The location of kfc in the mall is perfect. I've been here twice and i still love it. And the food met the kfc expectation. Staff were nice and helpful. Place is moderately clean.

Kfc's Big 8 is a must try. This is the newest chicken bucket that the outlet is offering. I liked hot & crispy chicken more than smoky grilled chicken.

Service is fast, but taste is not so good. Even food quality also not so good.
Nowdays their food quality lost the earlier magic.

As this is close to the PVR cinemas and if you want to spend the same kind of money you spend on a coffee inside the cinemas, head to this one.
I preferred the meal which has rice, fried chicken pieces, cola and a cookie. Not as frequent as I used to be once upon a time at KFC, itβs kinda complete meal and eases your hunger pangs.
I don't understand why people's shre only their bad comments on zomato..but they never share when the kfc did a good service to them...they are in educated people's I can say that......I love kfc but please keep up your good service.....

Awesome place with perfect dining. I just had cheesy crunch and zinger. It was delectable. Perfect place for burger. Loved the place.will revisit again and again.
KFC for me has never been a regular choice. I visit it less frequently - sometimes I like and sometimes it is ok. This was my first visit to this outlet and the feeling and taste was ok.
This is the first kfc outlet where the chicken had the real kfc taste. I ordered hot wings with zinger burger and chicken roller. I really liked zinger burger but now it has lost its charm. The taste is not same as it was but you should definitely try the hot wings. Juicy and crispy. And the virgin mojito will never disappoint you.

Dropped in here to grab a quick bite in between some birthday gift shopping.
Ordered for 2 piece chicken meal and Fries to go with it.
The area accommodates almost 10-12 tables and had their signature wall decor common in all outlets.
The service was prompt. Food is good.
I have had the chicken bucket, chicken zinger burger, fries, virgin mojito
and the chicken bowl here. All are quite good.
Less oily chicken which is not the case in many other KFC outlets. Their service needs to be improved. The person who is at the counter is only preparing the order tray. This kills a lot of time & doesn't add anything positive to the patience of the customers who keep on waiting in the queue.
Placed an order for paneer zinger burger, fries and pepsi.. Order was served to our table pretty quick.. Zinger burger was just mind blowing.. Crispy and fresh paneer patty made it the best burger I have had in any KFC.. Fries were pretty good as well..

The service was prompt. We were lucky to be able to grab the last box of chizza - which we wanted to try & visited this outlet. The person who served even checked the box before handing it - whether the cheese had melted or not.
Regarding this new item launched - the tagline says all chicken and no crust. This will remind very much of 'chicken kabiraji' of Bengal. This is different, some may like -some might not. The cheese on top some how brings the crispiness of the crust. It's nice for trying once.
Decent enough to match KFC standards. Not many sitting places though. Food is good and so is the staff.

Overall Good place to hangout.. Because of the mall. Mall is main attraction. Kfc has best the menu, in addition all new Grill chicken Roll and Grill chicken burger π they are the best. Keep up the good work.
Had been to this place with my friends.. choose this place coz we had to get back to college soon.. the best outlet of kfc.... when I ordered at this place I regretted coz I wanted to try out new place.. but I was much satisfied when I had the burger.. really yummy.. if u want the delicious food be there by 12..
Speed of the service was good. The staff is pretty polite. The eating area is good enough. This place usually remains full during the weekend, and sometimes it gets difficult to get a seat. Food was as per standard.
The service is a pathetic. The food is, well, like any other kfc. A cool place to hang out with friends though. If you are early for a movie in pvr, you can give this place a visit. But if want to grab something quickly before the movie, DO NOT enter here, they work very slowly and will surely make you miss the beginning of your movie.

This is a great place to take your kids and their menu is really appetizing. They have a few new options also available. We got a seat instantly as the place was very less crowded.
We had burger and chicken popcorn nachos which was great and something new that we have had. Since this is inside a mall, there is no issue of parking and you can see and hear the open stage and whoever is performing from inside the place.
I like all because they treat so well and and have a good environment among them. And second thing about in their service the taste.... Omg I just love itπ€€π.
