Biryani was just delicious with the perfect flavours and chicken was soft and blended with perfect spices. Loved it highly recommended.

After being to HSR layout Birinz, I had become a fan of this restaurant and happened to visit this place last week. Its located on BTM main road and easy to spot.
They have wide range of Starters & Biryanis. We ordered Reddy's Red Hot chicken Biryani- which was served with gravy & raita, was spicy & THE BEST to have here. Chicken was tender and so succulent to eat.
Birinz Special chicken Biryani was less spicy, mild & nice. Both are Hyderabadi cuisine and tasted excellent.! A must visit place for Biryani lovers.
Staff are courteous. Parking might be a constraint. Also, suggest them to maintain some cleanliness across the restaurant.!
It's located on the main road of Btm. We went there for team lunch. They have many options in their menu both for veg and non veg. We Opted for combo menu. Which includes soup, starter, roti, curry & biriyani. Nothing much to talk about the Ambience. Normal ambience.
Coming to food...Chicken hot and sour soup was yummy. In starter Maharaja chicken was also good. Must try! But salt was less in chicken sholay. Roti & curry was good too. Biryani was not served hot. But it was ok. Sweet Lassi was thick and yumm. So overall good quality and taste met our expectations. Staffs were very courteous and service was on time too.

The Biriyanis and starters here are really nice, especially the chicken starters. They have a good menu with a lot of options. Not the best ambience, but service is great and the price is not very high, they also accept Zomato Gold.

So had been to this place in BTM called Birinz. Very nice and decent restaurant. Coming to the Ambience its decent not great can be a little more artistic. Service is very good and curtious staff. Coming to food the taste was good but can be made better with Tomato Soup, Veg Dum Biryani, Veg Hyderabadi. We had taken
Tomato soup, Paneer Sholay, Pan Asian Babycorn, Garlic Naan, Veg Hyderabadi, Paneer Tikka Masala, Paneer and Veg Dum Biryani.
I would strongly recommend Paneer Sholay and Paneer Biryani. The taste was very good.

This is a great casual dining place, perfect for family dinners. It is at a good location too, inside ambience is nice, staffs are very polite but the service is a tad bit slow.
Coming to the food, they are legit drool-worthy. We had ordered Paneer butter masala, butter chicken, roti, naan, and my forever love for spicy food made me order the "Reddy's Red Hot chicken Biryani"... And it was all just soooooo good! The portions were huge, the taste was heavenly, and the Biryani... It was super tasty and at the same time super super spicy!
So only if you're an experienced spicy food eater, go for the "Reddy's Red Hot chicken Biryani", else there are plenty other delicious options to choose from.
A tip: The prices can be tamed if you're using Zomato gold!
Food was very delicious and staff service was good. Sitting accomodation could be better and ambience can be more pleasant..You should work on it and music can also add more advantageous to ambience.

Been to Birinz for quick lunch & ordered their famous Butter Chicken Biryani... Boneless chicken pieces cooked with the butter chicken gravy is all worth the hype..

I visited Biriniz last weekend for lunch. Biriniz is located at BTM Bangalore on the first floor of BTM complex. It had a decent ambience and coming to food, Biriniz had a lot to offer. So let us begin.
1. To start off my lunch Birinz I began with Paneer Sholay. For some reason I always loved paneer because of it texture and it’s taste. The paneer was just to my taste, soft and with a bit of spiciness. I couldn’t stop with one since it was really delicious and spicy!!
2. Next dish is the chicken chops. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside that’s what I would call this chicken chops. Reminds me of the KFC chicken that I love but this is a different version of it. The chicken was tender and could be eaten as a snack alone too.
3. Baby corn chilly was the next dish, it was cooked well and very soft inside. Loved the taste and masala in it.
4. The next dish I’m going to talk about is the Chicken Patiyala. It was beautifully made and rich, where the chicken is wrapped around by the egg. As I cut through the egg I could get the aroma of the chicken. There was no compromise when it comes to the taste. The chicken was tender and cut into small cubes with the right amount of spices. I just love it.
5. I present to you Assorted Kebabs which consists of Chicken Afghani, Angara and Shahi kebab (3 pieces each) each unique in its taste. Below I have explained each one separately. The Chicken Afghani is marinated in a rich creamy marinade and then baked to perfection. The dish has a smoky and rich taste. The Chicken Angara Kebab which is more of the savoury taste. It’s a dry starter to stay in short.The Shahi Kebab has a unique taste , soft with tender chunks of grilled chicken.
6. Has anyone heard of Gun powder rice??? Obviously for me it was the first time. When I talk about gun powder I literally don’t mean gun powder, basically it’s a chutney podi (powder) where in different states they it call by different names with few tweaks here and there. This spicy powder is so versatile that it can be used from dosa to rice.This is more of an idea than a recipe. Gunpowder and rice goes so well together. When I tried gun powder rice for the first time it tasted so unique and quite good too. You could feel the intensity of the gun powder in the mouth. Such a strong flavour. The owner of Biriniz told me this gun powder rice is exclusive to their restaurant. So why not go ahead and try it!!
7. Amritsar Fried Fish. The fish is nicely marinated and deep fried on the outside. It’s soft in the inside. You could get a bit of spiciness too. This makes a good party starter too!!
8. Andhra Chicken – Cooked well and it was pretty spicy too. But it was that I gotta say.
9. Moving on to the main course I had the opportunity to taste Egg biryani, Veg dum biryani, Prawns biryani ,Mutton mughlai biryani and the Boneless chicken dum biryani. Each of the Dum biryanis had it own unique taste and really lovely. Especially the prawns and mutton were fantastic.
Wrapping up overall Biriniz a place worth to visit. So why don’t you head down to Biriniz and try their food.

Reddys Red Hot Chicken Biryani 🌶️🍗
In Birinz all Biryani's are served with same Basmati rice with different flavors of Biryani Masala topping. My first favorite is Reddys Red Hot Chicken Biryani as it's spicy and tastes yummy and second is Gongura Chicken Biryani it gives traditional masala taste.

Honestly loved the sutble decor of this place which was only elevated by the amazing butter chicken that I was served.
The staff was super polite. Swiggy and Zomato have plenty of offers on their applications especially on Biryani, and you ought to try the food here!
Had been here on last weekend one of the best place to have well served briyani in town.

Birinz in BTM was said to serve one of the best Biryanis in Bangalore and I finally got an opportunity to put their Biryani to test and here are my impressions.
Ambience is decent, nothing great but nothing too bad at the same time. Seating space is limited and interiors are well lit.
Coming to the food, they have a wide array of Biryanis along with the usual veg and non veg starters. We were there specifically for the Biryani and hence ordered the veg Biryani and paneer Biryani. Both were delicious. The Biryani was not very spicy and the flavour mostly hinged with the masala/meat on the top of the biryani. Basically all Biryanis are served with the same rice, only the masala/meat toppings change according to which Biryani you buy, very similar to meghanas Biryani.
Two sizes available, personal and regular. Personal is perfect for a single person and regular is quite a sizable portion, maybe for two. Parking for car will be an issue.
Will definitely be back and try out their other Biryanis.

Gunpowder rice was top on my list as I heard so much about it, now I strongly recommend it, biryani rice with the right amount of inhouse gunpowder masala.
Overall, had a please meal. if you are someone craving for mouth-watering biryani, then this place is a worth a visit. Also, the biryani is prepared on firewood, the varieties of toppings options are insane. every single biryani we tried in other branches, it was always a delight.

Perfect place for an Authentic Firewood Tradition Andhra Biriyani. This place is biriyani lovers paradise. A mixture of traditional dum biriyani with various toppings (Chicken, Prawns and mutton). Paired with sweet lassies and Gulab Jammun. This is the best place to be for biriyani. The side dishes are good to especially butter garlic prawns , Chicken Kebab Fry and Assorted Kebabs. Service is topnotch.

The food here is really outstanding. They have a cozy setup and the staff is really nice and warm making you feel welcome. The selection of food items caters both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Definitely would recommend for multiple visits so one can try everything.

After pondering where to order my Biriyani from and debating all the options available around jayanagar I decided to go with birinz this weekend. We ordered the butter chicken Biriyani and Andhra chilli chicken. The hot and spicy chilli chicken complimented the rich butter chicken Biriyani. We polished off the entire serving and literally didn’t even leave a grain of rice.

Pros:
Food is quite good. The soups were amazing. We loved them. We had the assorted kebab platters for starters. Few kebabs were actually well done. Soft & tender. Few were a bit hard & chewy.
We had butter chicken biryani, birinz special biryani & boneless dum biryani. Basically all the 3 biryanis had the same rice with different toppings 😁 so I can just review the chicken pieces in these biryanis😂 We loved the first 2. With really juicy chicken pieces. But the boneless one was kind of ok when compared to the other 2. We specially asked the staff to make it less spicy for which they agreed immediately & we were not disappointed.
Staff is courteous & attentive.
Cons:
Ambience can be improved a little. Although it was not so hot, it might get stuffy when crowded. May be they can think of adding ACs in future. Also washrooms are a big no go as they are not very clean.

We started with some dry starters which had chef special chicken starters, Prawns dry fry, and coke, for the main course we ordered a Hyderabadi chicken biryani, Butter chicken biryani and boneless chicken biryani. Everything was up to the mark.butter chicken biryani I had tried for the first time but to my surprise it was not at all sweet. Was very buttery and and yummy in taste.i would love to visit again and also get the biryani homedelivered

For the biriyani the rice is same for all and it’s good too.. just the masalas change for each type.. so I really don’t know which biriyani is the best!
But the staff is not very friendly.. you need to keep asking them if you need something which was something at times we got a bit irritated

If you are a biryani lover, you must visit this place. Not much of any ambience or anything. But it definitely has a lot of options for biryani starting from chicken to mutton to fish biryani’s. We ordered mutton shorba, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. Then we ordered mutton mughlai biryani and gongura mutton biryani. Both of them were awesome, rich and flavorful taste. I would definitely go back here to try out the remaining ones.
For a biriyani lover this place wouldn’t disappoint you 😘😊 especially I loved Reddy’s red chilli chicken biryani 😍😊 loved there starters and roti curries too. I would have given 5 rating if there ambience is good. As it is Andhra hotel , expect the food lil 🌶spicy . Bad news for mutton biriyani lovers as they dnt have mutton dum biriyani 🤨
It's not everyday a vegetarian talks about a restaurant specialising in biryani.
Went in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food served. The restaurant looked like any other casual dining place but what stands out is their top notch dishes.
Without further ado, let's get into what we ordered:-
•Cream of mushroom soup
The soup was thick and creamy, and served as a great appetizer.
•Paneer Sholay starter
Our favourite from the menu so far. It was the perfect blend of spices and taste.
•Chilli mushroom
Mushroom being my personal favourite, never disappoints.
•Paneer biryani
Probably the main highlight of our lunch as the main course. The biryani rice was long and aromatic, and the paneer gravy was rich and spicy.
•Sweet lassi
The perfect slurpie after a spicy meal, it served both as a dessert and drink.
Their menu listed Ulavacharu Biryani and says open till mid night which prompted us to visit this restaurant on Sunday night. To our disappointment the dish was not avaialble but the waiter recommended Reddy's Red Hot Biryani, Other dishes we ordered were Egg Biryani with Dum rice and baby corn starter. Their recommendation was top class and still tasted fresh, one of the best biryani I have had for a long time. Other dishes were above average. My son wanted ice cream which was not available but they allowed us to get desserts from a shop Immeidate next to it. Have not taken pics this time as we were busy hogging food😉. Ambience was nice and Staff were super friendly and service was excellent which made me give a 4/5. Next visit will be with a group of friends and I'll update feedback.
Like I said I went for 2nd visit with friends and we tried pretty much all the chicken starters including their biriyanis. Yes, Ulavacharu Biriyani too.

Birinz with its selective ingredients gives the dishes a mouthwatering taste. It is located in the BTM main road easy to find the restaurant on the first floor.

On Sunday evening I and my mom went to the birinz. It was tailor-made a family restaurant for us, I and my mom enjoyed our dinner with the perfect Andhra spice,
We ordered for
1) Paneer Sholay Kebab-- the presentation with green chillies and curry leaves on top was looking delicious. It tasted well. It was not like chicken Sholay kabab, was not the tandoor fry it was coated paneer deep-fried in oil tasted different and I loved it.
2) salt And pepper mushroom -- its the perfect appetizer for the spice lovers .. Mushroom was crispy with pepper is always my favourite combination ... It was just like home food
3) Angara Kebab -- well marinade chicken with Indian spice was cooked well on the charcoal. Was perfect appetiser for tandoor lovers.
Main course --
Veg Dum Biriyani-- Perfectly cooked Basmati rice, which tasted equal to chicken Dum biryani with their magic masala was mouthwatering.

Absolute bliss. Seeing such great reviews was eagerly waiting to visit. And all were true. Such a great place for non vegetarians. My tastebuds still feel the taste. Today's spl chicken lollipop was an absolute delight. And the main highlight was Butter chicken, the best one i had till date. Chicken dum biryani and mutton muglai biryani too were good. Was in a hurry today, but surely coming for next visit. Courteous staff too. Keep it going guys. Your food rocks 👍👌
I can go on and on about how tasty the food was. I'm not a non-veg food fan but I did gulp it all. Mushroom was the only veg item it ordered and it was more that awesome. The dishes I order were Apollo Fish, Patiala Chicken, Tandoori Mushroom, Butter Chicken Biriyani, Naan and Mutton Rogan Josh. Everything was more than perfect. I loved all the flavours. Yeah and the staff is really courteous. Also the owner is a very very nice person and takes the best care of his customers ❤️
Had one of the finest hyderabadi biriyani from there. Good quality basmati rice with succulent pieces of nicely cooked chicken on top. Flavours were outstanding. Also had their starter "Maharaja Chicken". It was again a very good dish. Decent seating arrangements. Good service.

Paneer Sholey: Paneer pieces tossed in ginger ,garlic onion, coloured pepper . really enjoyed the flavors.
Reddy’s Chicken Biryani : Boneless chicken biryani . Flavors were beautiful but then i found it a little too spicy, it was served with raita and a gravy to go with.
Over all i liked this restaurant will definitely order everytime i am in Bangalore.

Birinz has been a delivery only Biriyani place for years. And now this is a restaurant which they have launched recently. They serve 10/12 different varieties of andhra biryanis. The rice remains the same in all , the long basmati rice with nice aroma which you get in all andhra biryanis. Considering the food alone, it’s 5/5 any day. But as a restaurant, it think there is scope for improvement on service and ambience. ACs were not switched even with all the seats occupied on a Sunday afternoon. There is continuous clamour at the reception with a huge crowd for delivery orders and the staffs runnings around for that. They can manage their delivery system in a better way so that it doesn’t affect the restaurant ambience or service.

Visited this place on Saturday for dinner and must say to all biryani lovers this place in BTM will certainly satisfy your biryani cravings. Located near Jayadeva flyover and easily recognised from the main road. This place is apt for both veg and non veg.
Starting with few starters worth ordering to activate your taste buds. In veg starters, Paneer Sholay was awesome and loved the preparation. Mushroom chilli garlic and golden baby corn are worth trying once you are here.
Non veg starters, Chicken 555 and Andhra chicken dry was the best. It was perfectly spicy and was really yummy. Coriander tawa chicken had some different flavour and loved the taste.
Then comes the much awaited Biryanis.
Reddy's special chicken Biryani was the best of all. Loved the aroma coming out of hot and tasty Andhra style biryani.
Gongura chicken Biryani and boneless chicken Biryani were good.
Butter chicken Biryani was the different one and it tempted me the most just because of its name but the taste of biryani was no where near to traditional butter chicken.
They have paneer biryani for vegetarians and it was equally delicious. Vegetarians I must say you won't be disappointed with the biryani.
They have one special dish which is Gun powder rice and I must say everyone should try this apart from biryani. Loved the concept of gun powder rice and it's preparations. I think it is best for vegetarians.
Interesting fact is that all their biryani is firewood cooked which gives a different aroma to the food.
As this place is situated on main road so 4 wheeler parking is a problem here although there is ample parking lot for 2 wheelers.
Overall must visit place for all biryani lovers where you can have some awesome biryani at affordable prices. Also they have Zomato gold 1+1 on food, so it's a plus point.

Then came the turn for biryani, although I had tried all of the varieties before itself my personal favorite is the gun powder rice (vegetarian by chance)
U should surely go for their Reddy special chicken biryani and the boneless biryani.
They also serve butter chicken biryani but amm I would say it's not near to the authentic butter chicken so needs an improvement.
Summarizing it's a pocket friendly place which serves some good variety of spicy food. Do try it and let me know about the same :)

Birinz is located on the main road in btm layout , they’re famous for their varieties of biryani which is cooked with fire wood. The toppings of the biryanis are different, where as the rice underneath is basically the same , they have a specialty dish called as gun powder rice , which i really liked ! The starters were amazing as well , they have all the andhra style dishes , full of flavour and spices , i really liked the egg chilli and the rayalaseema chicken amongst others . The service was quick and the waiters were polite. The taste was reallly nice . The butter chicken biryani was amazing .

Birinz which started as delivery since 6-8 years now turned into restaurant in BTM is one perfect choice for lunch and dinner with your loved ones. Both veg and non veg they have a lot of varieties to treat your tummy. You must try their biryani. We had chicken patyala, chicken 555, Birinz special biryani, butter naan, lassi and lime juice.
Starters were amazing and biryani tasted delicious! Love how they cook in firewood and the outcome is so perfect!
Ambience is just like other family restaurants but what is worth your money is the tasty food they serve.
Just one correction is that lassi could have been better but rest all is just perfectly correct!
Overall a must try place!

Birinz has been present in Bangalore for quite some time now. I had tried their biryani once before through delivery. I quite liked it, so we went again this weekend to try it out fresh at the restaurant itself. While getting there is quite a task, the biryani is quite delicious. One thing which I love about this place is that they cook the biryanis on wood fire which just gives a great smoky aroma to the dish. It uplifts the flavour of the aromatics used and the result is a fragrant mix of rice that just mesmerises you to the core. Moreover, they do have some great vegetarian delights too. The service is top notch and they don’t take much time to serve food.
Following were the items I tried for starters:
Mushroom Chilli Garlic (8/10) – It was quite nice, and could say it was a good option for the vegetarians. It was well spiced and the mushroom still had a little bite to it which I quite liked.
Paneer Sholey (7/10) – As a North Indian, I’ve been brought up on soft paneer, and this wasn’t close. However, the masala used was quite nice, and if you are a fan of the paneer here, you might like this.
Egg Chilli (8.5/10) – I quite loved this dish. The eggs were first boiled and then stir fried in the Indo-Chinese style chilli gravy. This is one of the must have dishes when you visit this place.
Chicken Shorba (8.5/10) – A great start to the meal, this was light and full of aromatics which just set the taste buds rolling. I loved how the spices were well used, but the chillies were not too overpowering so as to burn the taste buds. It had keema sized chicken pieces which I liked as well.
Rayalseema Chicken (7/10) – I’ve probably rated this dish low because I was expecting too much out of this, but it was slightly dry and not as spicy as I would have liked it to be.
Chicken 555 (9/10) – This was by far my favourite starter for the night. The chicken was juicy, the masala was nice and had the perfect amount of chillies, which made it the highlight amongst the starters.
Andhra Chicken Dry (8.5/10) – Another dish which I expected to be full of chillies, which didn’t happen, however the flavours in this were nice.
Coming to the main course which primarily comprised of biryani excluding one. In their biryanis, the base rice remains the same which as mentioned before is made on wood fire. Then depending on the type of biryani you order, they cook chicken in different masalas and top of the biryani. All of these which I tried were:
Gunpowder Rice (9/10) – Not a biryani, but this dish was by far the best one for me. I loved it even more than the biryanis, which being a hardcore non-vegetarian is a huge thing! It might have been a classic Andhra household dish which they eat very often, but the way it was spiced perfectly and mixed with ghee and red chillies, it all just melted in the mouth and it was such a pleasant experience.
Reddy’s Red Hot Chicken Special Biryani (8.5/10) – Another dish with Andhra flavours, this one was a little spicy and thus went really well with the slightly mellower rice. The combination was really good and if you’re looking to have a good biryani, this is a good option.
Butter Chicken Biryani (8.5/10) – While it wasn’t really butter chicken on top, the dish did taste nice. The gravy was slightly rich and mixed well with rice, making this as well a great melt in the mouth combination.
Overall, I would say Birinz is a nice place as a quick fix for your biryani cravings. Their dishes are priced mid-ranged and the rice do pack a punch in terms of flavours.

As a foodie and quite a biryani lover I am always up for a good hot spicy bowl of biryani and don't shy from trying out new places. Birinz is one such exciting restaurant where the biryani is top notch, cooked over traditional firewood and the starters and equally delicious.
Visited this place on a weekend with a bunch friends who share the same passion for biryani and the dine-in experience was blissful. Good location with ample seating and the menu is moderately priced considering the quality of food offered.

Golden baby corn- bit tangy and sweet.
Mushroom chilli garlic- looked appealing and tasted good.
Paneer sholay- packed with lip-smacking flavors, slight crisp on the top with a soft center. Just too good! surely the best of all veg starters.

Chicken Shorba- light taste with a hint of sourness.
Rayalaseema chicken- Spiced with red-chilli flavors and many other dry spices garnished with fried cashew nuts. Brilliant taste and cooked in traditional Rayalaseema style. Must order dish.
Andhra chicken- Boneless chicken pieces cooked with Andhra style spices, green chilli flavor was more prominent and a little tanginess.
Chicken 555- shreds of boneless chicken which gives a good spice kick to the tongue but not too hot.
Egg chilli- Amazing, quarter piece of boiled egg coated with flour and cooked in a Manchurian style sauce. Less spicy compared to other starters with a slight sweetness but perfect flavors which surely packed a punch. This is a must order here.
Main course
Veg:
Paneer biryani- had a little but could taste the creamy spicy paneer loaded on top of some very good biryani rice.
Gunpowder rice- Intense flavor which awakens all your taste buds. Tastes as unique as the name itself.
Non-veg:
Reddy's special chicken biryani- Good portion with very generous topping of chicken cooked in a thick spicy sauce.
Gongura chicken biryani- sharp sour and tangy flavor of gongura chutney. Nicely compliments the biryani rice.
Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani- This is probably the top pick for me. Great color on the rice and aroma is simply enticing and the portion is good. As the dum biryani is cooked over firewood the infused smoky flavor of charcoal is evident. Chicken was cooked to perfection with two big pieces in the bowl.
Butter chicken biryani- rice topped with rich butter chicken, the combination works.
The owner was kind enough to explain the cooking method and open to our feedback. Staff was quick, and the overall service was flawless. A value for money!

If you are looking for some lip smacking biryani then Birinz is the place!
We started with fee starters. The paneer one was my favourite one among the veg one's, followed by tandoori mushrooms and baby corn manchurian.
Next we had the assorted chickens kebabs which consisted of angoori kebabs, shahi kebabs and afghani kebabs. This is a must have as the chicken is tender and marinated well with spices and cooked perfectly.
We also tried the amritsari fish and chicken chops.
The favourite one was the patiala chicken which came wrapped in an omelette. It was very yummy.
Coming to the biryani's, we had the egg biryani, veg biryani, chicken boneless biryani, mutton biryani and the prawn biryani. I must say every biryani had their unique flavours.we also tried their gunpowder rice which is an unique rice made of gunpowder and ghee. Must have for spicy food lovers! My favourite biryani were the prawn and the boneless chicken one.
Overall this was a nice experience.
They have very friendly staff.

Visited this place for a Saturday dinner. Its easy to locate place and offers a good variety of both Veg and non veg Biryani's along with varieties of starters as well.

The ambiance when it was designed was good but i felt that has not been maintained properly. The seating arrangement is like most of the biryani places have. The floor was marble floor which needed polishing as i felt it was not clean.

We started off with Chicken shorba and it tasted really good. We tried a lot of starters in chicken Section and really liked the chicken 555 and Chilli Egg. Chilli Egg tasted something new as most of the places you wont find this, even the dish has the regular preparation, the taste that came out of the combination of eggs and sauces was outstanding. Chicken 555 was again new to the taste buds and was spicy which made the chicken taste even better. Rayalseema Chicken was also good and can be tried.
For Biryanis, again we tried a variety. The base rice of the biryani's were same and flavours were good, however i felt that the rice was a bit dry. Among the biryanis, Reddy's and Butter chicken were good. The salan needs improvement and should be a bit less oily to complement the biryani.
Special mention to the Gunpowder rice they serve, its a must have at this place. The taste of combination of ghee and Gunpowder made the rice outstanding.

This place has a lot of options on biryani. Visited this place once recently and loved their service and ambience. But just yesterday got it delivered home. I'm glad they delivered the food from btm layout to Vijaynagar. Their packing was excellent. Their biryanis are cooked on firewood which amplifies the taste. I ordered
• Chicken Maharaja - Excellent. It consisted of bell peppers , onion and chillies.
• Hyderbadi dum biryani - Very good. The pieces were perfectly marinated and the rice was flavoured with spices. This biryani is a must try and is for people who love spicy food.

Birinz recently opened its first restaurant in BTM. Having served for almost 8years as takeaway outlets, this is their first venture into restaurant. Located in BTM this is very close to Jayadeva Hospital. The outlet is located in the 1st floor. The seating is decent with wooden table and chairs. The decor is of a typical restaurant.
When it comes to food that is where Birinz is able to truly showcase itself. The extended restaurant menu has a variety of appetizers, main courses and ofcourse Biryanis. We tried their Paneer 65, Stuffed Mushrooms and the Chilli Babycorn. The Paneer 65 was excellent in taste as it was made in yogurt based gravy along with a lot of curry leaves. The Stuffed Mushroom was a spicy preparation of masala coated over the Mushrooms, which are grilled to perfection. The Chili Babycorn was good as well.
For the main course we had the Egg Biryani. The biryani was topped in a gravy of egg and was served along with Raita and Salan. The taste was out of the world. Probably the best biryani in town.

I tried this place recently on my visit to BTM. Mr. Chandu was generous enough to serve us with his special biryani and starters. We tried 5 different biryani and the flavours of the meat and spices subtle bringing out the rice in its full glory. The masala tickled your palate. A touch of tanginess that flirted with your senses.
In addition to the uniform garnishes, each variant is lavished with aromatic whole spices such as clove, cinnamon and bay leaves.
Another interesting fact about this place is that they use firewood to cook their biryani.
I highly recommend this place for some good and affordable biryani.

By default, most biryani vatiants come in the range of being medium spicy. Unique options for starters such as Papdi Chicken, Patiala Chicken deserve a special mention. This restaurant is in the first floor BTM complex, which is not that difficult to locate. This was a delivery restaurant turned into a seating eatery.

The chicken rayalseema dry was good in spice and flavour.
The papadi chicken was very presentable but average in taste.

The apolo fish is new for me as I don't eat fish that much, but this one was spicy and tasty too.

If I have to summarise this is a place for Andhra spicy food lover. Do not expect very high of Ambience as this was one of delivery joints which has remodeled itself into a decent sitting eatery.
The place is decently maintained and with adequate staff to man odd 6-7 tables.
The name of the restaurant seems to be derived from the dish biryani and it is definitely something you should try here.

So I would mention about the Biryani we had there.
"Birinz Special Biryani" was batter Fried Chicken topped with spicy masala served on top of fragnant and delicious rice. The batter was just enough to put the chicken pieces and was spicy and delicious. I would definitely recommend to also have some portion of raitua and salan along with to tone down the spice.
"Reddy's Red Hot Chicken Biryani" was a one dose spicer version of the above one. Here the chicken pieces where coated in a red chilli powder spiced batter. It woudl definitely give best of spice eaters reach out for water or some other cooler.
"Mutton Biryani", "Paneer Biryani", "Mushroom Biryani" were decent to good. The rice that was used in all biryani seemed to have same flavour and fragrance.
So, we also had starters. The mention worthy ones would be:

"Chicken Patiala", a spicy chicken coated with thin batter wrapped in omelette. This is basically a Punjabi dish and the one presented here was a Andhra take on it. It tasted good and spicy.

"Apollo Fish" is yet another typical Andhra dish that was well done. Fish was spicy but seemed to have little more bone than I had in other places.

"Chicken Rayalseema Dry" was yet another spicy chicken preparation that all of us savoured and enjoyed. It really can't get spicier than this. Rayalseema food being spiciest of all, almost competing with Chetinad food.
"Papdi Chicken" was a innovatively served dish. Taste seemed ok. But it was served in a bowl made of Punjabi papad which seemed innovative and tasted good.
"Paneer Sholay", batter fried paneer in spicy masala and "Egg Chilly" were also decent proposition.
"Methi Chaman" in veg and "Nellore Chicken Masala" in non veg were delicious gravy dishes which went well with roti.
Cream of tomato soup was refreshing and to be honest I didn't expect it that well from a Andhra eatery.
Overall we enjoyed the spicy delicacies and had a good time.
Would thank management for the kind invite and wish them well to keep up the quality of food that was served. Surely with this price and quality it should be a upward journey.

This restaurant is located on the main road. It is on the first floor and you may take the stairs or the elevator on the left of the building.
This place was delivery only and recently they have opened a dine in service. The decor and ambiance is average. Their main USP is their biryani and appetizers.

I loved their cream of tomato soup. Even though I'm a pure non-vegetarian, I'm a sucker for tomato soup. I loved their tomato soup and they also add elaichi to the soup which gives it a different and amazing taste. I personally did not like the taste of the lassi.

For non vegetarian biryani, the rice is the same. Just the top meat they add is different. The biryani could have been a little more flavored. Since I'm from the Telugu speaking community, I definitely like my biryani more flavored and spicy but overall all the food was good.
They serve generous portions at very reasonable prices. That is what I love about this place.

Craving authentic Hyderabadi biryani..head to Birinz. I honestly didn’t think much of the place or even have any expectations prior to going there but was bowled over during my visit. The place is run by an Andhra gentleman so you can rest assured that the Biryani is just like the ones we have in Hyderabad ..Authentic and flavorful. I went there for dinner with some friends and enjoyed the hospitality extended as much as the food. The ambience is decent considering that they are reasonably priced. The staff is courteous too but service was a bit slow and the waiters have a language barrier which can be improved with training.
Started off by ordering a sweet & salt Lassi. It was good but I have had better. You can give that a skip if you are a lassie lover. I am an eggetarian so only talking about the veg / egg options here. We tried the cream of mushroom soup and it was delicious. Loved the consistency and the flavor. Then tried some starters – Egg Chilli, Paneer Sholay and Paneer Chandni.
Egg Chilli was yummy, the egg was cooked and fried with a coating of nice spices. Paneer Sholay and Chandni were tasty too but the paneer wasn’t as soft. Just a note of caution to people, like me, who have a sensitive stomach. Please ask them to adjust the spice & chilli levels as I found it a bit too much for my liking. We then proceeded to order Naan and Methi Chaman and trust me, you can’t have a better dish than the Methi Chaman. It was unlike anything I have had in Bangalore at any restaurant. Delectable to the core and leaves you craving for more. Naan was very soft and fresh.
For the rice, we tried the mushroom biryani and gunpowder rice. The biryani was quite authentic and I was personally in awe of the long grain rice which was making the biryani visually appealing too. The thought of the gunpowder rice still makes me salivate as it was delicious. The flavor of the different spices mixed with ghee and rice..perfect combination to say the least.

Parking - 2 wheeler parking is not an issue but trying to find a parking for 4 wheeler can be a hassle so plan accordingly.

Located at a very busy street near Jaydeva flyover is this biryani place. The board is not easy to miss and can be located easily. Parking is difficult and they don't have a valet too, hence its a big hassel.
The ambience is very bright and well lit, looks like a family restaurant with comfortable seating.
Coming to the food, we ordered the
SOUP
CREAM OF MUSHROOM-- found it creamy and extremely delicious and flavourful.
STARTERS-
CHICKEN RAYALSEEMA DRY- was spicy and flavourful and the best dish of the day.
CORIANDER CHICKEN--looked green but didn't taste different.
PAPDI CHICKEN - great presentation but tasted the same as Corinader chicken.
APOLO FISH- was trying this the first time, but I felt the batter coating was thick and overpowered the fish .
MAIN COURSE-
CHICKEN DUM Biryani - a typical chicken biryani, the rice was cooked well and the masala was good.
BIRINZ CHICKEN Biryani--a very different biryani with Chicken Kabab coated with masala and biryani rice, a must try.
Overall experience was good and a family friendly ambience.

Located on the busy BTM Mainroad off Jayadeva flyover next to Poorvika mobile shop on the 1st floor,this place can accommodate around 100 pax at full capacity.
The ambience is pretty decent with more emphasis on the food than the decor. The service is pretty decent but at times the servers feel lost.A bit of training on the soft skills would help though.
Coming to the food,the chef has given his best in whipping up dishes just so right. Speaks volumes about his passion and energy in serving the best.
The Starters tried were
1.Chicken Rayalseema Dry-great on palate with the right spices.
2.Apollo Fish-justice at last.Have tried at many places and had been disappointed.Here was a pleasant joy to eat.
3.Patiala Chicken-Good.
4.Papdi Chicken-Done to perfection and must try.
5.Green Coriander Chicken-Star dish of the evening.Must try.
6.Egg Chilli-too good.
The Main course tried were-
1.Kulcha -ok
2.Methi Chaman-one of the best vegetarian dishes have tried of late and strongly recommended to try this.
3.Nellore Chicken Masala -good bit spicy but goes well with the Kulcha
4.Chicken Dum Biryani -pretty decent. Tender chicken with right spices and masala tickles your taste buds.
5.Mutton Fry Biryani -Mutton could have been far better but the Biryani rice was good.
6.Birinz Special Chicken Biryani -Good
7.Gun Powder Rice-an Innovative dish where the rice is mixed with gun powder and spices deep fried in oil is mixed well and served. Glad we tried.
A meal for 2 would cost around Rs 600-700/-Both cards and cash accepted.

Restrooms are very dirty and would be appreciated if they are kept clean in future.

Been here lot of times. As a brliryani lover I chose this as best as there are lot of biryani varieties. Reddys special biryani and butter chicken biryani are my favourite among all. Weekends there will be specials. Tandoori is a must here which is very soft.

Loved the food and the experience. Went with a colleague for lunch and we ordered a regular boneless biryani. It was enough for 2 people . The only thing is that there should be a little more signage for people to easily find this.

This is one of the best place in Bangalore for Hyderabadi Biryani. Don't look at the small ambiance and all those things. This is a paradise if you like Biryani. The starters are amazing too. Since this is not my first visit to Birinz, there is no much messemerization but too much appreciation for food. Love their Biryani and amazing starters.

Ulavacharu Chicken Biryani: The traditional Ulavacharu of Andhra Pradesh, being made to a Biriyani, Sony delicious.
Birinz Special Chicken Biryani: Chicken Biryani with special attention, it's worth a try.
Mushroom Biriyani: This is my recent favourite. With seasoned chillies, this is fantastic
Gun Powder Rice: Woah!! Ghee, Gun Powder, seasoning of Indian spices. This is really a wonder

Biryani lovers’ delight.
We stumbled onto this place while we were at HSR and as soon as we had the first bite of the Chicken Lollipops we ordered as an appetiser we knew the Biryani here should also be awesome and it was.
We had Boneless Butter Chicken Biryani and Mutton Mughlai Biryani. Both were amazing and a must try. The Butter Chicken Biryani was one that we will really remember and would definitely try again. There are a lot of other Biryani option to explore so we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
I happen to visit Birinz for a quick dinner some days back. It's a small but well maintained place. Visibly located on the main road. The food options are limited, but good ones I guess. Staff suggested some decent options for a chicken gravy along with rotis and their special chicken Biryani. The gravy was yummy, went really well with the Phulkas. Biryani quantity was good, but the rice was slightly dry, which could have been better. But overall I liked this place, definitely a great option for Biryani lovers.
Birinz, jungle theme resturant. Located in sector 6, 17th Main, HSR Layout. Landmark behind BDA complex. Birinz is a place if wanna have some spicy food, treat to the tongue for sure. This is definitely a place for spicy lovers, soup, starters, main course gravy n phulkas are delecious. A small setup on the pocket friendly, can accommodate close to 20 people, can always get it ordered through zomato, swiggy. They are also present at Indiranagar, Koramangala and Btm layout too.
They have quite a good options for Non veg biriyani and 3 options for vegetarians. Must try. Decently priced.

Had been there for lunch today and must say it was a great experience. Its a small place with a seating capacity of about 20 to 25 people but the dishes more than make up for the lack of seating space . Tried the Egg Chili and Asian Spicy Baby corn for starters. The presentation of both the dishes were nice and the taste was great. Egg Chilli was spicy and loved the batter as it was delicious . The Asian Spicy Baby corn was delectable too but a tad salty. For the main course, ordered the personal size Veg Dum Biryani which was flavourful and tasty. I wish they had added more veggies but no complaints. This was accompanied by the Salan and Raita. Also tried the paneer kaju masala gravy curry. It was lovely . Perfect amount of sweetness coz of the butter made the dish a delight to dig into. The portion sizes are huge. Service was excellent. Even if you are a vegetarian, you must visit this place and try out the amazing dishes they whip out.

We tried Birinz special biryani and that was very good in taste. Personal size was enough for 1 person. Prices were average e.g. 180 for dum biryani and 200 for Birinz special. They have just 5-6 tables but i am saying it again... The taste of biryani was good.
A small establishment with limited seating. But tasty biryani (try their 'signature' boneless) and decent service. The non-biryani dishes are all right, nothing to write home about.
A word of caution - the interiors can get quite warm in the afternoon, their AC finds it a tad rough keeping up with glass walls on two sides + a sunlit day.
