Food: It's a small place, with hardly more than 5-6 tables. Tried a couple of non-vegetarian combos. The chicken was okay, but the daal wasn't spicy enough to be called Punjabi. It wasn't good, but not too bad either.
Service and ambience: Meh!
Veery good food and good service. Excellent customer satisfaction. I had kadai chicken and butter naan with sweet lassi. Its very good and happy weekend with my friends. I always like to go there for weekend.
Ambiance is just above average, food is really good. You need to pay ahead and wait for the order.
Recommended if you are hungry and nothing else is around.

One of the rare one of occasions when you feel like having something very specific and this time it was Chicken Tikka.
There are so many options on the street but for some reason I decided to check if these guys have what I wanted.
My luck it was part of their menu and went ahead and ordered a plate all for myself. The Tikka was soft and quite good.
The outlet may look small but has a good no. of tables and I have seen a decent crowd here in the evenings.
I have been here a couple of times and the food here is good. They have redone their interiors and its pretty good now. Though it is a small restaurant but lighting is good and ample seating space.
One can get all kinds of punjabi food here including rajma chawal, sarson ka saag , kadhi also. Their bhuna chicken is also very good. The quality of food is good and service is also okay, but prices are a little high.
Recommended. :)
Had ordered through swigy chicken tikka and Kadhai chicken. The Kadhai chicken just had three piece in it which was disappointing but taste was good so it covered up.
Chicken tikka portion and taste both are good. Shocked to see this place rated so low if their food is good. Fingers crossed for next order.
Being new to the place I was searching for a decent Punjabi restaurant to satisfy my craving for a North Indian meal and found this one. The ambience was okay. Tried the thali, with palak paneer and dal in it. The manager was courteous enough to itself recognize that we wanted extra dal and served it without asking. I found that the food lacked flavor and needs improvement.
Amazing Punjabi/ North Indian food and light on pocket too.
Tandoori starters, Kadhai paneer and mango lassi are my fav

Authentic Non Veg tandoori items. Butter chicken and tandoori chicken is awesome.
Have become a regular customer.
Simply fantastic.
I have visited this restaurant several times and it has never disappointed. They have good line up of North Indian/Punjabi food at an affordable price. What I like the most is their Tandoori chicken.
Highly recommended
Value for money Joint. Butter Chicken, Bhuna Ghost..are good. Ideal for small Office party. Place is small & cozy. Staff are friendly. ...Should try it

Food is just yummy.
Non Veg is best at this rate. Need to add some more dishes in their Veg menu.
Value for money place.
Bonn Appetite ...
I have been a regular visitor to this store from the date they have opened and whenever I am in bangalore and miss authentic food of my home town Delhi. I work very close to this store and on my last visit which was yesterday after 4 months i have noticed many changes in the ambience, design of the store etc. The food was amazing and it is amazing now as well. The best thing which i always eat and is always consistent in this store is Butter chicken, dal makhani, and their kebabs which are mouth watering. Apart from this their lassi is amazing and to die for. I recommend everyone to visit here whenever in Kalyan Nagar. Staff was very polite but i saw couple of them without uniform though. Service was quiet fast when you decide what you have to eat. It is a self service restaurant but they do table service on request and take orders as well. Keep it up guys you are doing a great job and kudos to the owners. Heard from the manager that owners are from North India as well, they also have many branches in Bangalore, Chennai and HYD as per the poster at the entry. The new interiors are very superior than the previous ones . I will click some pics and add on my next trip including food pics as well.
Combos are good value for money - Must Try !
Taste is good.. Very edible and close to North Indian palette 🎨
Quantity is decent too.
Have been here more than couple of times and have never been disappointed. However few SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT for MR RAJIV BHALLA (Owner of this Chain)
1. Kindly remove the banner in front of your joint for Rs 99 Thali when you have discontinued this
2. Fix the broken A/C of keep he door open its summer time and it tends to get suffocating with a full house

Highly recommended for palak paneer, kebabs and bread! This is a small setup with limted spread, but they excel in what they know! These guys have added new dimension to their palak pameer and buna chicken! Awesome place to make it staple!
Price for two when you eat to the brim will be 500 which...
I have had some great butter chicken, Naans from this small restaurant. Folks work their tandoor well. Daal Makhani is truly North Indian and I like their Chicken Bhuna too.
If you're actually North Indian and/or have lived in Delhi or anywhere up north, don't look any further. After one year of moving down south and going nuts looking for a place that serves butter chicken that does not taste like a disgusting red chicken dessert with cashews thrown in I finally found these guys, told them to cut the sugar to zero and found myself butter garlic naan sans butter chicken heaven. Their Afghani chicken is super too! Now they need a rock solid dal makhani and they be sorted. Guys please stay away from the sugar and every North Indian in Bangalore will stick with you.
Yummy Veg articles...
Visited twice till now and Happy all the time..
Liked the Paneer articles... Very nicely prepared...

Nice place for desi n delicious food, with affordable price.. I ordered kadhai paneer n lassi, both are tasty specially lassi... Want to visit again with friends.
This is a small place in Kalyan Nagar with limited seating. Food is tasty and price is also reasonable.

Nice place for quick food grab.😊
The food here is both hearty and delicious. AND the prices aren't that bad!!! After ordering for a chicken roll and a plate of kulchas with channa , I was surprised at how big the portions were. Would definitely be ordering from here again...
Really liked the food. Very tasty. Place could use a decor though.
Tandoori chicken was awesome. Veg items are decent too.
Try it, if you are looking for authentic north Indian taste.
I have ordered food uncountable number of times from this place.
If you are craving for authentic Punjabi style food - this is the place.
Dal makhni, kadai paneer, butter chicken are just smacking good.
Packaging is also nice and tight with so leaks (however I have my own calms about plastic packaging for hot food)
Ambience to sit and eat is just about average. Not more than 10-15 people can sit there, plus the sitting comfort is not that great.
Its a value for money food and its a hit for home delivery.
Been here on an evening. We tried aloo pyaz paratha which was tasty with reasonable price. Mix veg roll was very spicy and felt like we are eating chapati with some spicy veg curry.
Shaan-e-Punjab is a small one-room-four-table self-service eatery on Kammanhalli Main road, which as the name indicates exclusively serves Punjabi food.
It has a limited menu and if you are in for a quick lunch or dinner, I would suggest the combo meal which comprises rotis, two kinds of dal and a chicken dish of your choice. The food feels light and healthy.
From the ala carte menu you could choose vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes like tadka palak, tandoori platter, butter chicken, chicken tikka or murg haryali tikka.
While the food scored high, the lassi could do with some improvement. Prices are reasonable.
Good good with combo options. It has quite small place for dining. Taste wise food is good but can be better. I had Non veg combo and it has very decent quantity. If you want to have light snacks, you can try this place.

A small place to accommodate 18 people (sitting)... is like a mini punjab served on a plate! Reasonable price and great taste! Apt value for money.
We had Chicken tikka; chicken curry and tandoori roti which melted in our mouth. Lassi and shikanji ..were unexceptional.
Truely recommended if you wanna try some authentic north indian delicacy!
Set in the backdrop of Punjabi theme,Shaan-e-Punjab is like an angel in disguise for people who want to savour wholesome food. Small yet so cosy, It offers you quiet versatile options for curries, rolls, combos, parathas. Anything here is too formidable. Butter Chicken Rice and Panneer Pyaz Parathas are delectable.
I ,personally felt that their breads that are cooked over tandoor are extremely soft, glib and fluffy.Must try:)
The Combos.. Are mouth watering.. And plus.. Its a good option within an appropriate budget..!!! So I enjoy every time I have been there.. Plus the good service with home delivery really helps me out...!!!
Very tasty paneer tikka... Love tis placw for the authenticity of the type of food but its too pricey... The space is small yet very gud... Love the place!!
A very small place. The food is really delicious and the lassi s are very thick and tasty. We had the tandoori platter, naan, roti, butter chicken. The naan was soft, the butter chicken and the tandoori platter was good too. They should increase the variety.Felt the choices were too little.
The restaurant has a simple but spacey ambiance. One gets a very fast food joint feel. The combo platters are a good choice and very pocket friendly. The Hariyali paneer tikka combo and Veg. kadai combo are a good choice in vegetarian. I suggest Chicken tikka combo and Butter chicken combo for the meat lovers. The Tandoori platter is a really good option to explore lots of flavors on a single plate. Lassi is a must try! It's a little on the sweeter side but tastes amazing with the tikkas!
Good things come in small packages is the saying and Shaan-e-Punjab fits into that category perfectly.
Wholesome, creamy and rich Punjabi khana is what you can expect here so this place is not for those who like to watch what they eat.
The food is very tasty and a special mention for the Non-Veg Kebab platter as well as the Dal Makhni which are both fabulous. Reasonable pricing is the icing on the cake.
Cheers,
I am vegetarian and rarely find good options in most North-Indian restaurants here in Bangalore. However I could see a good range of veg delicacies here (some of them I hadn't heard of earlier).
Whatever we ordered (veg and non-veg) tasted awesome.
The arrangement is slightly cluttered and needs improvement, but good food compensates for it :)
I also wish if quantity of servings could be increased a bit; however irrespective of that I will keep visiting again :):)
People,
Dont trust the negative feedbacks without giving this place a try.
Food(Specially Non Veg) is awesome here and at a decent price too.
We went in a group of 5 people and everyone just loved the food.
The ambience needs some improvements but overall for us it was a very tasty experience :)
one of the best tandoori chickens I had was at shane punjab Kalyan Nagar. combo is good.
Never been there... So cant tell about the ambience... I have always got the home delivery... The food is really good... A taste of Punjab indeed...
Shaan-e-Punjab is small restaurant located close to Kammanahalli Main Road. The restaurant has about 4 tables and is quite small with the focus being on takeaways and home delivery.
They have a range of veg and non-veg thalis. We tried the tandoori thali which comes with tandoori chicken pieces, dal fry, dal makhani and 3 tandoori rotis. There are also come curry combos which come with rice and choice of chicken gravy such as chicken tikka and butter chicken. (My wife says that it was the best food she has had in a long time!)
I'm not sure I entirely agree. The butter chicken was kind of ok, but the dal and the mint chutney was superb. The rotis were made well. Also tasted the chicken tikka dry which was good. The menu also has the basic dal chawal and biriyani. They also serve sweet lassi.
I am not sure why they have the self-service option. It is such a small outlet and I think they can easily manage. Anyways, the rates are reasonable and food is good. A neat place to have a quick and tasty meal!
One of the most Authentic North Indian food in Bangalore . Rightly priced . Self Service with personal touch .
I had ordered a tandoori platter and everything was very tasty.
Great new place for authentic Punjabi food. Their tandoori chicken and kulchas were very good. Dal makhani is a must try as well.
It's good restaurant. It's a small restaurant. Taste wise food was ok. Rich foods. Overll good
Good taste with Best price .
