As you all would be knowing Kerala stands best when it comes to Bakery. In India, you can find major chunk of Bakeries in Kerala. Hot Burg is operated by Keralites. Hot burg has nice option of Juices, sandwiches, pasteries, etc. In my view and personal experience, you must try their shawarma, Avocado (Butter Fruit) Milk shake and sandwiches...... Mouth watering taste and awesome experience... They do take order for cakes as well....
