This is a nice place to visit when you've got enough time to spend with your friends. Good thing is that they have nice outdoor and indoor seating spaces segregating the smokers and those allergic to it. I wouldn't comment on their food as I haven't tried any, however, I'd like to say their drinks are well made.
The drinks we tried at Per Cats were Malibu, Almond Biscotti Cappuccino and Almond Mocha. While the malibu was amazing, the two coffees were not bad; could do something more to really differentiate them from the regular cappuccino and the mocha.
The indoor ambience is in black and white that'd have put me into a trance had I been there alone :-). The staff here is very courteous and polite, however, the service is a bit slow. No complains when you've got enough time to kill.
Over all, a good place when you need to laze around. I'd surely be back to try the food.

I was intrigued by the look of is quaint place that clearly stood out in the neighbourhood. On visiting it the next time, I had a pleasant surprise. This place definitely had the Persian charm and they had a personal touch in their service. The coffee was good as was the apple pie. I liked the time that I had spent there. Nobody pushed orders , no needless movements. I loved the unusual charm of that place. It is worth a visit after a pleasant walk in the jayanagar neighbourhoods.
Its my usual place to hang around lovely people decent crowd..im treatin my taste buds with amazing new food and beavrages which i cant find it anywer except this place..decoration is very unique black and white its jst amazing place to be here...
What an experience! Borhan (Bobo) is an amazing host! We were lucky to be there as they just started food menu a while ago.. Just as expected I got a choice of Persian food that I wanted to taste.. We had Ashe Reshteh.. Boy what taste?! Excellent!! It was a feast for my palette.. What's more? The place is 100% vegetarian.. Zomato needs to correct that bit here.. I hear from Bobo that they're also looking at adding more to the existing menu.. We then ordered for Brown Cow cappuccino and Almond Biscotti cappuccino.. Should I say, it was awesome! You should look out for Bobo or his sisters who usually cook and make coffees too.. Way to go!

The cafe is at an innocuous location and the quality seemed dubious. But upon trying, I was amazed - by the quality of service, ambience and the prices. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. What were most shocking were the low prices and the prices being inclusive of taxes - unlike most other cafes.
