The old guard. Empire is the place to get some grub after a strong night out. If not dine in - which on weekends is painstakingly tough to get, considering you'll never find an empty table - then order. Either way, it's always reliable.
I have been to this place like a 100th time this is a go to place whenever I feel i need some me time and some good coffee... Though devil's own is my super favourite but i even like cappuccino...it also good to go out with friends... Although the samosas served are not that crispy but the multigrain wrap is really good... The staff is polite and also the time limit is not much..... If you smoke there is an open area for you to smoke and as well as there are comfortable cushion chairs for you relax and enjoy your coffee at peace.... Cafe Coffee Day

Situated in BTM 2ND Stage, this place is very easy to find. This was my visit to Cafe Coffee Day and I was more than satisfied with their service.
The seating arrangement is very classy with warm interiors. Perfect place for some small meeting with client or even a better place for a date. Most importantly, this place was super clean.
We were two people. We went around 7 pm. This place was 60-70% full. We ordered 2 Big Crunch Chicken Cheese Burger and 1 serving of Pineapple Delight Pastry.
We got our order within 15-20 minutes.
* Big Crunch Chicken Cheese Burger :- This was the best burgers I ever had. For the amount paid which was just Rs 160 for one, this was a great deal. The size of the burger was enough for one person. The stuffing inside was also good and fresh. The sauce provided with the burgers was also very good. It was a mixture of tomato puree and red chilli.
* Pineapple Delight Pastry :- This cake was also good. But the price paid was too much which was Rs 104. It's size was very small if the price paid is taken into consideration.

Do try their Burgers, it's very good.
We didn't had coffee, coz everyone comes to CCD for having coffee. We wanted to have something different.

Everything here is very classy. I was very happy with the service, and the taste of the food but only area of disappointment was the price of Pineapple Delight Pastry.

Located besides a busy road is this outlet. Just to get out from the noisy and busy traffic is this place, where it is calm and serene. Good service and good food. CCD is the best place to have a coffee break!!
Been to this outlet few times. Coffee is quite okay clasped to the service. They are slow.
I like their sandwiches as well.
Coffee day has this pre payment rule since some time now. It's annoying at times since you need to go there and make payment one coffee at a time. Ridiculous if you are sitting there for longer duration. But that's not restricted to this branch alone.

The nutty fudge brownie with an ice-cream scoop is always a yes for me..
And not to forget, do try the tiny shots [Mango/Chocolate ..depends on ur choice n taste]
Nice cozy place to meet some friends or even for a short business meeting. The service is quick and lot of options available to munch as well as in terms of coffee. Though I always disliked their black coffee, however the capuchino, expresso was always nice. The rates are decent and they even have a parking place for bikes and good enough to park one car.
A cozy place to have sit , talk enjoy with friends . It is quite spacious where you can sit for a long hours and make memory with friend over coffee. Hospitality is good , decent ambience , nice coffee , light music and decent crowd .
Went there with a friend to meet one of her friends..I ordered cold coffee and they tried cappucino..all were good..nice place to hangout with friends.
Best coffee as as usual. A good place to hang out with friends. The service executive are people friendly. Overall very nice laid back coffee experience especially when old friends catch up after a long time to chat.

Just Another CCD located in BTM. A good place to hang out, have a quick Coffee.
Located at busy street of 16th main, this place is quite occupied and busy at times.
in evenings it gets crowded with people, its fairly large cafe so you wont feel congested but it becomes too noisy.
Preparation of the coffee is not upto the mark, CCD quality is going down in general. a simple irish latte served was not hot and felt not boiled much.
A good thing about this place is that its open late in night till 12:30-1 and you can always walk by for midnight high time munchies.
Service is fast as per the load on Cafe, waiters are polite and well mannered.

It's a nice spacious coffee day with a very good layout. There are enough chairs and tables without it feeling too crowded. If you want, you can sit in a corner in the inner area and you won't be disturbed by the outside traffic or anything else.
Other than this, it is a regular coffee day and not the best one at that. The staff needs some training and I don't enjoy the same benefits I do at my other regular CCDs. There are no couches here either so if you are looking to relax rather than work, you won't enjoy it here.
Nice place to spend time, when you want to apend time with self. Service is great as it is the forte of CCD group. Coffee is as always awesome.
One of the best ambience ever seen in any ccd. I really liked the way it is arranged. Tried the new menu added recently and was good. Paneer, spinach and corn sandwiches were really awesome. Veg cutlet and veg crunch spicy burger I loved most. Overall I had a great evening there which ended with a coffee. Staff was responsive and orders were served quickly. We read books over kindle in meantime there which was provided by them. Give it a try it's Worth hanging out there.

The cappuccino was served warm and not hot. The latte art (heart) was perfectly executed. You need to drink the coffee soon before it gets cold :)
The Red Velvet cupcake was super hard and had to ask them to heat it up after which it tasted better. :P
The samosa was oily, may be it was late evening that we went there and I guess the stocks get filled by morning, so it's understood.
The Belgian Choco Shot was super awesome..
Over all the place is good, well decorated and awesome interiors... Small but spaciously placed furniture's makes it more happening and the crowd is good too.
You wouldn't be disappointed visiting this place. Cheers!

Small and clean... My place for reading story books on weekends... Staffs are nice... My fav being hot Choco with crunchy potatoes.... Can we expect some more magazines out on those tables please?
All CCDs are almost standard but this one has a superb ambience. Its a place for friends, for fun and for solace. They have a kindle for customers with some classic novels. Well the only problem is that I have to get back home. Try the sandwich! #delicious
Obviously the best place for coffee. I got the coffee lukewarm, so I had to mug it up before it got cold. Hope they serve it real hot next time.
Thumbs up to the person who set the place so right. I found it very comfortable. In short, great place to hang out: )

Most of the time, when wandering around BTM, me and my friends end up at this particular place. Located at the junction of 16th Main and on the 1st floor of the same building housing Subway. It has a small seating arena, which also include an open space with 7-8 tables offering the view of the street. However, it gets noisy because of traffic. The menu is same across the CCDs, so this place has nothing new to offer. Coming to the SERVICE, this particular CCD is really pathetic at it. After placing the order you have to wait for the same for a min of 15-20 mins. And I have been experiencing the same every-time I visit this place. Today when me and my friend went to this place at around 6.15, we were the only customer and even then they took almost 20 mins to serve the order.
We ordered #Sizzle_Dazzle_Brownie & #Devil's own. The #SDB was really mouth watering. Brownie served in sizzling hot chocolate syrup and Vanilla Ice cream at the top. One of the best desserts in the entire menu card. So as the Devil's own containing Cold coffee, chocolate syrup, cream and ice cream; a must try.
4/5.. I guess that's enough for this place.

One of the better Café Coffee Days left after the last three years of downsizing. The structure is beautifully designed with ceiling to floor glass facades. There's plentiful natural light streaming through most of the day. Outdoors seating though limited to three tables caters to smokers and overlooks the busy Outer Ring Road. The wifi is mostly good, encouraging work-from-home types to work over rounds of cappuccinos. The sandwiches and rolls, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian are delicious, though pricey. There's a wide range of sundaes, shakes, smoothies and cold coffees. Their signature hot coffees are as reliable as ever.
CCD has launched its new cappuccino flavours surprise, crush, unwind, mischief, recharge to suit your mood. I feel mischievous as recommended one to try. Among the ones we tasted
Sizzle Dazzle Brownie - Must recommended one to try
Angara Paneer Sandwich - It isn't that great but ok to try
Cheese Garlic Bread - It is also not that recommended but can try.
Overall it is worth to visit for a cappuccino and brownie. The ambience is perfect to have a small meeting types.

The ambiance of the CCD is soo cool and amazing food and specially the Five different varieties of cafe Cappuccino 😍 this is one of the good place to hangout with friends
A bit smaller compared to other Coffee Days but ambience is ok. Good thing is that this outlet is usually open till about 3am. Great place to hangout with friends post work especially for us night shifters.
Hi friends I love all cafe coffee day in bangalore and if I saw on the way I stopped and have all different taste most I love capchicono which mostly everyone likes
CCD at the lake road joining BG road.. Not that crowded as the one in BTM 16th main.. so can't get in there for a cup of coffee and sit n work. Eating options are now available.
It's small place.
It's not CCD anymore but a cafe. We had noodles, momos, lemon soda. Food is good and place to sit and work for some time.

Good for a quick bite, coffee, and workspace
CCD has its own signature style and flavour. While going on a long journey it was very refreshing break. The place is clean and the service is quite good and prompt. Though I would suggest to check the 'best before' date of the pastries before buying them as they are quite slow moving.
I visit coffee day to spend good time with my loved ones. It's great place to spend over a coffee and good conversations.. give your kids a good time.. couple of shots of chocolate or mango will help keep then occupied. This place in BTM had good staff. They suggest you about choices. They provide details of products. Though it is on a busy outer ring road the place inside is silent.
Couple of things to keep in mind while coming here. Parking for 4 wheelers will be difficult as it is on the ring road. Some 10 to 15 two wheelers can be parked in front. They have couple of tables outside but it's better to sit inside to avoid the bad air. Evenings are pleasant and less traffic. Recommended 8/10 .
Typical CCD outlet. Decent coffee options. Their garlic bread is great too. They offer free WiFi. Air conditioner is not on all the times. There is very limited parking space available. It will be difficult for four wheelers. Washroom could have been better. Not that hygienic.
