Hi Management team- the food is good but I would really suggest you have someone quality check the rice each time. It was really overcooked- meaning too much water making it not as firm as Japanese rice should be.

While reading the older reviews for this place, it appears that I have visited their new avatar in Richmond town. This is a VERY cute cafe tucked on residential Albert street with excellent food at a very reasonable price.
I loved all the veggie options, though my non veg companions remarked at the lack of beef or too many pork options. We ate the spinach gomae which was a tad sweet, but absolutely delicious. Wakame seaweed salad which was yummy, as was the fried tofu salad with it's creamy sesame dressing. My bangaroll (veggie maki) was good. We ordered 3 desserts: the daifuku was perfectly yummy not too sweet. The anko pie was very tasty too, though a tiny bit sweet for our tastes. The mitarashi dango was the only thing I didn't like for it's salty sweet soya sauce.
Service was a tiny bit slow, but friendly and good. A person who came to check on whether we were enjoying the food even did a card trick for us which apparently proved that my parents love me very much. Hahaha...
Overall a VERY positive experience. I will be sure to go back very soon....

A very small authentic food joint which is near to Brigade Rd Bus Terminal.
This place is difficult to find but it's worth your efforts.
The food which they serve here is authentic and many varieties of dessert is also available.
The staff are very courteous and helpful.
We ordered Omu Rice which was their first version of rice and egg, accompanied with a miso dressing salad. Both were perfect. Kare Pan was a bread stuffed with Japanese Curry, It was so tasty 😍.
For desserts with went for Dora Yaki or Doracakes as we all know and Mitarashi Dango. Both were so delicious plus it was new to my usual palate.
This place is a must visit for all Japanese Food Lovers.
Reasonably Priced and Pleasant Service!

It's small and virtually in an apartment, but great food and service. The bento boxes are excellent and they have a lovely seaweed kombucha tea. The miso soup is the best in Bangalore. Everything tastes super fresh.
They gave us a leaflet when we left - they are opening up as a full service restaurant mid Jan! Can't hardly wait.

Been dying to check this place out ever since I heard / read about this Japanese café on the third floor off Residency road (right after bars Communiti and Sotally Tober).
The café has a quaint, simple decor. They keep it simple with wooden chairs and tables to eat on. There's a couch in the corner to lounge your beverage of choice and leaf through the various leaflets and brochures around. It's part of a travel company that helps one get travel information and plan your trip to Japan.

It's a simple with good bento meal options and other ala carte options. It's not an extensive menu but it's quite good. There's also a black board in the far corner of the dining room near the kitchen, which mentions specials of the day.

For my appetizer I ordered: breaded cutlet
It was interesting, light and simple with mild flavoured semi-gravy stuffing
(Japanese food is generally know for clean, simple flavours and nothing punchy / spicy except for spicy Ramen) -- it was nice, but would I order it again, probably not.

For Mains:
Something new for me. It was a mixture of potato, carrots, beans, prawns and calamari dipped in tempura batter and deep fried. (My thought: a Japanese bhajjia). It tasted great hot (less tasty once cold).
It was served on top of a bowl of rice with a sweet gravy and had 2 sides: one of pickled vegetables and another I couldn't figure.
Overall something totally different from what I have eaten and enjoyed it. The pickles add much needed freshness to a fried dish.

For dessert: Matcha parfait
Talk about saving the BEST for last. This was the best Japanese dessert I have ever eaten in India. A terrific helping of matcha parfait (like ice cream) really creamy, smooth and tasty. This was topped with 2 cubes of seaweed jelly (coated with something) + 1 small dollop of sweet red bean (which wasn't overly sweet, which I thought paired really well with the matcha ice cream) + 1 mini pancake.

All in all a sumptuous meal and I will be coming back for more!

The sweet options here are a plenty. Allows for people to pop in for tea / coffee with a dessert. They even have a dessert platter for you to sample a bunch.

FYI, not a place for sushi lovers as you have only 2 options: California role for non-vegetarians and Red and Yellow Bell pepper role for vegetarians.

If you’re in search of good authentic Japanese food then Japan Travel Cafe Azuki is the place for you. Don’t expect a spacious ambience as the restaurant is built inside a two bedroom apartment. But if you want to indulge in Japanese cuisine, something that’ll give you a taste of the Land of the Rising Sun - then don’t miss out on this restaurant. The food is flavourful and delicious. The staff is courteous and the restaurant is clean and tidy.

Make sure to visit this place on your next food hunt in Bangalore city.

Its a small cafe. Food is cooked in the flat kitchen so you can say home cooked japanese food. It tastes delicious 😋. The Amurice, the deserts appetizers everything was amazing. Food was served quickly. Staff is friendly. Small cozy cafe. A must visit to try the Japanese cuisine. They have wide range of Japanese food to try from.

This cafe is a delightful experience has just 5-6 tables , authentic Japanese food made super nice restaurant owners. It's a great to place to taste Japanese food, desserts and know about Japan in general and plan your trip if you are traveling there. We spend good 2 hours there , I even tried on the Kimono after being helped by a Japanese tourist at the restaurant. The food is a amazing. Do visit if you are a Japanese food enthusiast.

In a word, this cafe is amazing!!!!
We ordered oyako don, matcha green tea, sushi and a plate sweets ( don't remember the name, but it's a must try) and dorayaku
If you don't know how to use chopsticks, this is the place to learn. Oyaku Don is a dish worth dying for and if you too are a Japanese culture geek, this is the cafe to die for. The ambience is great with kimonos and Naruto mangas ( in Japanese) available to try and the food is absolutely awesome. I'd recommend this to everybody, and would keep visiting myself on a fairly regular basis now. Extremely impressed!!

Nice Ambience you feel like you are in a Old Japanese home... It’s a home converted hotel by the way.. I had Bento roast pork box, virgin mojito, and a Japanese sweet. Food was quite average not very peak.. Didn’t get to know much about the owner etc as they were very busy...

Update : I had been there and had the best ramen and maki in the whole Bangalore...It was like heaven

Tucked away on one of the side streets of Residency Road, Azuki is quite unassuming and homely. Prepare to trudge up a few flights of stairs to reach your prize. As soon as you enter, there are innumerable crafts and trinkets from the land of the rising sun.
Our group reached quite early so we strolled into the seating area without reading the signs. An unintentional faux pas as we realized only near the end of our meal that all the customers had removed their footwear outside.
Despite that embarrassment, we thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese fare that was served to us. We had a child with us so we ordered an Omrice, and for the adults, a Pork Bento set, a pork curry rice, an Oyakodon, and for dessert a plate of Warabi Mochi.
The presentation was really cute and the food looked appetizing. All though, I personally enjoyed the egg/chicken/mushroom rice combination of the Oyakodon, we did find the curry rice a tad bit bland. This was expected as Indian curries are more flavorful. The food itself was quite filling, despite the size of the servings.
We also asked for the complimentary green tea which was good.
The bill came to Rs. 2206, including GST
All in all, a satisfactory meal and I would definitely go back to try the other dishes.

First of all the ambience of the place is very relaxing and the host that attended us was very polite and gracious. We tried their pork Bento box along with matcha drinks and rice bowl. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch , it was very refreshing and hearty yet not too heavily filling. The pricing was slightly high compared to other Indian restaurant but for authentic Japanese cuisine, I wouldn't mind paying that much. Overall I would highly recommend it to people interested in a wholesome meal.

Such a cute café. I just followed hubster here because he has been talking about it for months now.

Lives up to the expectations, authentic Japanese food.
I absolutely loved loved loved their Bento box (pork ginger)... This is a must try if you eat pork.

The Oyakodon(chicken and egg rice) was a little bland for me but quite tasty.

For dessert we had the Mitarashi Dango...small rice dumplings with sweet soy sauce... Very unique taste.

This place is a must try if you like experimenting with cuisines. The people at the café are so super friendly and sweet.. ❤️

Tried Udon, Tempura and Matcha ice cream based dessert! I've traveled to Japan in the past, and the food really was authentic and genuine. Small, cozy place with really joyful staff.
Cost: Good. Little overpriced but nothing in comparison with the bigger restaurants that claim to serve Japanese food.
Ambience: Good
Taste: Excellent
Hygiene: Good

I've never eaten authentic Japanese cuisine before, so this was a first.

Location - This place isn't a typical restaurant. It's located on the 3rd floor in a small house which was probably converted into a dining space.

Food - We ordered the fish fry set and pork set. The set consists of 2 pieces of frued fish/adequate amount of pork, sticky rice, boiled vegetables, salad, and soup. The soup tasted unusual probably because of the ingredients, which I'm not used to. The salad, vegetables, and rice was good. Although I expected the fish to be better, I liked the pork more. It was so juicy!

Desserts - There are multiple options available. We chose the assorted sweets option in which 4 desserts can be had. We ordered standard doriyaki (Doraemon's favourite!), monaka, daifuku, and tachi bana. All of them border on the savoury side except monaka, which is sweet.

Service - There are only two waiters as the place is relatively small. They were fast and polite. The menu also has an adequate explanation for each dish.

Ambience - There are Japanese artifacts all over the place. The restaurant is quite cute and homely. They do have classes to learn Japanese as well.

Overall - If you want to taste authentic Japanese cuisine or if you want to go outside the box, go for it.

It's a small place with a homely atmosphere... Set a 100 metres from the bustling Brigade road. It is perfect for a peaceful date with your loved ones. The food surprised my palate completely as the flavours were different yet mellow. Foodies with an open palate can definitely give this place a shot... But people who are spice lovers might not like the food as it is on the bland side. The atmosphere is authentic, friendly and positive. It is also moderately cheap/ expensive. Overall my experience was different and lovely!

Different! Very immersive. The staff is extremely friendly and the ambience complements the authenticity of the place.

It's not really a restaurant, it's a space but the food and even the items available for purchase are fantastic and transport you to kyoto.

I'd recommend taking the suggestions of the staff before ordering. But Anpan is pretty much a good benchmark.
Close very early, so go for teatime :)

Authentic and rich Japanese food served by delightful staff. Though the menu doesn't run for pages, they have your non mainstream dishes. Set in a very cosy place right at the end of a small Street on residency road, it was everything I wanted it to be. When asked to take a picture, the waitress even gave us some japanese attire to pose with. Wonderful experience.

I'm so glad I found this hidden gem. This is the place where you need to be if you love/want to experience authentic Japanese food. I took my anime loving husband here and he enjoyed it more than I expected.

Pros :
1. The food is prepared by a traditional Japanese Chef. There is no fusion crap. You get the authentic taste.
2. Everything from the cutlery, kimonos hanging to Japanese books and mangas transport you to Japan.
3. Food is good

Cons :
1.They don't have Ramen/Sushi. (Then what is even Japanese about it, you may ask but it is more japanesey than any Japanese Rest in Blr)
2. Its not actually a cafe but a travel agency with a built-in cafe. For people who are looking for a very cozy/theme-y place to dine, you'll be let down but it still matches up with it's commercialised Tokyo-ish look.

Food : We tried the Tempura with Udon Noodles and Chicken Tempura with Rice which was classic. The sides they give with a sweet soy sauce sesame and mushrooms are too good. The Miso soup was very different and good. My husband ate the special of the day Pork Set and really enjoyed it. We also tried Pancakes with soy bean filling Dorayaki, the cube shaped sweet. Somehow all the sweets have same filling and taste the same.

The classic was Cold Matcha Milk. It was my favourite as it was so refreshing. They provide a lot of ice in the milk alond with a sugar syrup that you can add for sweetening. As the ice melts, gradually add the syrup to experience the taste.

The entire experience was lovely. The staff were very polite and quick address the customers. The place was beautifully decorated with Japanese art.
The cafe had a very homely vibe.

The food was wonderful. We had ordered omurice, udon noodles, cold coffee, Japanese iced green tea and mochi platter for dessert. All of which were very authentic and delicious. The green tea specifically was divine!

They also have Japanese cooking materials like miso paste, ginger syrup, etc as well as books available for purchase.

All in all if you are looking for an authentic Japanese experience this is definitely as place to visit.

Loved this place for the Japanese ambience, feel, food. It was like revisiting a small kawaii eatery shop in hakone. After a long persistent literally pulling me here I agreed to visit with aaaarrriii to this cute lil Japanese place. The photos don’t do justice because it was 3 and we literally started hogging the time we got the food. It’s a relaxed ambience with a very Japanese feel. There were these beautiful writings in Japanese with nice pics around. Mangas and Hal mags around.

Anyways back to the food. We ordered for their fried fish and Japanese pork lunch set. The lunch was given in a bento box, measured and absolutely delicious. I somehow liked the pork dish better. It had a strong ginger taste to it. The salad were pickled, fresh and the sticky rice was perfect too. The Japanese green tea and the miso soup was complementary

We finished it off with the desert macha dorayaki, which was pretty neat too.

Overall a fabulous experience and the price super reasonable. They sell quiet a lot of stuff like a variety of miso paste, Korean gochujang and other neat oriental spice condiments. Would totally recommend it to people wanting to try Japanese food for a reasonable price (authentic Japanese food in India is super expensive).

The madam who manages this place if super nice. She was telling us that this place was to be shifted to a much bigger place and they will bring in the sushi and sashimi dishes as well. Can’t wait

As authentic a Japanese dining experience as one could ask for here, Japan Travel Café Azuki is a travel agency that has converted its shopfloor into a very homely restaurant.

I particularly loved their Kombucha, Kakiage Don and Dorayaki. Most dishes contain vegetarian options as well. These are largely seaweed-based and a must try for those who wish to explore that taste which is otherwise alien to the average Indian palate.

The service is extremely courteous and accommodating. The ambience is perfect with the home-style vibe, plenty of Japanese magazines and soft oriental-themed piano for piped music.

It's a complete cultural experience.

As someone who loves Japan and everything Japanese, this little gem of a place was a refreshing find! Hidden in a corner near Residency Road, this place literally is a house open to those who love the Japanese culture and also to those curious to see what Japan has to offer. Do not let the decor fool you into thinking that your trip will turn out to be a waste, rather the slight longish wait for your food will only whet your appetite further.
the dishes are made on order and they offer home cooked simple japanese fare. Donburi, udons and special of the days are all great. Not sure if other dishes but the special of the day meal set came with a cup of green tea (made of the powder form & not the tea bag!)
the sweets were perfect! mochi & dorayaki. one can also purchase various types of miso.

definitely recommended for repeat trips.

Was excited to find a place in Bangalore serving mochi. I was not disappointed. Good veg sellection. Great miso soup and authentic tasting desserts with the traditional sweet red bean paste and mochi. The sweet soy sauce on rice cakes was also good though an aquired taste. Many people may not enjoy the texture of these desserts but it is how it is supposed to be. The macha milk tea is great. Suggest you gradually add the sweet syrup to it as the ice melts to get optimal taste without making it too sweet.

Veg domburi had delicious Japanese rice and tempura topping. Was really tasty especially the sesame mushroom side dish. The omrice with chicken looked great but the sauce was disappointing. It was too sweet and too much. Not balanced and no good option to add flavor.

The staff/owner are really friendly and welcoming. It is a lovely little place with traditional cultural items all around. Note that it may be a bit hard to find and there is no lift so be prepared to climb three flights.

Biggest disappointment was inspite of a sushi menu being shown on zomato they do not serve sushi! The chef was nice enough to say you can give me two days notice and I will make it for you. Still it did put a damper and I hope zomato fixes it.

This is brilliant little place for Japanese food(excluding Sushi. They do not serve Sushi rolls at this point). It is actually a travel agency for expats and anyone interested in visiting Japan. Apart from that, they also have a small restaurant where they serve authentic Japanese food.

We went here for lunch and were amazed by the brilliant food here. We ordered the Domburi, which was brilliant. The specials for the day for a pork chulpan set, which was also pretty good.

For desserts, we had the Ropu Manju( a cube-shaped fluffy pan cake with a sweet bean paste filling), and the Matcha Dorayaki, which was pretty good as well.

We ended  our meal with a cup of the lovely matcha tea, and thus ended our perfect Japanese lunch. Quaint and homely interiors, lovely service and brilliant Japanese food, this is a true hidden gem.

I don't usually give a rating this high but I did honestly had the most perfect experience here.
It's a quiet little place situated in one of the busiest places in the city. The ambience is simple and calm.
Starting off, we ordered the cold matcha with milk drink along with kombucha sea weed tea. The matcha milk tea was beautiful, tasted great, a must try, the kombucha tea is definitely an acquired taste and it grows on you.
For mains we ordered the udon noodles with tempura and a tempura with rice dish, both were outstanding, both 5/5, if anything, I'd say try the one with udon noodles because that was the dish of the day for us.
We ended our meal with daifuku and mitarashi dango, the daifuku is amazing. Must try!
The staff here was a lovely woman with the biggest smile ever, very warm, nice people!

Don't get fooled by the pictures...The sweets are actually very small
And 150 rupees.for dorayaki..Seemed like a bit of a rip off!!!

And even the noodles were not exactly pocket friendly . 350 rupees for a cup of noodle soup!!?

Such an underrated place. Tucked away from the busy residency road, the one right next to meghna's. On going down to the dead end you can find a banner of this place. It's placed on the top floor. Don't be confused whether you're in the right place or not as it's all appartments. On reaching the top floor you can find bamboo decor and the entrance enclosed by curtains as in Japan. The vibe is so great when you see the owner welcoming you, followed by a lot of chat about myriad topics.

My partner and I went there on an afternoon. We ordered a mitirashi dango and a dorayaki. Both were just so amazing. Both were sweets but cooked to the perfection. I shall definitely visit them for their ramen. For all the Japanese food lovers out there, don't forget to visit this place.

If you're looking for something completely D I F F E R E N T, then you're at the right restaurant page!Japan Travel Cafe Azuki, is a quaint little cafe attached to a famous Japanese travel agency 'Rei Masala Tours' and it serves up some rather authentic Japanese sweets. You will find it on the 4th floor of a residential building, located at the dead-end of the lane next to Meghana's, on Residency Road.

A first of its kind in Bangalore, the Cafe's authenticity comes from the fact that the kitchen is run by a Japanese Chef. We tried almost everything on the menu and overall, we were extremely impressed with the dishes. The fact that each dish is priced at just Rs. 100- 120 makes an exotic dessert-meal as this, all the more likeable.

We first ordered a savoury ginger soda made with an earthy Japanese ginger syrup. Don't even think of sweetening the ginger soda, the savory element in it transforms it from something mediocre to plain amazing! We followed that up with a Japanese coffee and a green tea. While the coffee was almost delicate in flavour, the tea was earthy and a tad funky (in a good way).

Amongst  the sweets sold at Japan Travel Cafe Azuki, we absolutely  LOVED the Mitarashi Dango (rice balls on a skewer dressed with a sticky, burnt, sweet soy sauce glaze), the Daifuku Mochi (a glutinous rice cake stuffed with a red bean paste) and the Dorayaki (fluffy castella pancakes with red bean paste sandwiched between them).

Some stuff we really liked here include the refreshing Anmitsu (a bowl of agar jelly cubes, fruits, red bean paste, rice flour dumplings and ice cream), the Anko Pie (a white bean paste enclosed in a puff pastry shell), the Kinako-Amé (an old fashioned Japanese candy made with red bean powder), the Tachibana (looks very much like the citrus fruit going by the same name, it has a biscuit-y exterior filled with a white bean paste flavoured with tachibana) and the Roppo-Manjū (having a rice powder-based, biscuit-y exterior with a red bean paste filling).

While we did appreciate the flavors of the Warabi-Mochi (agar jelly dusted with red bean powder & a jaggery sauce) and the Yõkan (a red bean jelly), let's just say they're not for us. Seriously, the Cafe is a must-visit for all those looking for eateries off the beaten path!

-------------------------------------------------

Update: Ever since we tried Azuki for the the first time a year back, we've frequently dropped in to get our Wagashi fix. Apart from their new dessert menu featuring an amaazing matcha dorayaki (fluffy green tea pancakes sandwiching a red bean paste), a winning sundae (comprising of a bite of matcha dorayaki, matcha icecream, azuki paste, condensed milk & some agar jelly dusted with bean powder) and a cold matcha milk, they've also introduced udon and donburi bowls as complete meal options. We especially recommend the kaki age udon bowl and the miso soup. That miso soup is easily *the* best thing on their menu, desserts notwithstanding.

Cafe azuki is a cosy little place inside a residential building, with a relaxing Japanese themed setting. I ordered a Shizuoka tea along with a fruit Ann mitsu and dorayaki (both traditional Japanese sweets) and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely flavours and authentic presentation. Coupled with the very affordable prices and the wonderful service, this was a truly memorable experience. Will surely return again soon.

A tiny little place specializing in Japanese traditional sweets. This is not a place for a meal, but it has some authentic flavour to their sweets. I came here craving mochi and left satisfied!

I can't believe I'm the first person to review this place. This cafe has been open for 3 weeks now and from what I see it should be attracting more customers. If you're reading this I'd suggest you definitely try this place out.
Firstly this place is situated in a residential building on the third floor in one of the bi-lanes of Residency road, it's an apartment cafe. The climb is steep but worth it.

Concept cafes have always fascinated me. This is a quaint little Japanese cafe whose owner is Japanese so rest assured everything you get here is truly authentic. The Indian chef has been to Japan and done a course on how to make the Japanese sweets served here. The cafe only serves few tea and coffee drinks and one ginger drink and about 6 desserts so please don't go here expecting food or you you will go hungry.

I tried 3 desserts the 'Dorayaki' was my favorite, I didn't quite like the 'Mitarashidango' as it had a savoury note to it and was a little chewy but it was my friends favourite, the 'Ann Mitsu' was very refreshing and worth a try.

The ginger soda was spicy, I guess you would expect that from a Ginger drink but was all natural ingredients which I like.
The cafe is very nicely decorated and has a good vibe to it. I felt at home sitting on the sofa chairs and completely relaxed.

I just wish they had few more items on the menu and the prices of the items were reduced a bit as the ingredients used to make them aren't that expensive or complex.

We paid Rs. 600ish for 3 desserts and a drink. The service is very good they just have the Chef and an assistant, The chef takes the orders and serves so is able to explain everything If in doubt and she is very pleasant and warm.
They have a Japanese Tourism Agency which is linked to the cafe and they additionally sell fresh coffee powder and some condiments.

You can find Authentic Japanese food in Bangalore… loved the ambiance, food and service. It is a small bistro type of place with limited seating. You will like the ambiance and the folk music of Japan is played in the background.. that adds to the ambiance.. with lot of miniatures of different aspects of Japanese culture. Food is excellent, as I am vegetarian I preferred veg sushis and few noodles. If you are non vegetarian, then you have wide variety of options… magazine style menu offered with detailed info about each dish!

The eatery with the most authentic Japanese cuisine. Thank you Shivani for helping us out in choosing the right sushi and the right Ramen that we were craving for. A massive thank you for your service. Thank you for the tea and ice-cream, will always remember it. Loved the plum pickled Sushi and Japanese omlet Sushi and the Chicken Ramen. Good food, good people, great service and a peaceful ambience. What else does one need!

Azuki is a charming Japanese restaurant set on the ground floor of a building housing serviced apartments catering primarily to Japanese customers. Ergo, the food here is authentic, Japanese cuisine and the chef also is Japanese. I imagine the restaurant must also be serving Japanese guests in the Serviced Apartments. The restaurant has a covered verandah which is great for largish groups (10-15 people) and the restaurant area which also looks like an Extension of the building but is completely enclosed and air conditioned. The service is discreet and polite, not very dissimilar to Japan. If one orders a sufficient quantity of sushi / sashimi, then it is served in a beautiful boat shaped basket. Great presentation style. The location of the restaurant is a bit nondescript and it's certainly not cheap, but if you're willing to spend, it's well worth it.

Ate here on a recent trip and loved the view nitre experience. Food was great and especially great value considering the prices. It is a real oasis in Bangalore - peaceful, quaint and quiet in the heart of the busy city. We tried the edamame, miso soup, California rolls, salmon sashimi and tempura prawn. All delicious

It was a beautiful Japanese experience. Sushi was amazing. The yakitori was splendid. Pork tonkatsu ramen was authentic but a bit strong. The flavour may not be for everyone. The Mochi as well was good but the texture may not have been the greatest. Need to go again and try more. Oh and try the plum sake..will blow ur mind.

Ordered the pork chashu, omurice and Taiwan mazesoba...each of one them was delicious! The pork just melts in your mouth. The mazesoba noodles is a non-soup one and were really spicy! And the omurice was simple yet flavourful. Cold Macha milk was like drinking a powder...maybe it's an acquired taste? Mocha icecream is a must try. The service was top-notch. The servers made my toddler very comfortable as well and I'm grateful. Japanese restaurants are generally expensive and this is no exception. But sometime if looking to treat yourself, do try Azuki.

The location is a lil far from the main city hustle bustle. A quaint place with two types of seating arrangements. There's a warm welcome from the captains when you enter the place. We ordered: • Tonkotsu pork ramen • California Roll • Spicy Salmon Roll • Doriyaki • Mitarashi Dango The food is a lil on the expensive side. Good for fancy outings. The food is great! Tonkotsu pork ramen will suffice for two. The broth is subtle yet rich in flavours and felt homely. Must try would be Spicy Salmon Roll! Never had salmon that yum and rich! Doriyaki was a must try cause obviously we've grown watching Doraemon having that. the azukii bean paste was really yumm! Overall, will definitely go back when I feel like taking myself out on a fancy treat!

This place was a pleasant find! Authentic Japanese cuisine with great ambience. We opted for chicken Katsu, Paitan Ramen (vegetarians options available too) Strawberry Mochi (missed Mango mochi since its out of season) and sushi rolls (your taste buds will thank you 😋) . They have an extensive variety of dishes, so maybe another time 😁 Food is fresh and delicious. Do try their desserts! The also have separate seating areas - for 2/4 people and low seating areas for groups. They probably have accomodations available for travelers in the same building, 1st floor and above. Do call and confirm.
