.

Didn't actually decide to go to this place. I was looking for some other breakfast place on the main road I once went with my family. Drove for more than ten kms towards airport and drove back. Sigh! Didn't find that place. It was on 'Adi Pro Run' day. Anyone would just need a breakfast soon after running! So we ended up going to Vasudev Adiga's and also for the first time.
Oh man! Their dosas! Every other Dosa we ordered was just too good! Ragi Dosa with less oil (yes! They do have that option in their menu. "Less oil on request"), crispy Rava Masala Dosa and large Paper Masala Dosa. Dahi Vada is delicious!
I'd definitely visit this place again with my family.

Just had some really soft idli and vada at the newest Vasudev Adiga's in Sahakarnagar. I like their sambar. It's mellow and not as spicey as some Darshini restaurants serve. The vada was a little tough. Was expecting a crispier version. Their buttermilk is extremely soothing on a hot dry day. Looking forward to trying their larger-than-life paper masala dosa. Looks extremely tempting.

This is the first time I went to Vasudev Adiga's for lunch when I was in Bangalore last week, it was actually around 4 pm and we were looking for some nice place for lunch as we got occupied with certain things and could not have our lunch on time. This was one of the last places which was still serving lunch at 4 pm though I think ours was the last order. Since I wanted to try something authentic in South Indian we (my wife, my father in law and mother in law) ordered for the Karnataka meals. This is a decent place but nothing like an ambience. They served the food on banana leaves which I always like. The menu had a lot of variety and I will not be able to recall the local names for all of them but I quite liked all of them. The food was mild in spices which worked best for me as I'm not a person who like his food much spicy. They served puris, rice, choice of rasam\ sambhar, vegetables made of French beans and coconut, oobatu (which is like sweetened roti, filled with coconut and jiggery mixture which tastes awesome with some pure ghee put on it- similar to Pooran Poli in Maharashtra), one item made of beet root, vegetable kurma (like a mix veg) papaddam, pickles and I'm sure a lot of other vegetables also but I don't recall now. I liked the food, it was simple but tasted great.The service was not that great, for a thali kind of system you would expect that the waitors keep checking on each table very frequently if somebody need something but in this case we had to call them (may be because they were closing for the lunch) and I had to shout once after which the service improved instantly. The best part was the bill - it was just Rs. 625/- inclusive of all taxes for four people, isn't that great.....I will definitely go there again whenever I get a chance.

The BEAST (read BULLET) had arrived home and was time to celebrate with family. Instead of choosing any fancy (fine dining) restaurant decided to settle for some something more authentic and zeroed in on the new hotel in town located on Sahakarnagar Main Road with ample parking space for both 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers.
Ambiance: They have typical darshini setup on the ground floor which much suitable for either a quick bite followed by seating arrangements on 1st and 2nd levels
Food: Nice tasty food as always from Adiga's. We started off with Tomato Soup, Veg Manchow Soup supplemented with Masala Papad's and Gobi Manchurian. Have to make a special mention of the Gobi Manchurian here as these did not try to purposely make it red in color but left it very crispy and tasty for taste buds.
Post this for the main course we decided to hog on Dosa's only as it seemed to be there speciality as mentioned and must admit was completely flattered by the preparations be it the Pav Bhaji Dosa, Paneer Butter Masala Dosa or the Corn Dosa which we tried for the first time and found them to be extremely good and filling. Last but not the least Paper Masala Dosa (which is common) was also as good as it comes.
This was followed by a round a Lime Soda just to keep tummy silent ;)
Service: Courteous staff who definitely need some more polishing to become better in their job (for simple things like refiling the water, cleaning the used plates with new ones) and being bit more prompt
Value for Money: A BIG YES! Above meal for 5 cost us Rs 1050 or so
Verdict: Will surely want to come back
The location of this outlet of Adiga's is excellent, bang on the Sahakarnagar main road, which is an upcoming area for commercial establishments. This place is perfect for big breakfast cravings. It's big and spacious, well lit and the staff makes a lot of effort to keep it clean. With plenty of parking in it's vicinity, this restaurant is definitely popular in the area. Apart from the usual darshini breakfast options, Adiga's also offers North Indian cuisine and chaats along with some selection of sweets and savouries. Definitely one of the "everyday" kind of places and worth a visit.
Wonderful taste. Dishes are not very spicy and do not spoil the stomach...
