Asha Food camp a best option for variety food both South Indian and North Indian. They have self service and ala cart as well. We ordered Baby corn manchurian, Crispy chilli paneer & Spring roll. Baby corn manchurian was delight in taste.
Crispy chilli paneer was not that great because, it wasn’t spicy and either Crispy. Spring roll was not appropriately fried & this made to feel like dough was bit sticky when we had.
Stuffed kulcha was a different dish. It was stuffed with mixed vegetables with aloo. Indeed made a great taste. Combination gravy was veg pepper masala. This gravy met our expectation. Pepper was equally proportional with vegetables.
At last, dessert we ordered. Kesar pista, kesar falooda & cassata. Kesar pista was heavily frozen not sure how. Kesar falooda it was good. Balanced with all ingredients.
Service was slightly slow. Apart from this staff were decent and polite. Nice ambience.
Asha sweets!!! One the best and oldest places to eat sweets! Had their rasmalai, dahivada and the badam milk it was tooo good!!!
This is a very old place in malleswaram, that serves good indian food...be it north or south indian food. They also specialise in bakery products and chaat items which are mouth watering. The entire street has become famous for this brand. Anything you try, will not disappoint you. I tried pav bhaji and masale dose, which was very good.
Overall it is and always have been a good, fine dining experience and would highly recommend it to anyone passing through this area.
Amazing coffee. Cheerful ambience. Best vada sambar (available in mornings, mostly gets over after that). They are generous about giving as many chutney or sambar refills as you need.
I had been here with my family and it is a good place to go with family. The food tastes good too. Masala papad, variety of dosas are good. The variety in Chinese tastes okaish. It is pocket friendly too.
A veggie friendly family dining restaurant with delicious north Indian cuisine.
Asha has been my family's all time favourite family dine out restaurant.
We has the hot and sour soup which was really soothing.
The chilly Gobi was perfectly crispy and had flavour.
We had butter kulchas and butter naans with beg makhanwala and kadai paneer.
The kadai paneer is a must try.
To finish off, we had the pista milkshake.
Ambience 5/5
Value for money 4/5
This place used to serve the best north Indian food in malleshwaram. The food still tastes excellent but only on weekends and there will be long queues here on weekends.
Love the food here!!! It's homely and love the quality! You get all varieties of food .The meals are pretty good here for lunch! The meals are worth the price.
Been to this place couple of times with office colleagues. This is one of our favorite food joints.
All starters are great, while crispy paneer starter is a must try!
Quantity of food is also sufficient. Value for money, for great tasting food!
I love this place. The staff are friendly and the ambience is pleasant. Food is really delicious. It's one of the best restaurants in Malleshwara. I am a regular here.
This is the best place for North Indian food in whole of Bangalore with most reasonable prices and good service. And also they have Jain food option for people who do not eat onion garlic.
Food quality was superb,
Service was decent.
Like the way of serving
Good for family dinner and lunch
Place is popular and crowdy
There are snacks available on ground floor.
All through school and even today. This place is still a favourite when I visit Malleswaram but beware of the queue during weekends. The food tastes good
Love this place. Been here plenty number of times. I can't fault it. For the price, everything they offer is justified. Love the North Indian foods/restaurant the most.
They have the most economic meals.
They come in 3 varieties of mini, regular and express.
I'm personally a fan of express meals
Packing is extremely neat, it sucks that you can't home deliver it.
Mini idlies are yum, idli is a bit grainy.
Do try their vade special.
There's a lot of place to sit, self service and normal service are available in two different areas
If you're craving for something sweet, there's Asha Sweet center attached to it
Ambiance is spacious and comfy
Staff are friendly
It's very light on the pocket
Have been to to food camp multiple times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and was never disappointed!
Pictures here are the dinner I went to last week. We ordered tomato soup, our all time favorite at this place. Starters was spring rolls, I would recommend you to try spinach baby corn as well, that's great. We usually order a dal and one curry, all the curries we have had till now are good. Paneer kheema is my favorite. Dal is good as well.
They serve in copper utensils and have a great decor sense.. nice place for a family dinner !
Also, ust outside the restaurant there is small counter where they sell bakery stuff. Do try the mini buns there, they are super soft.
Overall, a really nice place for south Indian and North Indian food :)

This has always been a go to place for my family to have some hygenic chats. Chats here are reasonably tasty, prepared in clean conditions and is slightly pricey.
Similarly the breakfast items here are not so great , but not bad either. The dining experience has been nice too. We have tasted dishes like roti, paneer butter masala, baby corn Manchurian, Gobi chilly etc. All are above average. Gobi chilly can be really spicy sometimes.
The dining halls will be filled to the brim during holidays and peak hours. Make sure to brace yourself to sit in the lounge, waiting for a table.
It’s a typical South Indian Restaurant with good food in Malleshwaram if your hungry for breakfast this is a good place for you too have Tummy Full Food. We went for breakfast in the morning ordered 2 yummy and crispy Masala Dosa along with Vada and it was delicious ! Seating is pretty good unlike other restaurants and no need to struggle for a place to be seated. with Shreyas Naidu.
It was a great time dat we wer having awesome moment in asha food camp... It's a wonder n first time exciting to everyone of us...we had great tym .service is well perform and supervising.... U all guys keep it up.. Super fantabulous to all staffs... Hates off
It’s one of the best vegetarian restaurant. Probably, one of those few places where North Indian food tastes like that in North. Generally crowded- but you do manage to get a seat soon.
It is famous for its chaat.
I personally have liked the Kashmiri pulao, paneer dishes and breads.
Cost per head: Rs 400-500. Slightly pricey.
A very good, hygienic place to have south indian food like dosas and idlis. The combos and meals available during dinner are very good too. The coffee is divine.
Will recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a heavy south style breakfast or meal.
Go for the best filter coffee. Good for families and kids.Good food at reasonable prices. There is both AC and self service section. North Indian and South Indian cuisines available.
Gang of 10 had been and we got a very nice place to sit... very nicely welcomed.
Food 9/10
Ambience 10/10
service 8/10
definitely one of my favourite place... will suerly visit again and again.
Visited this hotel for dinner with no idea about taste. We ordered Rotti Basked, Kadai Paneer, Noodles, Garlick Nan, Stuffed Kulcha, Butter rotti, Shahi Paneer and Bindi fry. Taste is just awesome. Ambiance is pretty good. It is multi floored building, ground floor with self serviced restaurant and in 1st floor Service hall is available, 2nd floor party hall is available. Need to wait for 10-15mts to get your table (this shows taste and people’s preference for this hotel). Service is also good. Food is served hot, fresh and on time👍🏽 Good choice of pure veg hotel. Price is average. When food served is tasty, fresh and good, price is fine. Over all it is good and suggested hotel for all. I was feeling too hungry so I forget to click pics of other items😂😂
Amazing variety of options from various cuisines, excellent ambience and interior. Prompt service and clean environment. A very nice place to hangout with family for casual as well as occasions.
One of the most preferred family restaurant in malleshwaram.Ambience is fine.Food quality is also good. Paneer butter masala is really v tasty..
A restaurant with awesome food quality with nice ambiance. One of the most preferred family restaurants in Malleswaram within the budget. It is good to here with friends with the group. It offers a plenty of varieties delicious food. Restaurant will be overcrowded on the weekends. It has a nice ambiance and may be the AC facility attached to it.
Pros: Good food, Great Service, Spacious Restaurant, Awesome Ambience.
Cons: Lack of Parking, Wait time in the restaurant on busy days, cost of food.
Decent place.
Food is good.
Service is excellent.
They serve good icecreams.
Quantity is good for veggies.
Good place for family dinner
Spacious restaurant!
Situated in the bustling area around 8th cross, malleshwaram .
It has both the options of self service and fine dining . The food is pretty impressive and so is the service .
The Rotis and Naan's in this place are just perfect!
Soft, fluffy, lite.. may seem like I'm describing the clouds. But that's just how there are.
The Vegetable Kadai we ordered was made to perfection! Right quantity of vegetables, oil, spice and garnish. Although it was on a spicier side, but never the less, it was delicious.
The Vegetable Briyani was full of flavour! One of the best orders we've had. We ate it up to the last bite.
And even after devouring all of the above we still felt as light as the clouds. :) Everything was fresh and flavorful.
I would have given it a 5, if only the restroom was well maintained and odour free.
This eating hub is located among several other competing eateries. A restaurant which requires at least a wait of 10mins to obtain a table. The ambience is beautiful. North Indian flavor runs through the hallway, attracting you to the restaurant. The price is very economical. The only disadvantage is that the service is a tad slower because of huge crowd. Ordered starters which included masala papad which was very delicious with proportionate toppings and crispy spicy vegetables which included very few vegetables yet mouth watering. The breads are good. Kaju paneer is a must try for its blend of sweetness and spices. Rice can be avoided which is not something great. A great place to visit for a peaceful dinner. Visit only if you have a sufficient time to enjoy your meal peacefully.
Found this place while shopping near Malleshwaram and surprised how good it was to be there. There was this huge waiting line outside to get a table here and it is worth the wait. We tried the paneer bhurji, the gobi manchurian and assorted naans. The gobi manchurian was a recommendation and they were really a feast to the tongue. Not too spicy and not too chilly they were spot on.
The perfect place for a decent family outing. Good food, especially for vegetarians. Nothing great as such, but one thing is for sure! Your mom will like it. 😛
We went here on a Saturday evening and it was quite crowded. We ordered a coriander soup, veg noodles and falooda. All these were good. Would love to go back again and try their north indian dishes.
Excellent North Indian food. Gobi manchurian is amongst the best. The breads are soft. Gravies are good. The portion size is good. All in all excellent food.
Only turn offs are the waiting time in the weekends. Can go upto an hour and the parking. Parking is a big problem in the narrow streets around the restaurant.
Very good veg place in malleswaram, I was a regular visitor for lunch and for lunch they have an amazing option it's called quick meal, they serve awesome rice bath and chapati, subzee and curd rice . Very clean and they serve really hot and nourishing food

Our family's 'Go-to' place when we want to have some yummy vegetarian food.
We've been coming here for years now and our menu goes like so
•Starters- Masala papad, Tomota soup, Mushroom manchurian and Baby corn Thai fry
•Breads- Butter kulcha or the bread platter with Panner keema and vegatable kadai
•Rice - Fried rice or Palav, (white rice and rasam, all time fav)
• Dessert- Carrot halwa and Hot jamun
Everything here tastes great, but If I would rank them, I would definitely suggest you to try Any manchurian(they are always perfectly done with the right amount of crisp), baby corn Thai fry, paneer keema and both the desserts and OH! I so love the RASAM here . Definitely try it.
The staff are friendly and the ambience is satisfactory.
NOTE- The place is crowded on most days, so reserve a table always.
First visit to this place.Their food tastes undoubtedly great! Except dat d rates are little on higher end. Nice ambience and great service.
One of the best family style restaurants to have some good North Indian food in Malleswaram. While they have a pretty delectable North Indian and South Indian spread, their Chinese dishes can be worked upon. However, the brand Asha is reflected in the sort of waiting time required to get a seat any day of the week
Very Tasty north indian food ... good ambience n decor ... Service needs to improve , too much time delay to serve your order ... will try south indian food the next time i visit this place
Have been going to this place from a long time. Its our choice of restaurant when we r looking for a quick lunch. It has both self service n dine in options. We usually go to d self service part,so this review is only for that. Pocket friendly prices, place is maintained well, no compromise on taste either. Lots of food options to choose from. We usually have Chapati n curry, and one of d numerous combos available. Never been disappointed with d taste no matter what we ate. Ive heard d stuff available in d bakery(asha brand itself) is good, will try it sometime.
One of Best in taste foodie place of malleshwaram situated right place ... recommended place to take complete family .. value for money .. friendly staff and fast service.. weekends are always heavily crowded so kindly make it up restaurant as early as possible ...authenticated pure veggie food available.. I have been many times with family and friends..
Typical Bangalorean restaurant of the 2000s. Ambience is semi North Indian. Food is decent taste wise and price wise. Unfortunately parking is a major issue since it is located in a busy shopping area. Though the food in the upper service area is good, the ground floor self service is not something I will recommend.....
one of the legendary outlets to have good north indian food. their baby corn manchurian was decent and i like their breads. veg kolhapuri was spicy just the way i like and veggies were fresh and tasted yummy. mushroom noodles could have had more mushroom and flavors too.

While I have dined both at the restaurant and the self service section, a big shout must go out to the quality of coffee in this place! There are not many places in Bangalore which would give you this quality of piping hot coffee in Bangalore and in such good quantity. Cheers to that!
Whether you're a vegetarian or a non vegetarian, no one can ever say NO to paneer and gobi Manchurian or the various veg curries served with kulchas.
Yes, today I'll be talking about this wonderful only veg eatery in Malleshwaram- Asha Food Camp! The air conditioned area on the top floor is called Parampara 😁
My friends and I had been there for lunch and as soon as we entered the place, we were given a separate spot to sit as we were a huge lot. Away from the rest of the crowd, it felt peaceful there.
We ordered 3 starters-
Paneer manchurian- soft paneer cubes in a semi spicy and crunchy outer filling.
Gobi chilli- well cooked cauliflower with a spicy taste and
Baby corn Manchurian.
Two curries- veg Kolhapuri and paneer doh pyaaza and the soft and buttery kulchas. A filling and perfect lunch that satisfied our hunger and put a smile on our faces.
The service was fast and the management were helpful in deciding our orders as well as friendly by nature.
Ambience- the air conditioned place relaxed us and saved us from the summer afternoons.
The bill came upto ₹1500 for all these dishes. Therefore, for one person, the maximum you'll have to pay is ₹200-300. Pocket friendly place indeed.
Ambience- 4.5/5
Food- 4/5
Service- 4/5
Price- ₹200-₹300 per person.
I knew there had to be something good about this place when i saw that it was full at lunch on a weekday. The crowd mostly comprised of families. Pure veg parents like mine would be delighted with this place :P
The menu is Indian and Chinese, and we tried both varieties. Chilly Babycorn, manchurian and paneer butter masala were good. My sister recommended the Shanghai rice here, and I was not disappointed - it was great. After the whole family had a hearty meal, we were doubly delighted seeing how reasonable the prices were!
Also - I'm not sure if the bakery downstairs is part of this same restaurant, but do try the pastries there!
Best place for a family eatout or a friends get together. The food is very tasty and the service is good too. The hotel ambience is nice and clean. The lighting in particular and the utensils like tumbler etc is unique and adds a lot to the overall experience.
Had been here a couple of times must say the food is just delicious...though it's crowded most of the times and have to wait it's worth it. The starters, roti and paneer butter masala yummmm😋 so next time if ur somewer nearby don't forget to getin and fill ur tummies😊

My mum's all time favourite .. Great North Indian food n actually even try Chinese stuff like Shanghai rice with awesome Manchurians... The gud-bud is a specialty here too..N soups are not bad either... Must try Roti's n multiple variety of gravies:)
Great place.....great food, awesomely priced. Not heavy on pockets at all.
We've never had a bad experience here, its been close to 10 years that this place is open and its just an amazing experience each time I've visited this place.
A perfect resturant to go with family. An average middle class pure veg resturant. The food was yumm no doubt about that. The tomato soup was hot and good enough, I tried the baigan ka bharta and veg kholapuri with naan and kulcha and veg biryani which was delicious. The baby corn manchuri wasnt that great it was okay . Service was okay too. Ambience was pretty good. Overall liked the place and worth going to this place.
Taste 8.5/10
Service 7/10

Review for north Indian food.
It's a typical north Indian family restaurant.
A few items like the baby corn Manchurian and masala papad are enjoyable. But some items like curries, mixed vegetable is just about average.
Service isn't great. Just OK.
Worth a visit if somewhere near by.
I have been visiting here often wit my frnds, decent ambience, north Indian and Chinese food are of good taste, a decent place to visit with family n frnds
A perfect place for dinner. One of the best service i could come across in recent days. The food quality is best and as i know the starters like gobi, panner chilly and spinach babycorn was really awesome. The main course meal too was very tasty and the quality is maintained in every food item served. A must try hotel.
Great food at great prices.. North Indian at it's best... We went for lunch this week here and we loved everything we ordered.. Only thing that was overpriced was filter coffee (Rs 45 for one coffee). Kadai Paneer was to die for... @
Have been a fan of food camp since many years. It has been a great place for both south indian and northindian food. The starters are innovative and not too overpowering while the food itself is subtle and great for the tongue.
Good food. A better option compared to Adigas or Shanthi Sagar in Malleshwaram. Spice level is just about right and the preparations are not very greasy. Menu is economical. Only drawback is the place is cramped and tables are close to one another. This apart, the service is quick and efficient.
The north Indian food is really good here. South indian is quiet okay. The staff are friendly. The ambience is comfortable and nice. It can improve a lot but still it is good. I woudnt say it is a must visit place but if you are some where around do visit.
This is a place for veg lovers. The food is good, service is quick. The Gobi Manchurian was good. Overall food is good. The place is also good for veg. Food.
The taste and quantity have decreased proportionally with increasing prices through the years.Major Adda for all families for lunch and dinner. Must try the Veg Kadai and Paneer Sticks.
Food: 3.5/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Value for money: 3/5
This is a Packed place especially on weekends. Most of the Sundays go to place with family. Great food, yum chats, great sweets, the location of this restaurant gives easy access
Food is good nice service and normal price..... North indian stuff is quite gud and ambience are excellent well maintained restaurant.... Taste can be improved to a high expect..... A good restaurant not a wow one.. Clean and hygienic place not to comment abt that as it belongs to the famous asha sweets...
Asha food camp is a best place for quick breakfast or snacks. All time favourite when in hurry. Sambar is really delicious. Idli, dosa ,chats are good and worth trying.
Good Food Served..... There Chapathi and Sabji are the best and there meals. They have various kinds of meals like Quick Meal, Express Meal, Mini Tifan those are really Good and there chats, Alu parata, Juices and Ice creams are Really too Goood............
Good taste, worth pricing. Fast service. Owner is a very nice person. Talks very well, friendly. Well maintained staff, place.
Worth visiting this hotel. I prefer as it is 100% veg.
Badam milk is best served here.. Perfectly sweet with Generously added badam chunks till the last sip, just the way I like it..! Wide varieties of sweets and munchies available.. Yet to try food here.
Asha Food Camp is a part of the famous Asha Sweets Center. Asha Food Camp serves North Indian as well as South Indian food food and is located in Malleshwaram. The ground floor has a self-service area and the restaurant is called Santrupti and the first floor has the dining area and the restaurant here is called Parampara. Also, the prices are pretty reasonable and worth every penny!!! Purely a Veg joint serving some great North Indian Food and also South Indian Thali as well. My review is based on my couple of visits back to back for Lunch & Dinner at the same location. One thing i could notice immediately about this place is about the consistency of the dishes prepared & served. Items i would highly recommend are the following;
Manchurians (Gobi & Baby Corn), Kadai (Veg & Paneer), Jeera Rice & Veg Biryani
An easy family Favourite because of the variety and the ambience. Breakfast, Chaat, and the North Indian and South Indian cuisines available are simply delicious. The Biryani here is one of my personal favourites. The staff is very efficient and courteous.
Nice north food
Can see north culture
Even South indian food also good
Fast service
Good quality food good

Asha Food camp is truly a camp ! Located in the ever busy Malleswaram and among the many many restos in the area, this one has its own signature. The ground level is south indian darshini style food which is self service , also in the same level is the bakery. This review is for the first level dine-in which includes north indian cuisine. Ambiance is nice and good decor. Couch and chairs comfortable.
Menu variety is good - started off with Vegetable soup which was good - it was a clear soup with log of veggies. Next was the spinach baby corn starters - nice , crisp, good flavor.
For the main course - we had Paneer kheema and mix veg curry - paneer was nicely done.Mix veg curry was flavorsome. Another item that stood out was the shah jahan pulav - mildly spicy and the right taste. Service was on the dot. Gets very busy on the weekends and be prepared to wait out till a table gets free.
Parking is a problem in the area.Overall a good place for some tasty food.
A very good hygienic vegetarian option in malleshwaram. Tried pav baaji, vada pav and burnt garlic noodles and the pav baaji was the star of the show. The taste was brilliant with all the spices at perfect level. The vada pav and noodles were also brilliant in itself.
Quick service with great atmosphere, the place is a must visit if you're in the surrounding and are looking for pure vegetarian option.
Asha Food Camp in Malleshwaram is a popular vegetarian restaurant that serves delicious food and great coffee. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere and is known for its friendly service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend the filter coffee, which is served in a traditional steel tumbler.
* Food and services was excellent
* menu consists of Popular Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes
* pricing seems apt for the place
* suggestions from the team were right on
* Definitely would love to visit again
Malleshwaram is known for veg food.. and asha doesn't do any harm to that reputation. Only enhances it !!! Note that the South Indian is in ground floor. North is in the first floor. South AC also in the ground floor new bie can miss it. But we really enjoyed the food. The palak paneer and mushroom masala was excellent. Banana split was good too with loads of dry fruits
Here we ordered babycorn Manchurian, crispy corn ,khlcha, roti,Nan ,kaju masala and veg masala .all are very nice and tasty.even milk shakes, juice also good taste.Only the thing is washroom is not that much spacious.
Believe me, this is one of the best and most delicious places to have breakfast in Bengaluru. It feels like homemade food. Very delicious and proportionate. Well maintained and clean.
Nice tasty food good service good atmosphere well mannered staff
Been visiting this place for more than 4years. Good food available. Comparatively, Rajajinagar branch is better than this one.
Must try Crispy corn salt and pepper. Ambience okay, service quick and friendly. Food quality, pricing and taste is good. Open till 10:30pm.
Was a nice experience here. Went with our company team members and everyone gave good feedback with regards to food, atmosphere and the service. Was bit noisy all the time due to crowd but as everything comes with the price. But it is recommended for vegetarians as they vide variety of veg dishes available in their menu.
Pricing is also quite decent you can afford it.
Excellent place to have vegetarian dishes. Their sambar idli and Akki roti is awesome. Filter coffee is top most.
Always crowded, this restaurant with both self-service and service sections, is Prominently located off the Sampige Road, 10th cross, Malleswaram, in a bustling area, and is a popular landmark.
Don't expect to find parking on this tight street.
We had Lunch here, good food but a bit pricey.
Chinese and North Indian food is available at the first floor service hall.
Went there with my friend for a quick catch up, as a famous nearby eatery was closed and we didn't have time to go to another place.
We ordered ghee masala and podi onion dosa, place was neat and clean ghee dosa was good, podi onion dosa looked like masala papad version of a dosa, I assumed it would be a regular dosa with Podi masala and fried onions inside, however it had some sort of ketchup and Sev namkeen on top apart from podi masala, taste was good, but presentation wasn't authentic.
I think they have prepared dishes on display on the billing counter which we had missed, else would have ordered something else.
They also do have an AC family hall which we didn't check.
A good hygienic place to check out.
From one of the oldest sweet joint (asha sweets). Quality, taste, ambience is too good. Regular food joint for me. Can try any item they never disappoint. If you are traveling by car, very tough to get parking space.
At a lovely and respectable family-oriented vegetarian restaurant, my experience was truly delightful. The flavors of the dishes were impressive, and our group left thoroughly content with the meal. Both the quantity and quality of the food were commendable, particularly considering the reasonable prices. The restaurant's warm and welcoming atmosphere further enhanced our overall dining enjoyment.
This restaurant has been goto place for all my family celebrations and ceremonies for the last 10+ years. It's a veg only restaurant. Ground floor has self service while the first floor has service facility. Ambience is extremely good. You get almost all types of veg food - north Indian, south Indian, Chinese. Food is very tasty and prices are reasonable too. Gets extremely crowded on weekends for lunch and dinner. Would advise to pre book by personally visiting the restaurant if you wish to eat here. Restaurant doesn't have any parking facility, the location is at the heart of malleswaram and hence don't expect any kind of parking availability. Recommended to reach by auto or cab.
Serves very tasty food. They have a self service place and also a couple of fine dine places for lunch and dinner. Parking will be on the road. Breakfast is good.
Really great ambiance.
Food is also very very nice.
Also service is awesome.
Taste of food is very good.
I would give 5 stars but the only problem is parking for vehicles.
Ambience is one of the prime factor for attracting customers, and this is the place where this has aced.
The looks were very attractive and so was the food they provided. We orderd baby corn chilli, rothi, paneer kholapuri, grean peas masala. All these were very tasty and we enjoyed having those.
Little waiting time was there and which is normal, in the mean time they had placed puzzles on the dining table so that we will be kept occupied, and this was crazy!
Overall we were very satisfied ih having food here and I'll also suggest if someone is celebrating and is looking to have good food!
