Food is decent. However, they never pick up calls when you try for home delivery... NEVER! I mean, what is the point of uploading a number of you're not going to respond?
Nice food at reasonable prices. Been here many times, dine-in is small in size but quite good ambience with light music.

I've been ordering food from here ever since they began. Never sat in for a meal, so I won't comment on ambience.
While I generally go for the Chinese here, the North Indian is what I'm reviewing. The kebabs here have been alternatively good and average, so my rating keeps fluctuating.

Its a small yet a place with quite good ambience. Food is good value for money and still tasty. Recommend this place if you are around Byrathi area for a causal lunch with friends.

I love their food for the reason that the gravies r not the same like other places. Good ambiance, decent crowd, helpful staff, and the best is home delivery.... My only and only issue is me being a vegetarian its sometime a bit of trouble to find stuff with them....
Pretty authentic tasting North Indian food. We tried only their Chicken Tikka Masala with Naans but it was lip smacking. And it was quite reasonable so it meets the value for money criteria. Will definitely try more in the future. Recommend you try this place if you are in the Hennur-Kothanur area and looking for some comforting North Indian food.
I ordered for a home delivery. Owner Vikram suggested the dishes, I went ahead with his suggestion. Food was delicious. The second time I ordered, Vishal (Vikram's brother) suggested me the dishes. I went ahead with his suggestion. Food again was awesome. Gravy for different dishes will taste different unlike many places I have eaten at. Go with whatever they recommend. Makes me feel like ordering food again :-) Keep it up guys!!

Food wise don't go with high expectations but still I would say much better than other near by restaurant.
This is one amazing joint which serves high quality food in reasonable cost which is very good for students like me whos come from different part of Africa . even the service is excellent .

Everytime I'm coming evening I'm ordering butter chicken and lacha paratha it's well done with nice service of kind server. They have special kitchen.
Small and plesent restaurant which serves crazy North Indian food and amazing kebabs. Been there last night and ordered chicken biriyani, chicken chapati as they told it's a new dish, it was just ultimate. I feel it's the best restaurants for great biriyanis n non veg starter's.
We had just moved into Kothanur area a week ago, and were looking for a local restaurant with good food. Spotted this place on the way home once and we tried them out last weekend. The Biryani is very good, not oily, not spicy, well mixed, the chicken was not overcooked, same goes for the kebabs. Their north Indian dishes are also lovely, all the naan's and kulchas very soft and not rubbery. ย The Chinese food is also good, beyond reasonable for a restaurant that specializes more in Indian food. Does not burn your pocket. Fast delivery. Keep it up guys!

Having heard a lot of raving about this place from a family friend we decided to drop in for lunch today. Located off the Kothanur-Hennur Main Road near CSI Church this is a tiny place which could probably seat 12 people comfortably and 15 at a stretch.
The ambience is pretty ordinary but the young man who was present named Vishal who was standing proxy for his brother who actually runs the place more than made up for that with his cheerful countenance and that sort of told me that this was going to be a good experience.
They serve a variety of North Indian, Mughlai and Chinese cuisine with special offerings on their Biryanis. They also serve a variety of roomali rolls in addition to their regular menu. We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala which was perfectly done and had an amazing gravy, Paneer Butter Masala which was also good and had a different gravy.
That was a refreshing change from most places which just serve the same gravy and alternate the pieces of chicken and paneer. The Butter Naans were fabulous but the Cheese Naan disappointed. We were expecting the melt in your mouth kind of stuff but it was just grated cheese in the Naans. Other than that the food was fantabulous.
The quantity was so much that we had to parcel half of it home and with a half litre coke, a bottle of water and parcel charges the bill was Rs. 540/- which is an absolute steal for the meal that we had. Definitely recommend this place.

Had been to kababeque quite a few times. I was planning to rate it 3.5 - 4 by prior experiences. But the combo tilted it more towards 4.5. So I'm going with a 4. Over time i have kept going back because of the taste. Butter Chicken is wow. Fried Rice I loved. Ghee Rice is Awesome. Kababs are tasty n wholesome.. Make sure to have them hot. Moving on to the not so good.. Chicken Sheekh Masala was something I didn't like. The biriyani wasn't quite to my liking either. However the place is well kept, slick. The owner is a pleasant chap and the staff are very courteous. I would definitely recommend if u are around this place. The food tastes even better than it sounds, especially the kababs.
I ordered home delivery to organise a small party at my place for a gathering of 6. The food is reasonably priced so I could order couple extra dishes as well which provides the required cushion in such cases. The tikka starters and paneer + mushroom preparation were decent. The biryani was the real pick. It had good flavor and was picked up for more than a couple serving by pretty much everyone. The tikka starters can become better.
Good food with very good taste....... please keep it up so that we can keep coming and ordering again and again.Very basic menu but i donot regret the taste, overall a must try for all.
Date : 22nd Jan 2016 : Food is good, liked Rumali Roti and fried Rice but yes the Kabab is definately not worth 220Rs. Not sure why you are charging so much for it. Understand the Boneless piece, but 220 bugs !!!!
Good food, tastes good and rightly priced. Portion sizes are optimal. Dine-in is decent, not much of ambience. Ideal for takeaways. They do home delivery for 250 and above bills.

Before gng their I just called them to ask what style of Biryani they serve, they said it's not banglore style one with tomatoes its mughali style, By their word I went their as I wanted to try hyderabadi,
I ordered hot n sour soup, it's superb, 3 can have one soup as the quantity is very much,
And I waited for Biryani, it's the same banglore style one with tomato in it, but it's good too, this special kebab e que Biryani had grill n tandoor style boneless chicken in it, which was very good, n this biryani is very bit different as they have spices in it seen as in Hyderabad style,
Their raita is too gud, must try place.

A good place if you are around Manyata Tech park. They do deliver!!! ย I have been there tonight with my team, food was quick and they way is should taste. Its just been two months since they started and they have a good service. Keep the same way, I'm sure you guys will go places.

This small lil on Byrathi cross is very easy to miss. Until my husband and I ordered from them...it was absolutely delicious. We were shocked that a place this small that looks like any othet 'multi cuisine place' gives you really good tandoori food. We tried their chicken sheekh masala,dal fry, rotis and ghee rice the first time and it was really good quality and tasty. Trying their special biryani and egg masala today. :). If you are anywhere in the area...order now...

A good eat out. Their 5km radius delivery is also exceptional. Interior decor is good, with solid furniture & fixtures.
Food quantity is really good. A rice meal of sort (biryani, fried rice etc) feeds 2 people comfortably.
It's one of those restaurants that you would expect to charge a lot. But it is in fact very affordable.
Now, I grew up in Bahrain. I am a foodie. I hv never eaten food in India as good as it is back at home. It is neither worth its value or is taste in India.
But I have to say. The value for money at Kabab-e-que is pretty darn good. It serves the best fried rice I've eaten in India - to date. That being said - not as great as back home ;)
I'm a foodie and chef by hobby among several things. So I know what I'm talking about. I hv very few favorite restaurants in Bangalore. I suppose Kabab-e-que is slowly starting to creep on that list.
As an independent designer of over 9 years (started designing as a teenager), I can say I really like the logo. I haven't researched its authenticity, but its a vector & its good - miles ahead of other restaurant logos out there.
As a business developer of over 4 years, I would say the tag line is alright. It could have been better phrased and designed.
As a student of Architecture & Interior Design, I have to say, its good work in the space they have. Well done.
The menu is well put with several items to choose from.
The faculty are well dressed and behaved.
The restaurant is clean. Food is presented well.
I am not sure, but I assume the cooks have degrees in hotel management - wild guess. Don't take my word for it. ;)
So there u have it. Time will tell if Kabab-e-que will maintain its first impression. Here's to hoping they do.
But sometimes, the food is just Blah. I've tasted 2 versions of the same Malaysian Fried Rice at K-e-Q. I wasn't pleased with the latest. I don't take a bargain with food. If I don't like it, I move on to something else. Looks like Malaysian Fried Rice is off my mind the next time I order. This is just a personal thing. Perhaps you will be better fortunate.
PS. Sorry for this haphazard review. I'm typing off my phone & I don't really like this zomato app. It would hv been better composed on a PC, but Hey, this is convenient for now.
