The desserts are just amazing! Everything from ambience to food, totally addicted to this place. Would recommend the classic banana pudding, the cakes( the cake slices are hugee and filling), and even the drinks are warm and of very high quality.
Totally and absolutely in love with NYC's Magnolia desserts, right here in Bangalore. I mean, the cupcakes are to die for. Red velvet cake or the classic Banana pudding, definitely worth the hype.
My favourite remains the red velvet cake and the blueberry cheesecake.
Tres leches was a delight ..taste was authentic and balanced... cupcakes were creamy and fresh ... definitely must visit

I have been to this place many many times. I have dined and also do takeawaysb from this bakery. It's costly but worth it. The carrot cheesecake is almost similar to the one I had in the United States from cheesecake factory. The taste is very authentic. I tried their pecan cheesecake, carrot cheesecake, red velvet cheesecake and few muffins and raspberry tart. I also tried their tres leches. Everything tasted so good and you will be full but still will be craving for more. But I will suggest one small detail that if you are taking them home to eat later, directly eating from fridge won't taste as good. Try to take them out for sometime and eat at almost room temperature. Though I live tres leches directly from the fridge.
Went on a Saturday evening and this was my first time in here. As expected it was very crowded, but it was worth the wait. Cakes are delectable and very fresh. I had their Chocolate Truffle and Red velvet cake and to be truthful they were of huge quantities, which is justified going by the price tags of the cakes. Will be visiting soon. :)
Visited the famed Magnolia Bakery on a Sunday afternoon in September.. the place was crowded and at this point I guess social distancing was never going to be followed.. but that's not what this review is about.. ordered the chocolate cheesecake which was absolutely delicious.. had a soft creamy texture with a nice crunchy base which made it a wonderful dessert after lunch.. would definitely try out other dessert later on
The desserts are exceptional, although a tad bit pricey. There cupcakes are melt in mouth sorts and tarts are brilliant.

Impressing from the moment you walk in this joint, They have put up many Fancy cakes as decoratives and one cannon resist to touch them 😅. Few tables to sit and eat , we ordered chocolate vanilla one portion and their glorified Billionaire banana pudding which I found bit pricey still ok with the rates for international franchisee .
All I would say is Its a must try place of you have a sweet tooth.
THE BEST TRES LECHES IN TOWN! The sponge is so soft and moist with the custard not too sweet, perfectly balanced and yummy! One is just not enough for me, I’ve tasted a couple for their other desserts as well but I find that this is the best out of all since it’s not sickly sweet! Writing this review for my craving for some tres leches now! I just hope they provide more of the custard/milk mixture

The decor and the beautifully made cakes were a welcome change and a great way to end the week gone by. We had the chocolate cheesecake and the red velvet slice here. The chocolate cheesecake was absolutely fantastic - rich and not too sweet, it was indulgence for an adult who loves his/ her chocolate. The red velvet cake itself was moist and well made, however the buttercream was a tad too sweet and too much (I ended up throwing the entire outside frosting, inspite of having an extremely sweet tooth).

All the desserts were very appealing but we ordered the tres leches,blueberry and red velvet cheese cake, along with a scope of vanilla ice cream. It was was delightful. Although it was a sugar rush i still would love to visit again . The were also very welcoming and well versed with all the desserts . The ambience was very good . Would have wished that it was more spacious though ,had to wait a while to get seats .

I am not sure how many of you know that this is a New York based bakery, now in almost every major country in the world. Had its first branch opened in Bangalore(India) in whole wide Asia recently. That must be a good trivia to know. So, coming to the review..Ah I am just gonna say you go and have their baked cakes and pastries, you will feel the richness of chocolates and every flavour that they have. I have been to Magnolia 3 times, just for desserts. Its always so busy that we never tried to stay there for long. Just take our dessert, step out and have it outside.
Billing process, as you enter, a finger points you to the left where queue starts. Basically this gives you a chance look into display and choose something for yourself. at times its a bit confusing and then at the end when to reach billing counter, you still have a menu. its thoughtful but a bit confusing for me.
Anyways moving to what we had there
Blueberry Cheese cake: Really really Good one. highly recommended.
Another one was chocolate cake: good one, not extraordinary like Cheese cake.
Ambiance: could not realise much of it since its so busy that we always get our dessert and step out.
Over all great for desserts on the go.
A divine haven for desserts, Magnolia Bakery is a class apart when it comes to premium quality desserts. While you can't go wrong while ordering here, the absolute must tries are Tres Leches and their Classic Banana Pudding.
The icing is the best, but it's too sweet, order less because little portion will fill your cravings real fast. The slices are really big as they will fill up very fast. Price is a little high as compared to others. The place is overhyped but not to that expectation but overall it's good. The staff was courteous enough to decorate platter for our friends birthday which made us feel very good, they were kind and generous.

Desserts!!! A must after an amazing meal. This is the first franchise in India. The best option here according to me is the take away. The subtle colors and very good ambience is worth it. The staff is super courteous as well. Do visit this place
Pure cup cakes. Period. I had red velvet, chocolate truffle and caramel cupcakes. All the three were so perfect that you get the absolute flavors to savor , without being overpowered by the cream or sweetness. However the place is always crowded and there's not enough space to accomodate everyone. But once you get in here, you cannot escape these beautifully crafted ones on display , prepared by a bunch of staff dressed in white in a clean kitchen which you can see from the counter and boom ! Magnolia is one of the world-renowned dessert places that has outlets all across the world. Started way back in 1996 in New York, soon they set up shops across major cities in the US. Now, they are open across multiple countries like Saudi Arabi, UAE, Korea, Philippines, Qatar. It's nice to the brand opened its first outlet in India, especially at Namma Bengaluru.
Ambiance
The first thing one notices is the neat interiors and display of various desserts that are available. At another end of the bakery, one can see expert bakers at work. I could see fresh icing being done on the cake, decoration & more. There were multiple posters on the wall talking about the type of milk used, ice-tea preparation & more.
Desserts
There are plenty of desserts that one can try that includes Banana Pudding, Lemon Bar, Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp, Blonde Marble Cupcake, Devils Food cream cheese. The taste of every dessert was amazing and every bite gives a burst of flavors. I personally loved the Banana pudding the most among all the desserts. No wonder its the most loved dessert by people worldwide.
I also loved the Devils Food cupcake that comes in a nice container with a cupcake in the center surrounded by cream cheese. The sweetness was just perfect and nothing seemed to overpower. Another dessert I enjoyed eating was the Blonde Marble cupcake.
Magnolia has some great cheesecake-like Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake, Red Velvet Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake, Caramel Pecan Cheesecake. They also make cake & cupcakes for celebrating occasions.
Ice-creams
They have some of the best homemade cakes like Vanilla, Pistachio, Chocolate & Salted Caramel. The taste and smoothness of ice-cream will mesmerize anyone. It's easily one of the best ice-cream I have eaten in a long time.
Drinks
There is plenty of drink option in the bakery. I tried the Hot Chocolate & Ice-tea, both of them were pretty good.
Final Thoughts
I loved the bakery and plan to come regularly to try their desserts. Preferably one should visit the place with a friend every dessert is very tasty & rich. My top favorite desserts at the place were Banana Pudding, Devils Own. I plan to visit the place more often to try more of their desserts.

Just went to the most posh bakery in B'lore - Magnolia!
My friend insisted we go here and I'm so glad she did. This place was bustling! The ambience was lively and vibrant.
We tried the following:
1. Red velvet cupcake with icing
2. Tres leches
3. Truffle cake
HEAVENLY is the word! I haven't tasted a Truffle cake this good before. It was delectable. Also, you get a really huge slice of cake that you'll struggle to finish. I also feel that although the place is expensive, its reasonable for the quantity and the taste of the desserts they make. I am extremely happy with this place!
The person at the cash counter seemed really nice. He was cheerful and lively, which, is amazing!
Overall, i absolutely loved 'Magnolia bakery'. I feel that it has the potential to be one of the top bakeries in the city. The quality is splendid and I definitely wouldn't think twice before spending money here! Must visit!
