This restaurant is a good choice for people with low budget amongst all the other buffet restaurants in Bangalore. The place is peaceful without any chaos and the food was also good. Though there is less variety of dishes. But you can completely eat everything well...
The buffet here is satisfactory. The options are good for the money they charge. The ambience was okay. The service was on a slower side.I liked the dosa counter.Though the chutneys and sambhars arrived after a lot of requests. They should take extra care in refilling the buffet counters.Otherwise it was satisfactory meal. One of the good options for people living on the manipal county road.
After reading all the negative reviews I was little skeptical whether to choose this place for family lunch or not but our experience was little different. We booked our table via zomato app, being a sunday and if you live in bangalore you will know its important to do reservations !
The security at the gate was more of a helpful guide rather then being a serious king's squad. I must admit it feels like lungs are back on full swing after seeing healthy greenery all around the quite place and if you are coming from hosur road then this is like green heavens. Parking space is ample, they just cannot run out of it.
The staff was polite and suggested to go for buffet instead of a-la-carte (i wanted to have fish n chips with tarter sauce), buffet was nice and with decent varieties.
Good -- fish tandoori tikka , palak pakoday, cucumber ring salad, dahi-waday, malabar chicken, jalfrazi rice, daal makhani, orange tart.
Okay -- tomato soup, chicken biryani, paneer tikka, pudding
poor -- live counter - pav bhaji, egg chilly
We celebrated b'day so on request staff was very courteous enough to quickly arrange for pastry and candle :)
One can spend as much time as one want in this resort, the place is clean with lush greenery and whole length of lawn where one can sit and do chit chat but my daughter enjoyed chasing her ball and kicking it again all over. There is kids play area and you might spot 3-4 ducks as well !
So this place is food + ambiance = relax time with family away from all the honking and street pollution.
A very nice greenery place for family to enjoy the food in between the water fountain & Fishes... Though the place is empty but still we find staffs to help us out with a smile on their face.. Loved the tasty fish fingers with Tartar sauce alot... Would recommend for the families & friends small get-to-gether once in a while in Manipal County..
I have always been fond of Manipal County especially Seven Spices. Not only is it conveniently located opposite my apartments, it serves good food as well. Even my son’s first birthday was celebrated there and boy was it worth it. The fish dishes is really really good (not in terms of traditional taste) and usually Basa is used which is convenient as it has no taste and takes the flavour induced. The fish and chips with tartar sauce is worth a try and my favourite is the Masala fish fry.

The rest is pretty much an average fare.
A good and recommended place for people who likes to spend a memorable quality time with their friends. The place is usually empty and it has a good ambience!! The food is good along with the good staff!!
This is the highest rated restaurant in my list so far. If I were to describe Seven Spices, I would in seven words:
1. Royal
2. Inviting
3. Natural
4. Appetising
5. Flavoursome
6. toothsome
and
7. 'Foodgasm' in its fullest glory.
My only verdict would be go to this place at any cost because if you haven't been to this place already, it's irrational to call yourself a connisseur of food.
Was quite apprehensive after seeing the average rating being 2.5/5. We decided to dine here just to give it a try; The experience was better than our expectation. The ambience is decent with lush gardens surrounding an open dine out arena. The food was very good; Specially Onion pakoda and hara bara kabab in vegetarian; chicken biriyani and malai chickeb kabab is a must try for none veggies. Overall a nice place, specially, with family.
Seven Spices is a real good place for weekend lunch...It may not be great if you have visited Manipal county for some training and consuming lunch as you may not have time to taste the food properly...i visit this place often and always returned with satisfaction...
We went here for an office eat out party. Food was delicious and good. Ambiance is good. Starters were good. Good to go once in a while (lil expensive ;))
Like this place. Located inside manual county club. Very calm and no crowd at all. Good place to visit with family and food is very good. Staffs are very cooperative and excellent service. It is kind of open restaurant but no problem with mosquitoes and others. Both veg and non vegetarian are available in the menu. Drinks also served. Parking is available. You can walk around till your food delivered. Children’s can play and you can enjoy the food and ambience. Good part is that they have college students for their internship program. So the service is very good.
