This is one of the perfect place for dates. Loved the minimalistic ambience. Their mug cakes are a treat to the food photographers, they look delicious and tastes delicious too. Red velvet mug cake is a must try. Such a calm place to have discussions with desserts along with the loved ones.

When it comes to delicious desserts I heard a lot about this place from a lot of my friends. It has been in my bookmark for a long time now and finally got to try it. Mugful of Stories is a shed converted into a quaint cute dessert cafe. You are warmly welcomed at the counter by the owners of this place. We placed an order for a nutella mug cake, classic cinnamon churros and classic hot chocolate.
The mug cake was hot, molten and delicious. It paired incredibly well with the cold vanilla ice cream. The churros were authentic, crispy and delectable. The cinnamon sugar was not overpowering and it tasted great with the chocolate sauce. The hot chocolate needed a bit more sugar for me as it was quite bitter but loved the consistency of it.
One of the best dessert cafes that I’d love to visit over and over again!

2. Classic cinnamon churros 👉🏻 The churros was properly fried, dusted in cinnamon sugar and they were soft. I liked the cinnamon flavor a lot.
3. Hot chocolate 👉🏻 This is not that much great. The taste was not good.
This is one of the highly recommended place to try desserts, surely I will visit this place once again.

After lunch in a nearby place we decided to head over to mugful of stories which is a small dessert place in the bylines of Kalyan Nagar. We ordered three things- churros dusted with cinnamon sugar, nutella mug cake and also one hot chocolate
Churros were perfect fried to perfection and texture was also very crispy. Even the Nutella mug cake tasted really good. It was warm and served with the cold ice cream, a great combo. Hot chocolate was a bit too bitter for my liking but apart from that very nice desserts.
Try their mug cakes it’s too good. Service was also very quick and courteous.

Got to know about this quite little desert parlor in Kalyan Nagar from internet and trust me I haven't seen such a simple desert parlor before..Lots of sticky note messages, young people playing UNO,ludo, etc, happy ambience and some really good desserts is how I describe this place.
The service is not so quick but trust me the wait is worth it..Just loved the Chocolate Churros, Peri Peri Fries & Red Velvet and would love to have them again.. Not many items in the menu but that is what it makes this place simple & awesome. Please try out this place with your friends without fail..Kudos to the entire team!

I had a craving for churros and found this place nearby on zomato. In a narrow lane, lies this cozy small outlet with so much peace and quiet around. Fell in love with setup same moment. After hearing to all the hype about this place, we finally happen to visit it. The cafe owners very welcoming and friendly. It's a small place with seating capacity of 10-15 people.
The ambience is pretty basic but what stands out are desserts which tastes really amazing and are very photogenic. The mug cakes are served warm and are very soft. They come along with a tiny note which are cute and fun to read.
We loved A-choco-lypse, silky red velvet and cheese nuggets. Kickass cappcuccino and the chocolate overload churros were just fine.

Mugful is one of my favourite places to go to in the city. It’s pretty close to where I live so I’ve been here many times. I’ve practically eaten everything on their menu and every thing on that menu is just delightful. From their mug cakes to their fries nothing is a let down. It’s a nice pretty place to spend your evening playing uno and eating mug cakes. Their churros are a must if you love churros.

A very casual place to hangout with your gang. I'll recommend everyone to go and try out their churros! They've got few board and card games as well to enjoy with your friends while your order comes. I've been here twice over a course of one year, and this place is just the same. Their red velvet mug cake is probably one of the best I've ever had. The oreo cookie cake is alright. Although it took over 20 minutes to arrive at the table, the choco-filled Churros were pretty well made - light and crisp. It's a good place to satisfy sweet cravings at very reasonable prices.
Loved this place for their unique desserts. They serve warm moist mouth-watering mug cakes. I tried the dark chocolate mug caken topped with chocolate sauce and chocolate ice-cream and it was amazing. Also, they added coffee to their menu today, so I got to try their very first cappuccino as well. Will be back to try more flavours.
Mugful of story has a really unique way in which they create and serve their desserts. The mugcakes are freshly baked after you order and then served in a nice mug while it's still warm. As per your choice the cake base and the toppings will vary. So far I have tried the red velvet, nutella magic and mango mania. All the mug cakes were really awesome.
One specific point to Note is that they open the place little late, around 4:30pm.
The Nutella churros is a must try! I had the Nutella churros, cheesy fries, cheesy nuggets and the Oreo milkshake. I loved everything! Everything was made really well and was fresh! The best part is that it is a very peaceful place to chill and spend time with your loved ones in a quiet environment.

Mugful of stories is a small, well decorated dessert parlour in a driveway. We tried the chocolate churros, dark hot chocolate, and the red velvet mug cake. The churros were good but not the best I’ve had. The dark hot chocolate was well made but it was still a little sweet for me. The red velvet mug cake was excellent and I’d love to try the other mug cakes. The board games and ambience really give you a mugful of stories to take away. The prices are a little high but the place is definitely worth a visit.
The shakes are awesome. Kit kat shake and the coffee on the rocks are highly recommended and worth the money. Fries are average in taste. Come here and spend time with your friends and loved ones and let time fly with mugful of stories as the name says.

After reading the reviews here I was been waiting to hit this place for some time now. Unfortunately my wait was longer since they were shut for a month or so in April for renovation. Finally we had a chance to visit this place today evening. It is a place to go for dessert place. If you have sweet tooth then you need to hit the place for sure.

Visited this hidden gem on the on a friend's recommendation. Took my wife along because she's extremely fond of churros and we hadn't really had good ones in a while.

This cute little dessert parlour in Kalyan park is a gem. Went here on my recent trip to Bangalore after it popped up on Zomato listing. I absolutely loved the Nutella magic. The only thing that could be improved was interiors.

I still wonder how I missed this place for such a long time. I also want to rename this place to shoot my experience, this place should be called mugful of surprises instead of mugful of stories. Atleast surprised is how i would perfectly describe everything that I tried from this place. I have only one complain from them, that they are open only from 4:30pm to 9:30pm. I have to sometimes inconveniently shift my Sugar Rush according to their availability. (But I also understand they have a specific reason behind those specific timings)
Let's talk about what I really really love about this place, their affordable yet yummy offerings from mug cakes to their churros. I love the fact that they have not to exaggerated menu in terms of options not too small too compared to some of the places. I feel they have what they have which suits best for anybody who has an a massive sweet tooth like me. From a value proposition I give them a easy 5 out of 5, surprisingly for their food price yet yummy desserts.

This is a cute little place, tucked away from the busy life. I love desserts and I read about this place had to try it out.
The ambience is pleasing, small tables and chairs and pretty lights. The person at the counter is a friendly face and very helpful. So I told him what I like and he suggested the items and I was pleased with them all.
In the mug cake category I tried the choco lypse if you love chocolate this is one is for you. It has a nice soft chocolate cake below, drizzled with chocolate sauce and a soop of chocolate ice cream. It’s likes your tasting hot and cold at the same time a wonderful burst in your mouth.
In churros I tried the churros with white chocolate filling. Crunchy and hot on the outside melting white chocolate inside. Perfect.

I have been here quite a few times with different people and each time was great. So, this place lives upto a consistency in both taste of food and service. The ambience has a cute ring to it as well. My only concern at that point was the closing time- 8pm. So, this place could not be used for post-dinner desserts and hence i haven't had to chance to visit for quite some time. I see now that it has been addressed and it stays open till 9:30pm. Looking forward to seeing you again!

Probably the best personal size cake in bengaluru, they bake the cake fresh in a big mug only after you place the order, cake is served freshly out of the oven to your table. Loved the taste and fragrance of that freshly baked cake. Fries were crisp and smoking hot too, also one of the best hot chocolate i had in bengaluru.

We had to have the red velvet, and for the caffeine crave for me was the perfect mug of Cappuccino. Both were indulgent and delicious. My sister and me are a big fan of the desserts !!! We wanted to try a new place and since we’ve moved to the north part of Bangalore, i suggested this place - ‘Mugful of Stories’ as I had been wanting to visit it having read awesome reviews about the place.
The place is cute, small and run by a very lively and gentle owner. He’s very nice and co-operative. It’s located just off the service road to the Outer Ring Road near the Kalyanagar-HRBR Layout area, just before 4 seasons restaurant (which cannot be missed from the ORR on Kammanahalli Main Road).
The place had a few tables and open only post 0430 in the evenings. It would seem like a place to bring your girlfriend/date (not a bad idea, you can surely go ahead and bring her here) but actually it’s a place for a small group of friends to just hang out, chit chat and have some fun. Later on to our stay we even saw a family of 10 maybe visit the place too. So yeah !! Very popular.

Where do I begin......?
The best dessert I've ever had in town. The mug cakes were sooo delicious that when I took the first bite I was lost in fantasy land. And the Churros are something to die for. Tried the white wonder Churros. Loved it. The french fries were just prefect. Everything was perfect. The folks here are so friendly and their service gives you this nice warm and homely feeling. The food here is excellent. Surely gonna be a regular customer. You just wanna have more. So much more.......LOVED IT !!!!!
First of all, please don't fall for the good reviews about their 'cakes'. The only good thing about their cakes are they are freshly baked (microwave cake). The choclate mug cake's flavour and sweetness is too low for my palette.
Then let's talk about my 4.5 rating.

I went their twice only to eat Churros and it was a real treat to my taste buds. Tried their white choclate churros and banana caramel churros. And I'll definitely go again and try all the varieties 'except their cakes'.
It's a must go place dudes, should try their churros if you are anywhere near Kalyan Nagar.

This place has become my new favorite go to cafe. I absolutely love their Silky Red Velvet. Its definitely one of the best red velvet's i've had. It had the right texture, flavor and taste. As its mentioned in the name, the cake was silky soft and the cream cheese frosting is my fav part. Love the fact how both have such well balanced sweetness. By now i've possibly tried everything on their menu. And I love everything from there. Their Churros, Shakes and Fries!
Amazing lil place.. cake melts in your mouth. We took red velvet cake n nutella beverage.. mind blown... go for a walk in the night which leads to this place n u won't b disappointed
A cute and cozy cafe with some good desserts served in a mug. Tried the Ferrero rocher mug cake which tasted really good. Also, tried the peri peri fries which was okay.
Overall, the ambience is good and is also pocket friendly.
Cozy little gem. We were greeted with a warm smile by the lady at the counter and that always is a plus point. The churros are really good. We tried the choco burst churros, saucy fries and lemon tea.
Located in Kalyan nagar this place offers very good churos. We ordered chocolate filled churos and loaded fries. Both tasted yumm. Good for couples to do time pass.
Found this when looking for a dessert place in Kalyan Nagar. A cozy little setup in a garage. Tried their silky red velvet, vanilla choc-o-chip, black forest, blueberry delight and choco peanut butter mug cakes. Served warm with eye-pleasing cream toppings. If you like it cold and warm you can try ice cream for the topping instead. Also, the classic cinnamon sugar churros were crisp on the outside and soft inside. A delightful dessert place!

It's a place perfect for dates.The light music,the dim light the vibe there is soo cool and the place is really cute. It's definitely a must visit and budget friendly place.
A cozy, cute place that offers a lovely range of desserts like churros, sundae, milkshakes and savoury dishes like cheese nuggets and french fries. Loved evrything we ordered. For the price range, quantity could have been a little more but there's no compromise on the quality so no complaints! :)

Nachos were really done like inox. Quality was actually good.

Car parking may take some effort but cafe is approachable easy way.
It's a cute snugful place tucked between resedential bungalows. Perfect if you want to enjoy your cold coffee away from bustles of city noises. The menu was selective but delicious.
My sibling brought me here & the place was full during arrival. We somehow got a table in a short time.
We'd ordered the classic cinnamon churros, Nutella magik, dreamy white vanilla & peri peri fries.
The churros were good & i liked it without dipping it in the chocolate sauce & this is subjective.
The Nutella magik was definitely better than the vanilla mug cake. The wipped cream topped with caramel sauce was really good though.
It's a perfect place for a date or for your sweet tooth cravings.
When it comes to delicious desserts I heard a lot about this place from a lot of my friends. It has been in my bookmark for a long time now and finally got to try it. Mugful of Stories is a shed converted into a quaint cute dessert cafe. You are warmly welcomed at the counter by the owners of this place. We placed an order for a nutella mug cake, classic cinnamon churros and classic hot chocolate.
The mug cake was hot, molten and delicious. It paired incredibly well with the cold vanilla ice cream. The churros were authentic, crispy and delectable. The cinnamon sugar was not overpowering and it tasted great with the chocolate sauce. The hot chocolate needed a bit more sugar for me as it was quite bitter but loved the consistency of it.
One of the best dessert cafes that I’d love to visit over and over again!
