I must say that mini Punjabi dhabha is not only good restaurant for Punjabis bit for all people who loves spicy food. It is good about food but it is crowded. So u have to wait for food for longer time than casual. Otherwise it's good about taste

Ordered kadai veg, phulka and aloo paratha. Kadai veg tasted fresh and tasty. We just loved the aloo paratha. Loved it so much that we repeated the order 5 times. The stuffing was just perfect and served hot enough to melt in your mouth. The service was quick enough inspite of all tables being occupied.

Taste - I tasted the following items :
Bhindi fry - This is a must try item here. Best bhindi fries I've eaten in a long time. It's crisp and crunchy.
Paneer bhurji - Was freshly made with loads of paneer. They customized the spice level according to our preferences.
Roti - Phulkas are comparatively bigger in size but charging Rs. 15 per phulka is a little bit on the higher end I feel. Also, a person has to order a minimum of 3 phulkas which becomes a lot for a single person to finish.
They do not provide any sabji for half plate. Again, this becomes more for a single person.
So order roti and sabji only when you have company.
A lot many people were ordering Biryani. That's surely an item that I wish to try some other day.
The food was tasty and also available at pocket friendly prices. We ordered for 7 people and it only cost us âš600! The veg kolhapuri wasnât very spicy though. But nevertheless every dish ordered was tasty. Definitely recommend eating here.
This is a small restaurant which is located in the basement of the building.... It's been there from long time... Good place to try authentic Punjabi food in banshankari area. The lunch time is only crowded with nearby college students.. I like their kadai paneer and phulkas. The lassi is also a must try here.
Visited this place for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, quite a small place but always crowded! We ordered the paneer butter masala, bhindi fry, alu kulcha, phulkas, boondi raita and lassi :)
Quantity - More than sufficient for two people!
Taste - the food was delicious! The paneer wasnât sweet like how it is in other places, it was good and went really well with the alu kulcha and the onions they serve! The boondi raita was super fresh, loved it!
Price - All of this was just Rs 460/- which in my opinion is great considering I was super stuffed after eating all that!

Been here for the lunch with my family. Turned out to be an awesome experience.
Ordered Lajawab paneer, bhendi fry with lassi for a start. The paneer was soft and the spices were just right. Bhendi fry was crispy and tasted awesome. Lassi is something that reminds me of North India. Though a bit on the sweet side, it was relishing.
For the main course, Naan Kulcha with paneer butter masala were ordered. The naan/ Kulcha was soft and did not turn rubbery until we finished as is the case at some places. The panner butter masala was a bit sweet but went well with the bread.
Overall everyone liked the lunch. The renovated interiors are a welcome change and the soothing bhajans that is played in the background soothes you. I would recommend this place for a wholesome family experience.

Visited again. This time we ordered masala papad, bhendi fry and paneer burji for a start. Lassi to wash down. Hariyali paneer and corn butter masala to accompany butter naan, butter kulcha, onion parantha and stuffed parantha for main course. As usual, nothing disappointed nor felt out of comfort. The bhendi fry was crispy, paneer succulent. The paranthas were from wheat and had authentic taste. Only disappointment was one kulcha which was thin at the center and bit chewy at the side.
I will recommend this restaurant for a quick bite, light on the pocket.
Taste is good but can be better as curry was little watery with extra tomato puree. Roti was awesome but kulcha was not that great. Demand is very high which causes delay in service.

Our favorite place for dinner when we wanna eat yummy punjabi food and not splurge too much of cash. A small eatery with not more than 10-12 tables caters to the quality of food not fancy decor. The place looks a bit shabby and not too hygienic but trust me we have eaten here a dozen of times and not once have we fallen sick. Its situated near the bms college hostels, so a lot of student crowd is seen during evenings. To top it is pure vegetarian! They have a simple 2 page menu, with a list of curries, parathas and rice and lassi. The Sardarji who owns this place can be often seen passionately doing his job.
Our standard order is masala papad, masala bhindi which are deep fried ladies finger with their special masala. It's a dry item hence can be had as a starter. The paneer butter masala with butter kulcha is ideal. Baingan ka bharta alu paratha is another favorite. The service is quick and they serve onion with this spicy pudina chutney along with the food which is mind blowing. We have parceled food many a times too. Recommend people of this area to try this place for simple and delicious food.

Ambience - It is a very plain, simple and small place, they have not put any effort in the interiors. It can accommodate about 50 people, it gets really crowded during lunch and dinner time.
Service - The staff is very attentive, prompt and quick on their feet. If you want some modification in a dish then they listen to it and make it that way to the point!

We ordered Aloo Paratha, Phulka, Sweet Lassi, Masala Papad, Bhindi Masala , Panneer Butter Masala and Vegetable Biryani. Bhindi Masala was the highlight of all and was made excellently deliciousđPanner butter masala was good toođ Did not like aloo Paratha because I have had better, the filling was too much and not pressed well. Lassi and Masala Papad đ Vegetable Biryani was definitely not biryani but fried rice but a good one.
I wish the place can maintain a bit more hygenic and cleaniness.

A place which comes in handy after a bad menu in the hostel mess, so we get a punjabi vibe when we go to this restaurant and have a feeling of a placing an order speaking hindi. I ordered Alu gobhi and phulkas when i first went here and it wasnt that bad too , the phulkas were pretty fresh and gobhi though was quite oily, i have observed that they add oil to other sabjis aswell as my next order was kadai paneer. So i dont feel like visting this restaurant frequently if all the sabjis taste same, I totally recommend their naan, roti and other breads although its a bit overpriced but quality food for the price.
The best place if you want to eat aloo parathas. The food quality is high. Taste is wonderful. The service is quick and courteous. The place is crowded in the weekends. Make sure you reach a little early to get a seat for yourself. Don't miss haryali paneer with aloo parata.

It's a simple restaurant that serves vegetarian Punjabi food. I quite don't understand why ambience and fancy decors is always a necessity for a restaurant to be rated a 4+. The first time I visited this place, I absolutely fell in love with the food. A simple 4 pages menu. Curries, Indian breads, Rice and Lassi. I've never spent more than 200 bucks for a stomach full, here. Every curry tastes delicious. The service is so quick. And the food is so delicious! The food isn't harsh on your stomach, quite homely, so one can rely on eating here often.
Simply superb food. Do not miss the parathas and some super spicy gravies. A treat for vegetarians. Also heard that lassi is great . Will try it next time
Its been long time since I've been here. Just dropped by yesterday and what a change... They have come a long way.
There is no Ambience per se. Just a small place which hardly accommodate 30 people. The place is not that tidy. It's mainly because of the kitchen being right at the Centre of the restaurant.
Service is average. Staff keep moving swiftly from table to table but never miss a order.
Food is yummy.. The quantity and the taste, both were good. Menu does not have much options but it is good enough for a good North Indian meal.
You are hungry and happen to pass by this place, just stop by to have some good North Indian food.

This place is behind BMS College hostel. As a group of three, we ordered some paneer gravy and a veg kadai with rotis. Loved the curries and the rotis were great.The place was fully occupied and there were a couple of small groups waiting outside for a table at lunch hour. The place didn't boast of a fancy environment but it was clean nonetheless. The lunch cost us 150 each. I would definitely go back to this place.

Hidden on a one way street behind the BMS college hostel, is this golden place. With 2 big Punjabi guys sitting at the counter, youd think this is some authentic Punjabi food. You'd be right. The food here is extremely tasty, very pocket friendly at 90rs a curry. Ambience is very poor, and we happened to find a cockroach on the table. WAYY before our food arrived. If it wasn't for the cockroach, I would've probably given this a 4.5 rating.

Best Roti I had in entire banglore. They make the best curries đ¤¤đ¤¤. The dry items are mind blowing. Recently i tried panner bhurji, it tasted exactly like egg bhurji. One of the best restaurants you will find in the city . Must visit place. Lassi is also very nice. When you taste there curry you feel happy as they are well balanced with spice. Avoid visiting during holidays or weekends as it is very crowded, visit during week days within 9 to taste bindi fry ( best dish to try ) .

The Food was Excellent, I just love their Roti's, Paratha's, Kulcha's. Their Punjabi dishes too very very good, their Lassi, Wow. Quality food, Prompt service, Ambience not so welcoming, the tables are so close we hear loud conversation, our people yet to learn how to converse, so many loud mouths. We have to adjust, no other go.
Mini Punjabi Dhaba restaurant gives the authentic Punjabi flavour, we tried Aloo kulcha, Butter kulcha, Butter phulka and panner kheema it was awesome. Sweet lassi was also super and masala papad was ok ok. We visited on 31st Dec, it was over crowded. It took 15 min to get our table and food was served in another 20 minutes.

Mini Punjabi Dhaba is located in Banshankari. The outlet is on the ground floor of the building. The seating consists of sofa and chairs with tables. The walls are beautifully decorated.
We ordered the Aloo Jeera, Kadai Paneer, Gobi Paratha and Butter roti. The Aloo Jeera had a lot of jeera and was mild in taste. The Kadai Paneer was made with onions and capsicum. But the real deal was the Gobi Paratha. The flavors were amazing, one of the best Gobi Paratha in Bengaluru. The butter roti were decent.

For one person there's no option of having 2 or more dishes. He's forced to order one curry and roti or parota or pulka, etc. No option of having dhal and paneer subji or veg curry. Rotis are excellent and all their dishes are good.
