"Cake my heart" could take my breath away!

Today, my friend surprised me with these amazingly designed and exquisitely executed cupcakes, for my 25th birthday. I was absolutely overwhelmed by her gesture and when I saw these divine creations, I didn't have the heart to gnaw them off. They were so very pretty and customised especially for my birthday. Finally, after much coaxing, a bite into one cupcake, I could taste the ever so delightful flavour of dark chocolate blending perfectly with the sweetness of the marshmallow fondant. The cupcake was light and fluffy and the cake's texture was beautiful, although it seems petite but, even as you are absorbed in its lightness, the size of a cupcake is perfect for one. The wonderful use of marshmallow fondant ensures the un-necessity of refrigeration for the life of the product, saving its freshness for the time within which you consume the entire batch. The little decorations, unique to each individual cake were made with the fondant and in presentation were a complete beauty.

I have not visited Ms. Sandhya's establishment and until this afternoon was oblivious to its existence, but now, I must try all the items on her menu because, she is a fantastic artist and craftsman using baking as her medium of expression. There is immense sincerity in every aspect of the creation, not just in the taste of the cake but also in the simplicity of the package and the identity design reflected in the small card that accompanied the parcel. I indisputably recommend this place to all.

Right from the moment i opened the door n stepped in, the warmth of the store and the owner engulfed me. The store is Sandhya's dream and the love she puts into each of those cakes n macaroons is evident from the taste.
I would definitely come next time to taste their hot chocolate, which i missed last time.
