Great food, and even better service!
I've been having food from here for at least 15 years and there has been no degradation in the wonderful taste or quality. The veg fried rice simply tastes out of the world.
Even for a vegetarian, there is no dearth of delightfully tasty veg options. A must-try restaurant for anyone who likes healthy, tasty and quality food.
One of my all time favourite places. Friendly and police staff, awesome food, services offered to your car seat (if you wish) and promt as well. What more can one ask for.
Must try their kalmi kabab, rolls, paneer and chicken items and naan.

A small little joint that has lasted the test of time, and always come out with flying colours. One of the superb food joints in town, Palate Korner is the place to go to have some delicious and hearty North Indian Food.
I've been frequenting this place since I was a kid and believe me when I say, I have never been disappointed.
Start off with their Chicken Rumali Rolls, and a portion of their Tandoori chicken.
Move on to the amazing Butter chicken , which is a beautiful blend of tandoori chicken shreds and a Smoky rich gravy . Couple it with their cocktail butter kulchas or Rumali rotis and you have a winner. Don't miss out on their creamy dal makhani which I feel can take down any dal makhani in town. A yummy combination with their jeera rice. Vegetarians must try their palak paneer / paneer kalimirchwala.
All in all a fantastic place to have some honest , no fuss, lip smacking food. Their Chinese is quite popular as well, though I hardly get a chance to try it, after all the food that I absolutely have to get my hands on, every time.
Wonderful service by the good old staff like Ganapati and Manju makes this is experience complete.

They serve onion with lemon and chat masala with every item... so if you are onion salad lover like me it’s kinda brownie for you 😊 👍

This place might look tiny but damn, the food that they serve beats even the finest restaurants in Bangalore. This is easily my favourite food hangout place in the city where you can enjoy the best of it by relaxing in your car. Yes! The food is served on wooden planks that serve as a table while you can push back your seat and relax.
I have been here couple of times and the taste just gets better.
My favourites amongst starters were aloo chilly which was lip smacking! Trust me, this will be the best one you'll ever get to try in the city. We ordered Ghee roast chicken which was heavenly followed by Tandoor Kaalimirch which was again delicious.
For main course we chose plain and garlic butter naans which melts in the mouth with sides of chicken butter masala and pepper masala. We also added chicken fried rice and were not disappointed by its taste.
If you guys are looking for some quality food on a relaxed weekend this would be the place to go to.
Nothing fancy, but the food is downright heavenly.
To add more, the servers were very sweet and catered to our needs very politely.

Ambience- its on road side just before Pallavi theatre near lantern a stadium toward corporation it's a small shop which serves food in your vehicle if you come in cars and most of them come in car
Food - my friends told me it's an old place famous for the rolls and biriyani we checked for biriyani due to huge demand it got over then we tried egg rolls which was made in rumali roti pretty big one which is surely filling and was tasty they also have complimentary onions with masala chat on it which was good
Cost - little overpriced but if you compare the taste and quantity it's surely worth the money

Very good loved the food and the service. Hot and fresh. The only dhaba styled restaurant in bangalore. We need more such joints in the city. A must try.

In search of pastures new, I ordered a delivery from Kamat's late on Sunday.
Order arrived in just under one hour, and thankfully warm. Romali roti, butter naan and shahi paneer came to Rs 360.
The breads were nicely made, nice delicate romali roti of a really good size and equally good texture of the naan.
The shahi paneer was rich but a little bland. Doubt I'd order this one again and was a bit disappointing all told.
Still though a reasonably tasty dinner and the menu is absolutely gigantic so plenty of opportunity to try different things.

Spicy....Is the word... !!! Have been to this place a couple of times, very different than any other place at bangalore.. you can be in your car they will put a wood table (kind of) in your car and that's the ambience. You can ask for alcohol and they get it for you... slice level in food is insanely high so be careful, even tandoori chicken is spicy too. Overall I go to this place for that different experience and it's worth that.
It's my new late night favourite. I usually go to this place on my way to home and it has never disappointed me. Quick service. Great taste and absolutely fantastic. Plus they have a great curb-side food option. Do try for a quick bite.

Heard lots about the place. It belongs to one of my friend's cousin. Had lunch today. Saag ghost n mini rotis. Beauty of the place is they serve in the car. Very good courtesy by staff. Food is also tasty. Must try once.

I have been here thrice. I like the different way they serve in the car. Do not go by the looks of the small joint, there food is really nice. I love their butter tandoori roti it's very yum. Only thing is u expect lower price by looking at the place but the pricing is like a proper restaurant.
its just a marvelous place if u feel lazy to get out of the car sit and eat with formalities! the chicken items god u just cant miss any! anything u order here is tasty n yummy but theres one thing to keep in mind about the spice because when i first came to this place i felt smoke coming out of my ears food is spicy but if u mention less spice then its just toooooo tasty!
We got the delivered to our place .Firstly the packaging was not messy. Quantity was pretty decent . Zeera rice and kadai vegetable both were just amazing!!.but the tandoori roti was a little burnt .
Located in the busy streets very close to corporation circle, this place is the ideal example for the saying don't go by looks. This might look like a small eatery and not so sophisticated place. But believe me I have been eating here for sometime and this place is much more than how it looks. This small kitchen is never free, happily serving thousands of orders. You have an option to park your car in the area available in front of the store and they would serve while you're still inside the comfort of your car. They put a wooden plank across the windows which will serve as a table. I would recommend to order rolls. Chicken and paneer rolls are one of the best in the city. Their fresh lime soda is much better many of the high priced fancy places out there. Basically all your hunt for some good food will be answered here for a much affordable price . The serving staff are very friendly and a plus point to this restaurant.
Don't go with the way this place looks from outside as its located on a very busy road & crappy road ,this place is only meant for really tasty north indian food. We ordered the tandoori chicken , butter paneer masala & rotis & they were awesome. If you get a parking slot outside this restaurant then you get served in the car as well . Definite try for all
Been visiting this place since i was a kid. This place has the best butter chicken I have ever tasted. Pair it up with 2 plates of cocktail kulchas and you're set. I would not recommend sitting inside the restaurant. It's better to eat in your car where they give you sliding tables. I would also recommend ordering the chilly chicken and the golden fried babycorn/chicken. Great value for money

Looking for a good food after party on weekends? If yes, visit Kamat's palate corner near Corporation Circle. There are so many restaurants in the locality. However, i still prefer this place for a quick & good dinner.
Here the speciality is, they serve directly in to your car. Around 5 to 10 cars can park near the restaurant. They have huge wooden board kind of thing to work as table to have your meal. They have huge menu with most of the North Indian & Coastal cuisines. Being Vegetarian, i tried Veg Biryani, Roti & Dal - All are good & consistent from a decade. Price is slightly higher side, however, its praiseworthy.
Nice food to sit in the car and have. Sometimes when you jus want to go for a quick dinner a nice place to sit in the car and eat some yummy Indian food. Good quality and good service. The prawn are too good.

The best black dal, paneer and hot rotis. Eat while your seated in your car, even in your pyjamas. U shud b lucky enough to get a car slot. The tangy onions come as an accompaniment. Value for money. Very filling
One of my Favorite food joint. Earlier even though I went passed by this hotel, never gave a thought how the food is going to be here. One day my friends took me here and then on my wife and me have been a fan of this place. In last one year alone i have been there atleast once a month. The food is inexpensive and the quality is finger licking.... One of the best food I have ever tasted.....
The best place about the hotel is, you sit in your car and have food with a wooden plank rested the windows of the car. A totally different experience compared to the indoor restaurant. And on top of it, if it has rained that day, then that would be added advantage for outdoor eating...
All in all one of the best outdoor eating joint.
P.S: Please do not choose the dining option in the first floor.

Perhaps only drive in restaurant in Bangalore, their tangdi kebab and chi roast and chicken soup is alwayz I order, with their signature dishes butter chicken and black Dal with roomali roti too are regulars, service is quick and gets lill delayed during weekend,
This place has probably been in existence since the last 15-20 years. Ever since I was a little girl I remember ordering their biryani and kebabs. The food is delicious and their biryani is blissful. They do take a while to deliver but their mouth watering kebabs can melt away all that time you spent waiting for the food...
One word Killer.. I have been going here since I was maybe 14 years old. Always eat their roomali and paneer butter masala. The waiters here know me by my pet name.. so i basically grew with palate korners food. My wife too loves their food and amazing service.

Its an old place with poor ambience! The interiors don't impress you much. Its preferred to dine in your car.
Food- we ordered egg curry, butter chicken and dal makhani to go with the naan. Taste was good. Dal makhani had too much of ghee, suppressing the essence of dal.
Service - The starter we ordered was never served! I guess the customers sitting in car were high priority ?
Anyways, surely not one of the best or must eats! Probably its been around for so long, to make it to the top list. Anyways I wouldn't risk turning around my car in traffic to dine here again!
This is the only place I am aware of driving restaurant in Bangalore. It's value for money very tasty. You get lots in starters and main course but no deserts. Service hall is not great. It's better to drive in and have it sitting inside the car. It's good for dinners and not for lunch as you might find many passers by starring at you. Just enjoy.

This place is probably the only drive-ins the town about which I know about. Tasty and delicious food. Being a hard core non vegetarian that I am, I certainly try the hara bhara kabab and Dal makhni over here. The food is so good that the ambience doesn't matter in fact eating here with a wood log acting as a desk over the window panels of ur car, it's altogether a different experience.
I do recommend this place to all the people who love amazing food. Do try the butter naan, tandoori chicken, chicken chilly, pepper chicken masala, tikka masala, Kashmiri chicken masala, hara bhara kebab (veg) and Dal makhni here.
The only drive-in i know of in centre of town that serves brilliant food. Out of my very own experience i can tell you, the best dhal makani in Banaglore. Baby kulcha are also a must try here. If you are looking for a fine ambience or even a decent one to dine with your family or loved one. This is definitely not the place but if you do love to dine in your car :) Its definitely worth a try !
Amazing food. Good place to actually experience desi khana desi style. Glad to know such places do exist in Bangalore. Definitely a big thumbs up to them.

If you are feeling lazy to step into a restaurant, you could just visit this place, park your car and they would provide you the best car service. Well that's not it, this place has the best butter chicken ever. The chicken 65 is out of the world. Absolutely love the food here.

Have been going to this place ever since i was a little kid...its a great place to hangout with family and friends for dinner....The interiors are not that great....the service is very quick and i can promise u the food is hot while its being served...if u go inside and eat...its a crowdy place....not much of an ambiance is observed but its a great place to park your car and eat within it along with family and friends!!The waiters are friendly too!!
If u want some spicy brilliant amazing indian food...this is the place. If ur nt comfortable sitting here ....u can take away....the food here rocks....and pls dnt miss out....both veg and non veg food are brilliant.....been a regular here since my childhood days....They do CATERING too...

A hark back to the good old days in terms of food, a stark reality check in terms of prices, Kamat is both.
We went here for breakfast. Hot vada with splendid sambar, chow chow bhaath and amazing butter dosa were the order of the day. Sumptuous portions and amazing authentic tastes, Kamat delights always.
The interiors have a sparse, no nonsense feel to them. The service too is prompt and quick, and always hot food comes right as soon as you order. Of course the best thing here was the unmatchable filter coffee. A nice cuppa in he morning can get the whole day rolling.
A nice sunday morning run at the Kantireeva stadium followed by a hearty breakfast here, aah bliss!!
