Bang opposite to the popular and the ever crowded Kamat Lokruchi. To beat the crowd, we went to Kasturi, it was quite and pleasant.
The specials Akki Rotti and Ragi Rotti were very good. The sour chutney served is a uppsaar paste and is nice. The masala dosa was also nice.
Since we went late at 10.30 am, the idli vada was not upto the mark and they did not charge us for this.
They have a women only staff which was kind of nice though we had a rookie initially and later served by one of the smart stewards who I had met in Kamat Lokaruchi on an earlier visit.
The food is simpler here but it is nicer to avoid the mad rush if you like a quieter, chilled out journey.
A pretty good place to grab a meal on the way to Mysore. They have a good, open ambience. The food is perfectly priced. They are very courteous and polite while serving. Some of the items to try are their Puri-sabzi, Masala Dosa and definitely their filter coffee!
decent place to have breakfast, dosa, idlis and vada are decent and good. People who serve food are courteous and price is not too high. It's just opposite to kamath lokaruchi
Very good place... We had breakfast here, its nice and resalable price...
Good parking place and restroom also clean and well maintained...
Nicely constructed restaurant.Vehicle parking is available.Had Ragi mudde and which was very tasty.Staffs were quick. They have restroom and washroom facilities. Cleanliness can be improved a bit.
Good veg food served family style.
A very good hotel, good food and service.
Specially Idli , Vade ,Akki rotti with khara and Kesari bath are too good very tasty.
This hotel or restaurant is situated on the way to Mysore from Bangalore. It is liaced on the highway near bidadi. It is located on the left side of the road. The food and service is very good however the food will be delivered with a slight delay but food is very good. The scenery is also very good and it has a children play area too, so that even kids can enjoy. At last Location is very good.
We had our breakfast here yesterday. The interiors and exteriors are quite impressive. We had Puri, onion oothappa and filter coffee. Lovely puris. But they don't provide aloof Masala. In its place we have a hybrid mix of sambar and kuruma plus coconut chutney, which doesn't go well with the puri. Onion Oothappa was huge.. Filter coffee was flavourful and delicious. Service is a little slow. Ok place to have a meal.
Delicious Dosa n Idli, Samber, Chutney .... Awesome..
This hotel is on the way to Mysore from Bangalore and Kamat is just opposite on the other side. It can accommodate larger crowd easily. It has also got a large parking lot in-premises. Loved their food and to be specific Akki Roti, Ragi Roti, Chow-Chow Bath, Thatte Idly and Poories with Sagoo and Aloo masala was great. However had to pull off a 🌟 because of the rest rooms. The toilets were in pathetic condition and needs good maintenance.
Good ....friendly staff ....taste good ....Tried Ghee Masala Roast , it was very good ...Coffee also tasted ...good ....parking facility available....toilet maintained quite good ....card payment and paytm available....North karnataka food available especially Jolada Roti oota ( I didn't tried )....small park constructed for kids entertainment....overall good experience...
Thatte Idly was really good.Chuney and Sambar was awesome. Masala dosa was Ok not upto the mark.. coffee was good. Place is beautiful.. ample parking space.
Tasty food. Just needs clean and neatly maintained toilet. (As many travellers chose this hotel on Bangalore Mysore Highway).
