Very clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff and cheap rates (e.g. non ac room at INR 1800). In a quite neighborhoud, you won't wake up from horning cars. 10 min drive from major shopping malls, but quite far from the airport because if traffic (1-1.5 hrs, @ INR 750 by taxi).
