People in Bangalore if your looking for authentic coastal food you must visit this place! They have beautiful ambience and the quality of the food is amazing! They charge 500 ruppes for a seer fish tawa fry but no complaints ! Best place to visit with family and for couple :)

For starters, we had the prawns butter garlic which was suggested by the waiter. It was really good and the quality was also decent for seafood.
For main course, we went on to order crab ghee roast. Along with that, we ordered pundi and neer dosa. I really loved the ghee roast. Completely recommend it. The pricing and quantity is fairly decent. We also ordered kori roti which was really delicious and authentic.
All in all, really good food, great flavour and well priced. The ambience is also great and well decorated.
For all the sea food lovers ......one should try this authentic mangalorean fish thali ....it’s amazing 👌

Parika Multicusine & Costal Fine Dine - HSR, Bangalore. Run by Mr Shashank Bhandari is not very hard to find in HSR Locality, I travelled an Hour in Bangalore traffic to catch up with friends already there with happy face, telling me how nice the mangalore cusine (Coastal) tasted and well I must say it was pure pleasure on our taste buds.
The place on the 3rd Floor sits pretty with wood cladding interiors and a full fledged bar with tap beer too. The staff very responsive. I will definitely go back to this place again and recommend people reading this to check this place out. Great for Family, Friends and With Kids. Go meet and ask for Mr Shashank, who runs the place. Always wondered what this place was about for the longest time but never went it (something about the entrance is not very inviting)...anyway ended up going there for a team lunch and it was such a good decision..

This place has a chilled and amazing ambiance. It kind off gives you an old furniture feels. The food is very good but is not that worth the price you pay. Some of the staff were quite good whereas the others were not. Serving food was quite slow. Overall for the terms of food and ambiance I would like to rate it at 4.
Went here for dinner after some meetings along with clients. I heard mangalorian food is quite good so we decided to go ahead with it. Chicken ghee roast was just wow. Tried a bit in north indian that dropped the bar. My recommendation is to try strictly mangalorian food.
Went with a colleague after office. I really wanted to eat some good Malayali food. So we ordered Prawn ghee roast and Neer dosa. The taste was heavenly. Both the items were fresh and cooked to perfection. Also ordered Appam but neer dosa tasted better with ghee roast. A big ♥
Price was a little bit in a higher side. For Rs.540 we got only 6 pieces of prawn Ghee roast. Along with that we had ordered Crab Butter Garlic Roast, which was tasty and good quantity. Ambience was good inside the restaurant, but the parking and way to it was bad.
We went for a lunch and we reached there very late. Almost near to there closing time. But there team and kitchen take our every order even after we there closing time. And they make some great tasty food and sufficient quantity. I love the ambience of this place. Staffs are great. Each and evry item is too good. It's located in a great area in her. Just beside house of commons. Easy anyone one can commute. Highly recommend.

Parika is a good restaurant to spend quiet time with family and friends.
Menu includes seafood specially the Mangalore cuisine which is their speciality. Drinks menu has many varieties as well.
Ghee roast and guntur style starters is what we tried and they were indeed delicious. Main course of Mangalore style fish curries, appam, neer dosa and boiled rice left us full and satisfied. On service side - All starters and main course was brought in at once filling our table. Much attempt was made to heed to our requests though service does need improvement.
It is a must try place for food and spend quality time.

Sudden plans to visit this place and it was worth every penny. The kori roti is better than any place in Bangalore. The ghee roast was decent too. The animal masala fry was very succulent and cooked to perfection. If you like Mangalore cuisine, this is your go to place.
It was my mother's birthday and we came here on a Tuesday, hence no crowd. Good restaurant with wide variety of veg, non-veg and sea food to choose from. The staff are very courteous and helpful in making the right selection depending on your taste and preference. Our host was Amit, who did an excellent job while serving our order and keeping us engaged while we relished the food. The food tastes really good. We ordered starters - chicken manchow soup, parika village chicken (little spicy with lot of curry leaves and cashew), chicken manchurian (must try), followed by chicken roghan ghost with tandoori roti, beverage orange mint mojito and kiwi figg. The overall experience was great. Good ambience and great service. All the staff are courteous, but I personally prefer Amit as my host. Wanted to try some authentic Mangalorean cuisine and came across this place. And I was blown away by the food! I love South Indian cuisine and I wasn't disappointed. For starters, the chicken 65 was packed full of flavours and Andhra chilli chicken was hot as hell, but delicious as well! Then I had Chicken Pulimuchi which was a perfect blend of tanginess and spiciness! I loved the ambience! Our server Amit was very professional and courteous. He even warned us about the chilli chicken,and provided useful info about the dishes. Kudos to him!
Decided on a whim to enter Parika instead of another nearby restaurant.
Great seafood, loved the masala fry. Kori Roti was a new discovery and delicious! Overall loved the food, ambience and the staff. Pampered is what we felt.

A perfect place for a Mangalore cuisine. The ambience gives a traditional look with all wooden works. Love their seafood dishes especially their ghee roast recipes. They are just out of the world. My all time fav choice is squid ghee roast and neer dosa. Staffs are also very friendly. Without a second thought you can walk in to Parika to enjoy their seafood delicacies.

I ordered squid golden fry, which taste good but too much batter, then i had anjal fry, which was yummy atlast i ordered neer dosa and prawn ghee roast, it was soo good. I love seafood and i highly recommend those who love seafood to have a bite here. Its little pricy but totally worth it. Drinks there are really good, especially the margheritta. Parika at HSR layout is one of the better places in Bangalore to try Coastal food. I loved the tandoori pomfret, prawn in butter garlic, crab chilli fry, chicken ghee roast and fish curry with appam. Overall it has always been a satisfying experience.

I was expecting the food here to follow in the old Southern tradition but was pleased to find the menus trending in a contemporary direction with emphasis on lean, fresh and organic fare -- while still keeping with Low Country/Southern convention. My favorite dish at the Coastal Fine Dine Restaurant, in fact, was prawns topped with a tasty tasso sauce which are positively unmatched for flavor.
We went there on a Sunday night for dinner. The restaurant is located on a busy street filled with food trucks and street food. While some of the other restaurants on this street offer valet parking service, this restaurant doesn’t. Finding a parking spot took better part of 15 minutes.
Once you enter the restaurant, you are pleasantly surprised by the ambience and the attention to detail. We were a group of 6 people and ordered chicken ghee roast, ‘anjal’ fry, ‘neer’ dosa, prawn sukka, prawn biriyani and chicken kundapuri. Everything was delicious and well made, with the highlight definitely the ghee roast.
However, the service was not the fastest. The restaurant was about 25% occupied and yet we had to wait about 15 minutes for every order, which could be understandable for food but definitely not for mocktails even when the bar was free.
Will definitely visit this place if I don’t need to worry about parking and when I have enough time for a leisurely meal.

What an amazing ambience this place has!! My mind immediately got into a reset mode. The food is equally good. Service is swift with a smile. Price wise its on the higher side but trust me its worth it.
I swear by their spicy crab soup and prawn ghee roast. These are two things I always end up eating on my visit. Their neer dosa, however, needs improvement.

Amazing prawn ghee roast !!! The best I’ve ever had ! There was this perfect ghee taste in every bite with neer dosa! The ambience is decent also . The crab soup had more egg than crab meat but flavours were great. Anjal masala fry was perfectly cooked ! If you’re craving mangalorean food ! Hsr layout has a marvel !

Parika is a coastal-themed restaurant on the 3rd floor of Twin Tulips hotel. It's decor reminds you of heritage homes, full of teak and rose wood interiors and panelling. There is a bridge connecting the main dining area to the secluded bar with hanging lamp shades and it's like a complete sophisticated vintage setting. Very nice indeed!
The food is unique in the sense that you have all the North Indian favourites along with Mangalorean delicacies. We ordered multiple starters like Hara bhara kebab, crispy corn and paneer tikka. The Hara bhara was a tad bit spicy but the others were just right. The sweet corn and tomato shorba soups were fantastic.
For mains we ordered Mangalorean specialities like Sannas, Pundi, Neer Dosa and Appams. With that we ordered veg stew, malai kofta and palak dal. The food tasted like home cooked food! Finger lickin delicious!
The staff seemed like long term ones and they gave a personal touch to the entire ordering experience, also customising spice levels as requested. So polite and courteous!
Overall, you can head to Parika for an unusual experience with the advantage of a bar (for that special toast) along with unique coastal dishes, superb taste and a warm home like service! Celebrations!
A good place to try Mangalorean dishes, it is located in third floor of twin tulips hotels. We ordered Appam, Egg Appam, Sanna, bangada curry and bangada tawa fry. Everything was nice, it's a good place to hang out with friends and family.

Great place for the Mangalorean style seafood. The ghee roast is their signature dish and is really lip-smacking, Must try! The combination ghee roast prawn with neer dosa was delicious 😋. I also tried Tandoori Pomfret was really tender and juicy... Melted in the mouth. Highly recommend this place 😊
Quite nice and cozy place, in case you plan for fine dining with coastal cuisines. Specially the Mangalorean dishes are so nice and authentic. The Pomfret we tried was very fresh and yummy. A must visit place in Bangalore !!
Decent decor, friendly service and comfortable ambience is what is first noticeable.
The food is fairly decent, a bit mild and not the spiciest version of costal food. Yet holds up very well compared to some legendary places like Anupam's coast to coast etc in taste and flavor.
Had the rawa fried prawns, a basket of coastal breads, and a Chicken Kori Gassi.
The prawn was crunchy on the outside and soft and flavorful inside.
The sannas, neer dosa and appams were all very soft and nice. The pundi was a bit hard but not to the level one would complain. Of the breads, the sannas were the best.
Chicken was quite soft and flaky, with deeply flavorful curry.
The only off note was Kokum sherbet which was a little too sweet, which too was probably my fault as I should have just opted for the sour version 😅
All in all a good meal, the kinds you feel very soporific after !!

Parika in HSR layout is an absolute delight. Mangalorean and Udupi coastal cuisine. Had a quite rare sober Egg Ghee Roast (not overly spicy, but had the strong byadgi flavour), with Neer dose, PunDi, Prawn Masala fry, and Veg Gassi. Ended with Ragi Manni. Very authentic, very comforting and tasty.
We knew Parika is a heritage village/town in Udupi close to where we live, we told them about it. the staff struck a nice conversation with us in Kannada and Tulu, and told us about the legacy of this nearly two-decade old restaurant. Went with wife and mom, and all of us loved the hospitality, food taste and proportions, as well as the beautifully wooden & dimly lit ambience. A must visit place.

Date it’s never disappointed me once.. the Mangalorean cuisine is very well presented here.. I love their ghee roast.. it’s not very hot as many other places, it’s rich and flavourful, with perfect balance between the chillies and ghee.
Loved the pomfret tandoori and anjal tawa fry.. seafood at its best.
I also had the village special mutton fry which tasted top notch. Truly one of the best in town.
They do serve ragi manni but what blew my mind was their signature fried ice cream.
