If you are a resident of Banashankari 1st stage you will be definitely heard of this street side food store. Cheap price, extraordinary menu, decent quantity food and great taste has made this tiny food joint popular in the area. Whether it may be high school students or elder couple who comes on a java bike, everybody stand in crowd to grab a bite of their favorite food & juice.
FOOD: In past 5 years I have tried almost all dishes they make and very rarely I have got disappointed.
Gobi Manchurian: When this restaurant started, they use to serve green color Gobi Manchurian as they were not using artificial colors to it. But now a days they have changed their health consciousness and started to serve red Gobi. However taste is still same. They use lot of ginger in it and tastes different than normal Gobi.
Chats: I feel chats are just above average. Now a days they serve 2 days old samosa & cutlet in their chats. So, avoid chats which contains samosa, cutlet or kachori.
North Indian Curries: As far as curries which consists paneer or vegetables are considered, they cook too good. But when it comes to dal related curries, it tastes poor.
Roti & Naan: It will be good. Moderately soft and hot.
Juice & Soda: Good as usual. Nothing special.
You can always find at least 5 customers in front of this store. Generally I opt for parcel service and believe me a north Indian dinner with a Chinese appetizer for two people won't cross 175 bucks. It's a pretty good deal.
Hygiene is bit concerned as kitchen is literally invisible to customer.
FINAL VERDICT: A good alternative to the costly north Indian restaurants if you are ready to compromise on few things.

Tasty food and prices are also ok. Place to stand is a big disadvantage. They should keep drinking water and sufficient glasses for water. Like a roadside tea shop they have kept one glass for everyone to drink. I have seen many kids also coming to this place and this is really unhygienic
I just love the crispy gobi manchurian here... the only place in Bangalore I prefer to have this starter!
Don't forget to mention "double roast" when you order for Gobi!

This is on of the popular place in our area srinivasnagar for juice and chats and evening snacks.
I have been visiting this place from past 10years, this place used serve best pav bhaji and Gobi manchoori.
They serve all kinds of snacks and juice for best price.
Taste has come down but still good for it's price in this area.
An old eatery near Bank colony providing chats and fast food at decent prices .There roti curry is decent and the dahi puri was good and different when compared to others .They usually provide quick service
Not everything is good. Soups r tasty. Nice place to hangout with friends group. Not too expensive.
Good place for small bites. Service is prompt and the quality is good. Our go to place for juices

A decent place for evening snacks. Food was very tasty and they prepared it as per our requirement.

Such a nostalgic experience because I have been munching here since I was a teenager. The newly revamped look is very chic and looks very neat. Everything they have is worth trying right from Chinese to chats to their roti-curry to juice and finally the π¨. And on the plus side it's not very heavy on your pocket. Please do visit if you're in the vicinity
