I needed a ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. Coldstone went out of the way in taking the order and delivering it to me. They gave me all the option for the chocloate version... Excellent world class service. Appreciate it! highly recommend this place

2. Avoid any items containing artificial ingredients like rainbow sparkles, gems, etc.
3. Switch organic ingredients as your prices are high and focus on healthy deserts.
4. Keep options of jaggery/honey based vegan ice-creams
5. Ask your staff to be proactive when giving icecream for tasting. A customer will hesitate to taste ice-creams if the staff is not proactive

Recently visited this ice cream parlour in Vega city mall and I loved their ice creams. It's a place on the fourth floor with little place to sit but when it comes to quality of ice cream was good. Though I felt it was overpriced for it's quantity it tasted well.
They have various ice creams flavours such as cake batter, cookie and cream, cheesecake, French vanilla , coffee mocha , Belgian chocolate etc ......
Their stone cold ice creams were amazing especially they chocolate doughnut cookie one.
Overall it was a great experience 💯

Cold Stone Creamery is an American brand of icecream that’s famous the world over for their unique flavours. I was mighty delighted that they had opened up a store in Vega City Mall which is quite close to where I stay. One fine day, I decided to check the place out, and I was mighty surprised.
SHORT REVIEW:
Large selection of unique flavours, which you can then customize with your own toppings and fillings and the final product is created right in front of your eyes with some antics and juggling. They also keep everyone entertained by singing popular songs with their customized lyrics.
MUST TRY:
Founders Favourite (if you like chocolate), Berry Berry Berry Good (if you like berries/fruits), Sweet Yoghurt and Strawberry Thickshake
DETAILED REVIEW:
After a heavy meal, as I was strolling past the food court, I heard some loud noises, and on closer introspection realized that it was the guys from Cold Stone Creamery who were singing and dancing inside their store, attracting the attention of all the people around. “We are, We are Cold Stone!” in the tune of We will Rock you! Interesting, I thought to myself, and entered the store.
I was immediately greeted by the service staff and told to join in the line. The order placement is very simple and systematics. First you sample various flavours of your choice by looking at the display. Once you have decided the flavour(s) that you want, you proceed to the next counter and let the maker know what toppings/sauces you would like, and whether you want a chocolate dipped waffle cone, a normal cone or a cup. He then proceeds to work magic on the cold stone, beating and bashing the ice-cream to glory. A few air tosses later, the scoops fall right into your cup or cone with a lot of flair and some more saucy toppings. Pay the amount and you’re good to go! So simple!
If you’re the kind that hates choosing flavours manually, they have pre-set options with descriptions for you to make a quick choice. Some of the items that I ordered include:
Founders Favourite – This one comes with a lot of chocolate sauces and toppings, so for a chocolate lover, this is heaven. It is extremely sweet, so I didn’t fancy it much.
Berry Berry Berry Good – As a fruits person and a berry lover, I thoroughly enjoyed this ice-cream preparation. This comes with three types of berries, berry icecream and a load of sweet-sour goodness. LOVED IT!
Sweet Yoghurt and Strawberry Thickshake – Made on order, I was absolutely thrilled to see 4 large scoops of icecream going into a jar full of fresh thick whole-fat milk. This is a sinful overload that’s bound to make you go crazy high on energy! It had the same tangy taste of the icecream preparation I had ordered earlier. However, I wish the price was a little lower, which if was the case, this would be my go-to drink every single day!
I left Cold Stone Creamery with a heavy heart and an even heavier tummy and a big smile on my face! All this, coming from a guy who doesn’t prefer sweet things, mind you!
OVERALL VERDICT:
Definitely worth a try once at least, if you’re around Vega Mall. Yes, their prices are on the higher side, but their icecreams are definitely premium. Better than spending on those Kwality Walls crap.
Cold Stone Creamery is on the 3rd floor of Vega city and they have 16 flavours of ice creams from which you can choose from those and then customise them with gummy bears, butterscotch nuts,rainbow sprinkles etc..
They waffle cone which is dipped with dark chocolate sauce.

I got red velvet ice cream with waffle cone that was dipped with dark chocolate syrup and I got customised with gummy bears and butterscotch nuts and the taste was really yum and I really loved the crunchy taste of the butterscotch nuts.
Rose faluda:
Rose faluda was really very yummy I could get the taste of the rose and I got it customised with cashew nuts.
Mango pineapple smoothie:
This was a thick smoothie and the taste was also good more than mango I could get the tatse of pineapple fruit.

In search of Icecream in the mall found this place. What made me go here is the jingles they sang during the making of Icecream attracted me a lot. They play along with the scoops of Icecream, throwing them in the air and catching them is the way they keep their customers engaged while having their creamy icecreams.
They havd around 16 odd different types of icecreams to choose from. From classics to unique and variety flavors. They even customize the icecream of your choice with different varieties of toppings.
First one that attracted me was
* Rose Falooda - the flavors were intense yet soothing. It was very creamy and the topping I choose was simple cashew nuts which enhanced the flavor. Must Try!
* French Vanilla - Very creamy and proper vanilla flavor. I totally loved it.
* Watermelon Icecream - this was very unique. It had the sweetness of the watermelon and the flavor felt very natural. So absolutely loved it.
You can also choose the waffle cones of your choice and enjoy the icecreams with that lively environment in the store. Kudos to all the staff!
Overall had a great time. Would love to visit again to try more.

Visited this outlet last weekend for ice cream and had an amazing time. They had a good variety of flavours and loads of singing and dancing as they whipped up some amazing treats. The staff was really cordial and overall we had a very joyful experience. I tried the following ice creams:
Red Velvet (8.5/10) - This was so smooth and really creamy. It was basically made with red velvet cake crumbs and vanilla ice cream. I'd advice that you let it melt a little so as to feel the creaminess. The velvetiness is evident in every bite thereafter.
Brownie Fudge (8.5/10) - I had this with added peanuts and put inside a cup shaped waffle coated with chocolate. This made for an indulgent treat and anyone who loves chocolate and nuts combination must go for it. The ice cream in itself had brownie bits which were quite fudgy, and again best enjoyed slightly melted.
Mint Chocolate Ice cream (8.5/10) - Mint flavoured ice cream with added chocolate chips and brownies was a delectable combination. The ice cream was nice and creamy and the mint flavour quite evident, yet not too overpowering.
Overall, an amazing place to try especially for their ice cream and the showmanship of the staff. It's not too expensive as well and great value for money.

So yes,i finally made it out to cold stone creamery for the first time,it was quite near by from my place, and now it already has a 7 branches at main places in the town.

It was on weekend afternoon though the foodcourt and mall was so crowded, i never heard those noices when i enetered the cold stone creamery, And I had an amazing experience at this ice cream place as they dont just serve icecreams and signature combinations, we can also customize our scoop of cold stone icecream with our favorite toppings.As they use a range of hight quality products and their scoops are generous, and they also offer a range of cakes and smoothies.
I chose the hazelnut flavoured with roasted almonds as add-on... with chocolate dip cone was so rich and dark and crispy too,
they also kept us so lively and entertaining while serving my choice of ice cream...it was an amazing experience
I think everyone should visit and feel the greet.
The service was fantastic and we would definitely go back in flash.

You can't decide which one to order? Worry not. You can try the samplers out and then come to your conclusion. I tried the rose faluda, chocolate crunch, watermelon, sweet yoghurt. Absolutely delicious each and every one of them. I ended up taking the rose faluda and I added colorful sprinklers and gummy bears as an add on. They serve the ice creams in either chocolate cones or cups as per your choice.
If you feel like having a drink then they have it covered too. They sell really yummy thick shakes which are the best to beat the heat.

ColdStone Creamery keeps on entertaining with their own jingles and some skills.This is something different for an icecream outlet.Best place for kids and people who love icecreams.I tried Coffee,Watermelon and Strawberry samplers and it was really yummy.Green color struck my attention and thought to try for a variety.It was 'Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chips' and my decision wasn't wrong.That mint flavoures icecream mixed with choco chips made a fabulous treat. People who loves to try variety can go with the same.
Overall experience was good and will visit back to try some more different yummy icecreams.

Looking for an American creamery in bangalore? Then cold stone is the one. This amazing dessert place serves some amazing flavours which is a treat for dessert Lovers. Out of 15 odd flavours available here, I Loved Rose faluda and brownie. Cones are super yummy and crispy. Staff here is so friendly and so entertaining. The way they play around with scoops of ice-cream is just crazy and not to forget, Their theme songs for ice-creams and shakes are awesome. Must visit place to make your day more amazing.

Over twenty varieties to try here, I would recommend the Cheesecake, Red Velvet, coffee and other exotic flavours of rich ice creams.
When you let your hands on the Signature coffee Sundae, it's definitely worth having your coffee with nuts. The Sundae here is served in a Chocolate wrapped cone which is too good a presentation.
The Blueberry shake is given a touch of blueberry icecream too. Hence its definitely worth to stopby here and load some calories.
The waiters perform with a song for every sundae they make. Had a good time here

If you are a dessert lover, then this one of the nice places to visit. I have visited Cold stone outlets in Dubai and these are living upto that expectations. Quantity is huge so even one scoop can be fulfilling. Had the salted caramel in a cup. And my friend had rose flavored Icecream in a cone. Staff is nice and polite. Price points are a bit high in comparison to other nice places I have been in Bangalore.
I bet this place has a less rating because of the price.

It was very much fun seeing the ice-cream being made with different bases, flavours and add-on . We ate a red velvet base ice-cream with various extra add-ons like gummy bears, gems, brownie crumble etc. It was good till a point but the quantity we took(the middle size available there), it was so extra even for two people. We had to throw some of it just because we weren't able to eat that amount of sweet. I would suggest that staff could probably tell the customers the scoop size they are going to add in the chosen cup size so that people dont take extra and then keep regretting for throwing the leftover. Its damn costly. You xan probably go and try once but it's not at all a pocket friendly brand considering if you just want to grab an ice-cream after your meal. Seating space is less but then as it is in the food court, you always get a place to sit

Good quality icecream u get here..I have tried in Vega city mall Bannerghatta road...I tried chocolate and tender coconut one..but it's bit costly according to the quantity served. My suggestion could improve the prices for the better sale.

Cheese cake flavour is awesome. Bigger the size of the cup the smaller the price relatively. Signature dishes are also very tasty. I find this better than cream stone. Only thing is you have to shell out extra money for waffels.

Located in vegacity mall, I absolutely loved this place. Perfect spot for an after dinner desert. There are several flavours you can try as many as you like. I loved their chocolate and hazelnut. Their brownies are too soft to my liking. It’s little suffocating and too warm to inside and the management has to really think about it.
Welcoming, quaint, fun and delicious, I will go back for sure.

Cold Stone Creamery opened its new store in Vega City Mall, Bangalore. The store is located in the food court with an exclusive seating inside the store as well. The interiors are nicely done with the use of red in the furniture.
Cold Stone is known for their creamy delights and their icecreams just melts in the mouth (literally :P).
We tasted couple of them like the Vanilla icecream which is made with read Vanilla beans, the sweet cream which is actually made with cream and couple more. We finally settled for the Oreo Overload combo.
The Oreo Overload is made with sweet cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips and double Oreo. All this is mixed together on a icy slab. The taste was just incredible, the icecreams are really very rich. The prices are bit on the higher side but its worth it.

Service is bit time consuming even though customers present there are less. Saw one employee guy dropped a scoop of ice cream while making it. Since we all noticed he did not use it back. I hope they do the same when ppl do not notice it as well. Went during Aquaman release so we had Aquaman themed ice cream. It was fine could have been better.

Good place to indulge your sweet tooth. I stick to French vanilla, but there are many other flavours. As always hand hygiene is poor, staff need training. Also bill rounding must stop, when you pay online there is no need to round the bills up or down.
Ice cream yeh it's cold stone. The excellent quality and quantity of ice cream served and the outstanding skills of the employees. Luved it u rock on cold stone.
Another amazing ice cream outlet. Sad they closed their HSR outlet. Had to goto Vega City just to eat their ice cream
This review is based on an online purchase. I’ve been a huge fan of cold stone’s ice creams. I just called up the store and Mr. Riyaz was so customer centric and made sure I have an amazing ice cream. Chocolate deviation with extra fudge is my all time favourite.
You must try out this ice cream outlet for a mouthwatering experience.
Icecream was very thick in texture , I felt the quality was superior as well . The prices were also high as they provided good quality ice cream. You get one free topping option for a scoop of ice cream ( flavour).

Visited this outlet last weekend for ice cream and had an amazing time. They had a good variety of flavours and loads of singing and dancing as they whipped up some amazing treats. The staff was really cordial and overall we had a very joyful experience. I tried the following ice creams:
Red Velvet (8.5/10) - This was so smooth and really creamy. It was basically made with red velvet cake crumbs and vanilla ice cream. I'd advice that you let it melt a little so as to feel the creaminess. The velvetiness is evident in every bite thereafter.
Brownie Fudge (8.5/10) - I had this with added peanuts and put inside a cup shaped waffle coated with chocolate. This made for an indulgent treat and anyone who loves chocolate and nuts combination must go for it. The ice cream in itself had brownie bits which were quite fudgy, and again best enjoyed slightly melted.
Mint Chocolate Ice cream (8.5/10) - Mint flavoured ice cream with added chocolate chips and brownies was a delectable combination. The ice cream was nice and creamy and the mint flavour quite evident, yet not too overpowering.
Overall, an amazing place to try especially for their ice cream and the showmanship of the staff. It's not too expensive as well and great value for money.
