Good packing and faster delivery. Food items are hot and fresh. Taste top notch. Feel so great to have it yummmm heaven 😇
I have been coming here for a long time and the quality and taste of their sweets are same since the beginning. In fact, they are enhancing the taste more and more which the best part is. I just loved milk sweets which got melted as soon as I kept in my mouth. I would highly recommend dropping by!!
A2B is the best sweet and savory store in Bangalore. One must definitely try Milk & Ghee sweets of A2B. They are simply superb. They are my all time favorites of A2B.
Food supplied against last order was better, this time rice quantity was too low and so the other items, ice cream was supplied last time and no desert today, quality of food is good
my order was accepted and my payment also went through but after a while I got a call from the delivery boy saying that the a specific item was not available
delivery boy was very polite...

Day before yesterday we had breakfast & celebrated new year in A2B restaurant. We had variety of pure veg dishes South Indian Style dishes, North Indian style dishes, Chinese dishes. North Indian & Sweets are so delicious.
Wow man . Amazing sweets. Soam papdi was melting on the tongue literally and the rasmalai . Hot badam milk with malai . They are my fav there. Just try others also . Incase u suggest me any other food there, comment below
Located at the end of Gandhi bazaar road, this place is right opposite to Shiv Saagar.
Renovated few months back, they improved a lot on the interiors and made them in par with other A2Bs. My favourites have been mini idli, sambar vada and coffee.
They have something called mini tiffin which has a little bit of everything like mini masala dosa, one idli, one mini vada, a small serving of kharabath as well as kesari bath. The multiple chutneys (which i call tiranga chutney) makes this place different from others.
A place for quick south Indian food.

I visit this place quite often, the last visit being a couple of days back. The sheer quality and the authentic taste of A2B food never ceases to amaze me.
The Bhel Puri here is a must try. However I have to admit that the Bhel Puri I had last week was too spicy for my liking; it was nowhere near the original Bhel taste of A2B. Maybe it is a one-off bad incident.
Service: 4/5
Taste: 4.5/5
Hygiene: 4.5/5
Ambience: 3/5
A2B in Basavanagudi is located near old shanti talkies/Surana College. The place is easy to locate. It does not have ample parking for four wheelers but for two wheelers parking can be easily managed.
It's a standard A2B outlet which offers sweets and food. The sweets are pretty expensive (but then I guess sweets in general are expensive in Bangalore). The food is of decent quality although there are many other south Indian joints in the area that offer better quality food at a lower price.
The staff is friendly and the service is very fast.
Bottomline: You can definitely try food at A2B but if you are in Basavanagudi area, you can look for better options.
Have seen this place several times but never got an opportunity to visit once..parking is difficult to get here...the place was generous plenty of sitting arrangements..neatly decorated...it's a self service mode place...we have to pay and by coupon take the respective items from different locations.
It was evening so we ordered Masala vada...sweet lassi...watermelon juice....and ghee pongal...
The taste was good although sambar was made with coconut oil I suppose so it was a new taste to us..
Overall enjoyed the wholesome thing.
The restaurant is very clean . Ambience is good . Prices are decent . Food is fabulous. Liked the Podi Idly , Sandwiches, and medhu vada a lot . Tea / Filter Coffee & Cold Badam served here is mesmerising . Overall nice place to dine . Also friendly staff .
I have been going to this outlet which is a few hundred meters from my house since ages and I must admit that I have very few complaint against this one. One such complaint would be the fact that's its not very easy to get a parking lot nearby. However since it's hardly five minutes from my house by walk, I am not the one to complain.I always go there to pick up the sweets as well as savories like the Mota mixture, banana chips, muruku, etc. On a lazy Sunday morning, I decided to taste their masala dosa. Their service is pretty quick & within 10 minutes of placing my order, the piping hot dosa was ready on my table. The accompanying chutney's as well as sambhar are more of the "Tamil Nadu" style & were the perfect option to have my masala dosa with. All in all, a perfect start to a perfect day with a perfect dosa! The spic and span interiors are a little bit cramped for space though. The other drawback is that it gets very hot inside at peak times when its packed with customers during the evening hours. So giving them a measly 3.5* even though the service and ambiance desrve a little bit higher ranking.Remember not to sit at the fag end of this restaurant as there is a leaking sanitary pipe right above your table & it can stink pretty bad too.Yes, I will be back to gorge on some more of their mixtures, idlis, vadas, dosas, rava idli's which I can never manage to lay my hands on as they are always sold out.
I've visited this place a few years ago for evening snacks. Kadai Mushroom, Green Peas Mushroom and other gravy items with Butter Naan.
The taste and service is good. Although I don't find anything great that makes this place stand out from the other outlets.
I have even tried their sweets. They are of a good quality, specially the Kaju Mysore Pak, Special Mysore Pak. Helps when you have a sweet tooth.

The name says it all ! Anand Bhavan has been so very famous for its sweets and savories for ages now and their restaurant has been catching my eyes many a times. So, I finally decided to get into the place and taste the extended version of Anand Bhavan. We visited this place in a group of 3 and each one of us ordered different things so that all of us can taste all ! The tomato uthappam, the ghee dosa and the paper dosa was on our order list. I must say, they serve really fast. But the sight of your neighbors binging on the dishes makes your waiting time feel long. The tomato uthappam was really tasty with no much add ons and just clear taste as it has to be. The oil was not dripping (like it will be at most other places) which makes it feel so light and contented to have. The ghee-dosa was really a tasty snack. And paper dosa is a must try. I usually don't like paper dosas. But, this one was really good. We later enjoyed a full-glass badam cold milk. It was just like home-made with tiny pieces of almonds till the last sip. I thoroughly enjoyed the snack there. they even have a variety of other sweets, snacks and chats. I assure no one will be disappointed. Worth giving a try !
Taste is asusual of normal restaurants who charge far away less. Satisfaction is for ambience.
For the price, food could have been better. Masala Dosa was good. But not the Vada.
Our experience at Ananda Bhavan was delightful, particularly with their thali meals. The food was not only delicious but also well-presented, offering a satisfying variety. The restaurant's tranquil ambiance, coupled with the fact that it's not overly crowded, made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Ananda Bhavan stands out as an excellent choice for travelers looking for a peaceful place to savor a hearty meal. The relaxed atmosphere allows for a comfortable dining experience, making it an ideal spot to unwind and recharge during a journey. If you appreciate good food in a serene setting, Ananda Bhavan is certainly worth a stop.
It's feel like a healthy with hygiene food
Spacious dining
Excellent service
Great food
And economical pricing
I had south meals for Rs.150. ait worth every penny.
I have only tried Raj kachori chaat and mashroom noodles here. Both were good and the quantity was worth the price. Being a heavy snack, Raj kachori chaat was well stuffed and well presented, with a balanced taste of a bit sweet (thick curd) amidst the spicy chole. Also, unlike many other eateries, the noodles served here had adequate quantity of mushrooms, which was really good about this place. It was also well presented, gave that traditional vibe to this Chinese cuisine - serving noodles in a steel bowl placed over a plate which had a portion of the banana leaf spread over. Though both times I went to eat alone, but each time I had a good and satisfactory experience and felt the place was worth visiting even alone.
I am a regular visitor for A2B, but atmosphere is too bad in this location. We come here paying high prize for fine dining, too much infighting between staff, shouting at each other. Heated arguments on job allocations. These discussions can be had without disturbing customers.
A very authentic place for South Indian food .Part of the iconic A2B chain.
Food is fresh but a bit pricey. Service sometimes becomes an issue, when there is a rush.
Car parking space is available in the front and also in the basement.
A nice place to be with friends and family
This place is better than some of the other A2B locations. They have almost all the items available on the menu most of the time. Good combination of North, South and Chinese items. They have meals with unlimited rice for Rs. 30 more. They also have wide range of sweets and snacks. I highly recommend this location compared to some other around this area.
Tasty veg food items, neat and clean environment.
Great place,High quality food, cost a little bit on the higher side.My favorites Mini Idli ,Khara Pongal n Coffee.
It would be nice if they can provide proper tamilnadu style sambar
