If you are in sanjaynagar and hungry, dont hesitate to eat at new darbar if you are a non veg lover.. Great place to have lunch or dinner... You can go for afghani kabab and tandoori kabab... Damn good in taste... For main course must try TANGDI MASALA😍 it cones with two leg piece and a thick spicy tasty gravy😋
Small place with less then 10 tables but serves very good north indian delicacy. Tandoors here are delicious and they be the must try for sure. All the dishes from the tandoori. Other than that, Indian bread are pretty neatly made here. Don't forget to try their kaati rolls here. You will surely love it.

One of the places to remember from Bangalore city food outings. This one is simply special as one of the dishes served here were just perfect and I loved them so much, yeah you guess it right, it's the "Tangdi Kabab". My goodness, it's so delicious mouth watering dish here. I became a family of it Everytime happen to visit this place. Besides this, their chicken gravy dishes, tandoors and nans taste great. A nice little place in the busy street.

Amazing restaurant with value for money service. Taste is not compromised. The two dishes that you must have here is their chicken biryani and Afghani kebab. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the interiors and modernize their service.
A budget of within ₹150/- is enough to eat like a boss.

Not a place to sit and eat... Rather get the food packed as takeaway... Food is really delicious 😋... Chicken items are better as compared to many New Bel Road restaurants... Definitely try Afgani Kabab and Malai Kabad.... Value for money...
The place is average but the food is good. I would suggest mainly for a take away Instead of eating over there. My favorite chicken Tikka and the chicken roll.
I will call this a well within the pocket place for lunch or dinner. They are experts in rolls. Have double egg double chicken roll and it will surely make u full.

A place I frequently go for dinner just beside Patiala lassi. It is a small restaurant which serves best non veg food particularly the kebabs and chicken tangri masala being my favourite
this restaurant was also introduced to me by my friend Kingshuk . this is also a mainly a take away joint,
the seating was not elaborate and cramped and was still has a space crunch .
but the food was decent enough. some times there was inconsistencies with the taste but still some items were good enough.
the starters like kalmi, tandoori and afghani were decent . the soups were average. the butter chicken was good in gravy. and the fried rice were always welcome, mainly its a tandoor starters and fried rice which was items to be back here.
I would suggest this place for friends or a take away.. I had been here with a bunch of friends.. The seating here is limited and ordinary.. But the crowd who come here are usually college crowd who want a quick and a filling meal at a reasonable price.
Food - The starters are pretty good here. I have had Afghani, kalmi and kasturi kabab. All the 3 were really good with the kalmi standing out.. The rolls are super filling and reasonably good.
For the main course I had biryani. It was nothing special.. I have heard the butter chicken is very good here. I would rate this 3.5.
The pricing is what gives this place an added advantage and if you stay around this restaurant, this place would be a regular take away spot.
Their chicken tandoori is a must try it's absolutely lip smacking! , if you're looking for authentic Kebabs with varietyin chicken . Then this place is for you. Taste wise too good
I liked this place because of the quality and quantity of the food. This place used to be a regular hit during my stay at Sanjay Nagar. The place is small to accommodate 20-25 people.
Last time I went with family, we ordered Tandoori Chicken which is the speciality of New Darbar, along with paneer tikka which was a bit spicy but a good tickling for the taste buds.
For main course we ordered Rumali roti, Butter Nan, Chicken kolapuri, Paneer Hyderabadi and of course the ambur biriyani. Non of the item was a let down.
Service is good and the food tastes like home. They have quick home delivery.
The chicken Tandoori and Ambur Biriyani is recommended.

Had chicken tandoori kebab and chicken tikka. While the quantity seemed okay, and the tandoori chicken seemed marinated well enough, the chicken tikka had too much masala and salt. Will check out other items soon.

Value for money place. The kulcha is also very soft. Dal fry of this place is extremely yummy. The pricing is also proper. Even for people who wish to eat non-veg, tangdi kabab is also very yummy.
Considering the price, foods reasonably good and testy. Salt is at higher side. Particularly nonveg foods which i have tasted and would like to many times. Take away is preferable. Their kebabs and biryani are the best among many high priced hotels. Eating at hotel also available but not much space. Pure family restaurant and no liquor. Recommending everybody who wants to have cheaper kebab and biryani.

I am quite frequent to this place. Please don't go on the looks and facilities offered by this restaurant. It has a very small sitting area. Coming to the food, the food is damn cheap and very delicious. This place offers you a variety of kebabs at throw away prices just 60 bucks a plate. My favorite is Afgani Kebab. If you are Butter Nan lover then you will be happy to because a butter nan costs only 20 bucks cheaper than a vada pav. Kulcha is more cheaper only rs 15. The Chinese is just okay to eat. Don't come to this place thinking that your going to Beijing bites because the prices here are 1/10th of Beijing bites. The Non veg gravies they offer are very cheap just for 80 bucks. Man this place is rilly cheap and hygienic. The tandoori chicken tastes the same as we get in Delhi and Chandigarh. This place is mostly good for home ordering and take away. The veg is also very tasty one of my favorites is Paneer Burji. Rest all dishes are also good. One can compare this place with adigas when it comes to veg, this place is way to cheap and the veg is also tasty here. The biryani is good made of basmati rice because we get different types of biryanis in Bangalore. Consider this place more like dhaba than a 5 star restaurant. If your coming to just to eat in normal environment the place is good as it offers tasty food in affordable prices.
One of the slightly smaller and definitely dingier haunts of Bangalore, this is definitely not a place for you if you want to dine out. As a takeaway though, it served us excellently during our student days at MSRIT nearby. Quick runs for food were made possible by the extremely fast service and delivery.
I recommend the Chicken Tikka kebas, indeed, these are the best I have ever tasted in Bangalore. The Tandoori Chicken is great too, as is the Tawa Parantha.
Must stop-by if you are in the vicinity and have a craving for some tasty non-vegetarian food!

I just visited this restaurant. Paratha, butter chicken, biriyani rice, grill chicken and mutton sheek were so good with a pocket friendly price.
Delicious food at reasonable price. Have good service. But not much cleanliness so have given 4 starts. Haa, wash room is pathetic. Paneer garlic awesome taste. Road side hotel so can't expect parking facilities. It's not a cozy place.

I have not had better Kalmi kabab than this place in Bangalore...!! There might be bigger hifi restaurants but in my point of view, you will come back here to buy Kalmi kabab again and again and many other dishes that is very uniquely prepared here....and I love the taste!!

Cost effective with great taste. Try their chicken kababs and biryani. Chicken Kolhapuri is also very tasty with Tandoori roti and rumali roti.
The Kebab is amazing but the biryani is ordinary. Good place for having heavy dinner and is worth the price. The price is moderate.
