Funny how this place's shawarma pizza actually makes for more authentic shawarma feels than most shawarmas you get all over Bangalore.
I love ordering food from this place when I'm feeling like Arab food. Fresh and yummy, always !

This is my go to place when I'm in the mood for some yummy pizza. Its a small place in kammanahalli, best part its so close to home. Its cheap and tasty, what more can we ask for. The best is the diablo pizza. they do have the option of 2 flavors in one pizza for those who want the taste of more. Must visit for all pizza lovers.

The Pita falafel roll is decadent and freshly prepared. I find theirs better than the other pitah rolls because they don't douse their fillings in sauces; this gives it a fresher crunch and avoids sogginess.
The pizzas however can improve.

Hands down one of my favorite places to get some nostalgia inducing Arabic food. It's got amazing lamb and cheese manakish which you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere else and the halloumi is a nice departure from all the paneer I have on a regular basis

We rarely visit this side of Bengaluru but I've heard a lot about Kammanahalli being famous as a street for foodies like me!

Small and cute place, staff is quite courteous. The owner also gave some good suggestions on the menu.

What we ordered:
Peach ice tea, Diablo pizza, shawarma, falafel pita.

Rating:
Peach ice tea, Pizza: 5/5
Shawarma and falafel pita: 2.5/5
Ambience and staff: 5/5
Price: Affordable

Review: Peach ice tea and pizza was excellent! At that price, this is definitely a loot. Although we found the shawarma and pita was quite dry, the owner informed that they don't add mayo in it. This makes it quite healthy, yes, but if you're on a cheat day, you'll be disappointed :)

Definitely a place I would take my friends for a hangout!

We recently moved to North Bangalore from good old Malleshwaram, and were pleasantly surprised with the infusion of Arabic cuisine in Kamanahalli. This got us started on a journey to explore new food experiences and finally led us to EatAPita this evening.
It was a cozy little joint serving authentic Arabic/Lebanese eats. We ordered the Falafel and Halloumi Pita pocket, Zaatar + Cheese Manakish and Paneer Jalfrezi Pizza.

The Falafel and Halloumi Pita were love at first bite, we could taste the freshness of the dough along with crispy Falafel and fresh veggies. It reminded me of the time I had tasted my first Falafel pita pocket in Cairo, Egypt.

This was my second time tasting the Manakish after Abu Dhabi, and it was deliciously flavorful.
What surprised me most was the humble panner pizza, which was baked to perfection and had the right amount of crunchiness, topped with tender chunks of panner.

I would highly recommend a personal visit to EatAPita and try out their unique take on Arabic cuisine.
Will definitely come back here for a more elaborate grill meal.

Ordered 2 shawarma pita and a mutton arayes via swiggy. And an earlier order of chicken kofte and Chicken diablo pizza. Reviewing both.
Food---> I was excited to try this joint after reading good reviews of decent arabic food. Well Iv been a little disappointed. Being an ex dubai resident, my expectations of a decent shawarma are high. And they've never been met since I shifted to Bangalore. Earlier Byblos came somewhere close but had a bad fall in terms of quality. The shawarmas from eatapita were filling, loaded with fries and chicken but the toum/garlic paste spoiled it for me. The shawarmas in Dubai usually have tahina/sesame paste which isnt overpowering. The absence of vegetables (often served in indian shawarmas) was a welcome change but I dont think I would order this again.
The Chicken kofte on the other hand was very well made. Flavored just the way it should be, it came with a few fries and pita bread.
The Mutton arayes was again disappointing. They made it too sour, the bread was done well but a little thicker than it should be, and meat mince was scanty.
Lastly, the chicken diablo pizza was decent. I dont like the semolina crust on their pizzas, but I would definitely try the other flavours.
All in all I look fwd to trying other dishes like falafel and Kobideh, hoping to find some good arabic food in the often Indianised arabic restaurants in blr.

P.s. Plz excuse the fact that there's just one pic. I was too hungry, couldn't click pics of the other dishes.

Just ordered from them via swiggy! It was a good experience overall.

We tried the Mushy Cheese Mushroom Pizza (quite good but slightly salty), Peri Peri Paneer Pizza (good and creative), Veg Bonanza Pizza (good and mildly flavored). All of these were soft thin crust and came well packed and on time. All pizzas chosen were 7 inches.

Moolah: Rs.500 Inc. everything. Delivery via swiggy!

Pros: Tasty pizzas, wide menu, ample options for vegetarians, neat packaging

Cons: would have been nice if the cheese had coverage on the pizzas edges too.

Recommended – Nifty pizza meals.

I usually don't go about writing reviews on zomato, but I was compelled to do so today. Being a kid born and raised in the middle east, I'm a big fan of middle eastern food. I've tried several places in Bangalore, particularly the shawarma's but never found found one as decent as the ones back home. You guys at eatapita have pretty much nailed it - the thoum tasted authentic and so did the chicken and fries. Thank God, there weren't any vegetables in there (like how most of the local shops prepare shawarma). I've tried the falafel wrap as well and the tahina tastes authentic too. Just wanna say thanks guys, you really made my day :)

So the review is in two parts. The first part is for the delivery experience for which im giving 4 stars. We ordered chicken shawarma pita mutton koobideh with pita bread and chicken chermoula with pita. The shawarma pita was good. The chermoula was flavourful. But the star of the show was the mutton koobideh. Which tasted quite authentic and similar to the ones you get in the middle East.
Now based on that experience. We decided to go to the restaurant itself since I wanted to have the manakish and that was not available for delivery. So this is the second part. In restaurant experience. Which for me was 3 stars. To start with. They claimed that no mutton dishes were available. Except the one in the manakish. This on a weekday at 1:30 pm. Considering my friend came there looking for the koobideh or kofte. He was quite disappointed. There was nothing to be done but to order manakish for both of us. Since that was the only option with mutton in it. So we ordered a meat. And a meat and cheese one. Along with fries and Pepsi. What followed was 40 mins of waiting. In a restaurant which had no other customers. We then got the manakish which had little filling and was very bready with raw dough texture in parts. The filling was good though. The fries came after the manakish. And we're crisp. Evenly cut and good. Overall owner needs to keep a better eye on the staff. a)I'm sure it's not normal to not have key ingredients at lunch hours. And b) im sure it doesn't take 40 plus minutes to fry some potatoes and bake 2 manakish.

I don't usually write a review. I just rate. But this place is different. It's a jewel hiding in plain sight. Came across this place when my brother was searching for authentic Arabian cuisine & authentic it is!! A real treasure for Arabian foodies!!

Coming to food, my brother took a shawerma & i took a kofte pita, for starters. Service was quick & we got 'em in like 6-7 minutes. One bite into our pitas & we looked at each other & that's it, our conversation had walked out the door. The authentic taste shut us up.

Within minutes of finishing our starters, our grill platters were served. My brother had opted for the mutton koobideh & i went for the chicken kofte. Speechless, AGAIN! The platters blew our mind too! Authenticity is the game! One bite into the meats & the flavors took us on a trip to the middle-east & back. Everything on the plates, right from the hummus to the toum to the pita to the perfectly minced meats, everything was lip-smacking & shockingly perfect for an Arabian food joint in Bangalore.

The liquid of choice for the evening was the lemon iced tea, which was again different with their unique eatapita touch.

Truly a balanced & complete meal with the right amount of veggies, meats & breads; with just the right amount of original flavors tingling our taste buds, unlike the many Indian-ized options available in Bangalore.

Kudos to Faiz, for keeping it real!

Food - It's a bang-on 5/5.
Ambience - I like what he's done with the place, so 4/5.
Service - It was quick, so again a 4/5.

Will i visit again?! HELL YEAH!!!

One among the very few restaurants in Bangalore that offer thick crust pizzas and also a wide range of Arabian delicacies.

#pizzas
A delightful range of pizzas they have got to offer, baked in firewood. Very well done with the toppings. The BBQ chicken pizza is a delight.

#advice
Try two pizzas on one base to taste more variety. Evenings are better here because the entire menu is available. Do try the shawarma with the Toum(an Arabian bread).

#opinion
Pizza lovers, if you're tired of almost all restaurants offering thin crust pizzas, do visit this restaurant.

#pricing
Pocket friendly. A full meal, with a pizza, two pitas and soft drinks of you would cost you about 600 bucks.

Absolutely authentic! Shawarmas and mutton skewers. The zatar cheese is the best like what you get in UAE. Not much of a fan of pizzas.

Take a break from "Indianised" shawarmas and arabic foods you get everywhere, taste what it is like to have an original Shawarma

The name sounds adventurous and inviting but the food doesn't. Firstly, there is no variety and the pricing is too much for the size of pizzas they serve. The quantity of topping is less and does not justify the pricing.
The ambiance is too boring!

If you are looking for a place that’s cozy with good food and in a reasonable price I would strongly suggest you give this place a try.

Food

“Diablo” pizza and it was really good, even though it’s on the spicy side it’s not overwhelming to the extent of overpowering the flavor, it was a we’ll balance of spice and flavor. I should also add the crust has a great flavor and it’s filling.

Gyro chicken pita, I would recommend this if you are wanting something light on the taste pallet and on the stomach, the flavor is great and light. It was good to have this and end with a slice of pizza. The quantity is good but if you are really hungry this one pita will not satisfy your hunger.

Loved the ambience and the service! It’s a great place and I’m sure I’ll go there again!

Have I ever mentioned how much I love Middle Eastern food? Not even the proper kind, just the cheap kind that tastes like it belongs halfway across another cuisine. Well, I do, and this place is testament to that.

Chicken Shawarma Pizza: I ordered the one without cheese but got some cheese anyway. Who's complaining? Loaded with hummus and cheese as well as slices of chicken and some olives, it was a very enjoyable and comforting pizza. I wonder why pizza outlets haven't caught onto this yet.
Rating: 4/5

Halloumi Pita: A pita filled with halloumi cheese, cucumber, onions, tomato and capsicum. Oh and a generous helping of hummus and all the vegetables being soaked in vinegar. It was a delight to eat this.

First time sampling Eatapita food.
Tried out 2 pizzas and falafel.
The Diablo was REALLY good.
The patty of the falafel was also very tasty.
Had a wonderful smoky smell.
We had the pizzas some 20 minutes after taking delivery.
Had to go collect the order as they had no home delivery. Think it would have tasted even better if we had eaten off the oven.

Peeked into the joint. Looked tastefully done and neat but tiny.
Will dine in next time.
Even the packaging is nice and has some character.

Have been here couple of times since as dine in.
There are two tables and two counters.
Interiors frugally but tastefully done.
The wood fire smoke permeates the place, but not beyond level of annoyance.
Food has been consistently good.
Diablo pizza is spicy, juicy.. And tastes even better at source.
Halloumi and fattoush also good.

A small but clean restaurant that serves pizza and middle eastern food.

Ambience: Nothing much to say here is a tiny place with just two tables for 4 and three stools kept at one side. It more of a delivery place I guess

Food: wanted to have shawerma but on fortunately it was over ordered below things

Gyro chicken-

A nice touch to a Pita with lettecus some mint cucumber and chicken had a fresh taste to it

Falafel Pita

This was good considering that I find it difficult to find good falafel in Bangalore

Manakish: Labneh w Zattar

It was baked in the wood fired oven was topped with labneh on one half and Zattar on the other. The labneh was good but a bit bland also the dough was a bit thick for my liking

Peach Ice tea: It was fine nothing special

In all a small affordable and friendly place

Having grown up in Muscat, I was so upset when my parents retired last year and I had to say good bye to a place I called home. And most importantly, the food!!! I love Arabic food and I am so grateful for Eatapita! I thoroughly enjoyed my labneh and kebabs. The place is tiny but cozy and makes for a great stopover on the way to just about anywhere. Eatapita is a tiny restaurant that serves pizza and middle eastern food.
Ambience: The ambience is pretty rustic and rugged. The place has two tables and a couple of chairs. The chairs are a little wobbly and there isn't anything more to comment on the ambience overall.

Food: We ordered the Veg Bonanza pizza and manakish with a mixture of cheese and labneh.

Veg Bonanaza-
The sapid 12 inch pizza was baked to perfection in the wood fired oven. The crust was crisp and well cooked. It was covered with a generous amount of the toppings and cheese. I felt that it needed a little more salt to bring out the taste. Other than that, it was toothsome.

Manakish-
The dough that was baked in the wood fired oven was topped with labneh on one half and cheese on the other. The labneh was creamy and it had what tasted like dried rosemary mixed in it. The labneh had a distinctive sour taste, just how it's supposed to be. However, the cheese side was very bland and tasteless.

The pricing is affordable and the service is friendly.

The go to place for authentic middle eastern food in this part of town. Faiz, who owns and runs the place personally everyday has made it his mission to bring the real stuff without tweaks to the locals.

For me personally, it's a joy to actually try a lot of the stuff that i've otherwise only seen on TLC on TV. Plus the pricing is very reasonable and the food is not greasy or sinful. My favourites thus far are the pita pockets - both felafel & chicken shawarma, the zattar pizza and the basbousa to share. The garlic mayo which is served as a condiment with most dishes is also finger licking good.

Those familiar with Arabic cuisine will like this place for their authentic flavours. They don't spice up the Arabic dishes to Indianise them. The shawarma and za'atar at eatapita are must-try items. Having grown up in K.S.A, I've been searching for a good shawarma in India for ages, and eatapita has nailed the flavours down pat. They put a generous helping of fresh parsley in their falafel pitas, and that's something a lot of other restaurants are stingy with. Their za'atar is excellent too. With fresh breads straight out of the oven, and shawarma that is absolutely fresh and moist, this has come to be one of my favourite little spots in Bangalore. You have to try the food here—you will definitely come back for more!

I am a sucker for shawarma, and it is my go-to food when in doubt. So let me come right to it, if you haven't eaten the shawarma from eatapita you have no idea what you are missing!!!
Hands down the best shawarma in Bangalore, and i would say the best i have had in a long time. The meat , the bread, the veggies, the pickle everything is just so fresh and perfect!!
Been there 3 times and the other meat eats are quite good as well - the woodfire pizzas, gyros and the manakish.
Though i am not into vegetarian food, on the insistence of the owner, Faiz, i tasted the falafel - its another must try item. There are plenty of other veg options as well.

The ambience and the open kitchen give it a quaint, cozy feel..
The prices are also reasonable. All in all, a great place for some authentic Arab flavors and taste!

I'm a sucker for tiny, cozy restaurants that serve up authentic food. Eatapita is a hidden gem I discovered through a mutual friend.
The décor is simple with a few tables and counter tops. Shades of olive and dark brown tiling lit by mild yellow bulbs give it a rustic feel. I was delighted to see a brick oven being used to bake pizzas and manakish.
We ordered falafels, labneh manakish and a vegetarian bonanza pizza.
Firstly, let me tell you how impossible it has been for me to find a decent falafel in Bangalore. There's either too much dhaniya or they use ketchup (yuck). But Eatapita nails their version! Maybe it's because the owner- Faiz- has lived a while in Dubai and brought back some beloved Arabic recipes. To bite into a pita-wich that has a deliciously moist falafel drizzled with Tahini paste(sesame seed) and smothered with fresh parsley and tomatoes is just yum yum yum. The veg bonanza pizza did not disappoint as well, with its generous toppings of mushrooms, corn, red peppers, red paprika and onions. Oh and did I mention a buttload of cheese, not like the Dominos or Pizza Hut variety where mozzarella is as sparse as palm trees in a desert.
By the time I got to the labneh manakish I was sufficiently stuffed. The labneh is made in-house like most of their other sauces and is super fresh and delish. I made a mental note to go back and order other variations of the manakish with zaatar and veggies.
The cool thing about Eatapita is that they are value for money (Falafel- Rs. 90, Manakish- Rs.100 and Pizza for two to three people- Rs.300) Also, customer service is great as they really make an effort to explain their dishes and recommend the right ones to you based on your preference.
I look forward to seeing them tie up with Swiggy or other delivery services.

Hi, This was by far my favourite restaurant in Bangalore. I'd do anything to get my hands on the shawerma and falafel roll.

Great Mediterranean food, the owner here is also very friendly. Having being brought up in the gulf, I can say this is the one place that has gotten the flavour of gulf shawarma's right! They also have great hummus. As a vegetarian one can definitely try the falafel pita or falafel deluxe.

Lovely places to hangout along with ultimate tasty Middle East cousine especially Lebanese food. The Manakish, peach tea are must try along with Baklava.

Good pitas and pizzas. Place looks little too rundown. Better dinner place than for lunch. Pocket friendly too..

Really liked the place. Mainly because they tend to care about their food and it didn't feel like a factory line. There are limited options on the menu, but the food is good. I had the felafel pita with tahini and was quite happy with it. Since their ingredients are fresh I would suggest they do 2 things: 1. Maybe add a few more vegan options (not many places cater to this audience). 2. Add calories onto each dish.

I had a very relishing & satisfying experience with them both the times I took a home delivery from this place- I recommend the BBQ chicken pizza & Diablo (chicken) pizza which was yummy (with the right balance of cheese and herbs), and falafel sandwich that was recommended by them was one of the best I had in Bangalore after a long time. I hope they will continue to maintain the good taste , quality & service . I strongly recommend this place for pizza lovers !!

Excellent food. Shawarmas are as tasty as you’d get in the Middle East. The grills and platters are awesome as well. Amazing food that’s not too heavy on your wallet.

Delicious pita wraps. We tried the chicken shawarma and a vegetarian one and they were both delightfully rich with fresh ingredients and great pita (which is heard to find). Coming back hehe for more!

Don't let the small and cozy demeanour set your expectations low because the food here is wicked good. The Fattoush is a must try! The falafel was authentic and delicious too. Reasonably priced, and the service, though not the quickest, is polite and accommodating. Suggestion : The feta in the Greek Salad could be thawed a little more. Atleast that's how I like it. :D

This is a small shop serving the most authentic Arabic food in Bangalore undoubtedly the most authentic. They do not try to Indianise any dishes for the sake of local taste but every dish you get, in fact they don't have much of items in the menu what they do they do the best. I have been visiting them for almost a year now and they make everything fresh all the Pita breads the chicken everything they make fresh and it's a delight and also you can grab great juices from the nearby shop and that it's pretty pocket friendly for the volume they serve. If you are someone who has only had shawarmas that you get in and around Bangalore in every corners then you should try and see what original or real Shawarma taste like. Also recommend to try couple of mutton dishes which are on skewers like koobideh. Their hummus fries pizzas are to die for. My favourite items are Shawarma, of course ,zaatar and cheese Manakish and koobideh.

Absolute MUST visit. Authentic shawarmas (unlike the rubbish you get at regular shawarma joints). Manakish; may not have heard of but you will end up going back to this place JUST for this. It'll change the way you look at Arabian food in general. Service is top notch. No delays with orders and to top it off - the ambience is so comforting and relaxed, it felt good to just hang out there and let the meal settle before I left. When the bill arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Full points. DEFO going back!

Lovelt, cosy place! We tried their pizzas, baba gosh and it was yum and very reasonably ppriced. The one downside was there were non-ac or curling fans, just a single air cooler which couldn't handle the noon heat.

One of the most authentic Arabic cuisine being served in Bengaluru. Must try are the exclusive Mutton Koobideh & Shish Kofta kebabs, zaatar, meat&cheese and so much more. Also they serve delicious baklava & kunafa sweets. All in all, an amazing place with awesome food and amazing service by some wonderful people. I have brought so many people here already and they're already all mind-blown. Must visit place indeed.
