We ordered the chicken kebab roll and chicken leg roll. Both were so yum! So extremely yum! Both were excellent but I'd say the kebab roll is a must try! Both at ₹50 each, it's insane value for money!
I would say that this is the best place for Sheekh Kabab rolls and Chicken Kabab in Frazer town. Located right opposite the Masjid in Frazer town, this place is a must visit for street food lovers. Moreover, it's very pocket friendly. Their largest Sheekh roll is Mambo roll with 4 sheekhs in it, which costs only Rs 100. I've visited this place for over a 20 times now and I highly recommend it to all foodies in Bangalore.

This place is only recommended to come with friends and not family. The sheek is wonderful, the best in the town. The tetar is good and the saslik is a must try.
The Kadi gosh roll is nice.
Delicious beef rolls. And that too very reasonable. Never thought of finding a decent reasonable restaurant which serves beef. Beef was well cooked and the masala was a classic medium spicy one. Worth a try. Will surely visit again
I m a big fan of Persian foods aka middle east foods. I never tried seekh rolls before coming bangalore. I m the person who love to explore new cuisines. After coming bangalore one of my foodie friend recommend this place . This place is famous for seekh rolls n kebabs of both chicken n beef meat. After eating seekh rolls i started falling loving on it. We both eat single beef seekh rolls its a regular size one, its enough for tummy full for little time. Its a pocket friendly small food joint. This kabab corner situated on busy corner of frazer town opp of masjid. Must go place for seekh rolls. Single regular size beef seekh roles only 30 Rs. Its a another VFM place in bangalore.
If I were Tracy Jordan, I'd want to take Zayan's Kabab Corner behind the middle school and get it pregnant. Their seekh rolls are juicy bundles of joy that you can consume day after day. Their kebabs are juicy and cooked well. Their masalas are great. They aren't the cleanest place and getting food can be a bit of a hassle but one bite into that succulent kebab and the world will be a better place. Zayan's 4 lyf.
im a south indian, recently working in bangalore near jai bharath nagar and im constantly searching for a good food place with reasonable price.yesterday had my dinner a zayan kabab korner which actually tastes better than the classic hotels whic cost much than this place. a best place for street food safari. simply the place can be called as "Hotel Reasonable"
If you are a fan of beef and sheeks this is a place to be. The prices are reasonable and the food tastes good as well. The grill chicken which is not as expensive as empire and other places is awesome and is worth a try. Cheers
Zayan kabab corner is one of the famous shop in the MM road , Frazer town they are quite famous for their special rolls and sheek kabab , variety of rolls , chicken, mutton, beef and the dishes served here... Here the place is always crowded with full of people, an they also so chicken dishes shawarma roll, grilled chicken, alfaham chicken, chicken kebab, mushroom Manchurian veg fried rice , egg fried rice, chicken fried rice, chicken barbeque and many more..

Zayan Kabab Corner is one of the best places in Frazer Town for beef and roll lovers. Their Phal roll is my favorite compared to any other eateries. Also, the Chicken kadi ghost is yummy 😋. I did not like the sheek kabab, apart form this, everything else is good. The prices are very affordable.
Our friend who is from this area took us here. It is so crowded and spills to the road but meant for pet who would not mind. We had Chicken kadi gosht roll ( ₹50) which was good .( Rumali Roti)..They do have other Sheek rolls and a host of chicken and othe mouth watering dishes. Seems reasonable prices and good quality
Best place for all Non veg items and specially late night food in Frazier town area. Mutton and chicken all items are is must try here. Most of the pupil finishing night shifts get together at Zayan kabab corner in night to enjoy tasty food at reasonable prices.... Ghee rice and chicken barbeque kebab .... Paya soup is best served here methi mutton and butter chicken methi chicken are best of menu... Highlight point is the variety served here in Frazier town...

Amazing food. Rolls are a must try. Service is fast. The only problem is the lack of seating space and a litter of other customers on the front.
Been eating here for the past 6 years, I always look forward to having their rolls. Staff is very friendly and the food is just amazing for its price. I've never had something so good for such a good price. Will suggest everyone to try it out 🤘🏻

Tasty chicken rolls and sheik kababs - only place that rivals Fanoos in their beef/buffalo sheiks. Very affordable and great for a meal on the go!
Must visit for folks who like buffalo meat. They have a variety of items now, I explored this place 12 years back when they used to sell only Seekh and Phal. Now they have chicken items as well. IMO their best dish is the Sheek which are simmering hot grilled directly from the charcoal.
