Excellent customer service, I’m a foreigner and I came quite late, I didn’t even have enough Rupee to pay for the SIM, but they accepted another currency and worked later than the closed time to activate the SIM.

Good service and behaviour of staff but very crowded have to wait atleast 20 min before your turn. You have to take a chit from a token machine and wait for your turn. Once your turn comes out will be shown in the display with the desk no. There are at least 6-8 desks present there. Adjust linking is also find here. Parking is a big issue.
My brothers phne was snatched but we got new sim from Vodafone office although it took time as the girl who did things for rhe firwt timw couldn't manage it nicely. So after two days I again went there and the guy did it in minutes.

Very helpful and polite staff. I got my sim replaced in less than two minutes. Another time I got my new sim activated within 5 hours.
