St. Francis Xavier's Cathedral in Bangalore is a stunning architectural masterpiece, blending Gothic and Romanesque styles. The grand facade adorned with intricate detailing and ornate spires captivates the eye, while its interior exudes a sense of tranquility with its graceful arches, colorful stained glass windows, and a soaring nave that inspires awe. This sacred space stands as a testament to both religious devotion and timeless craftsmanship, creating a serene sanctuary in the heart of the bustling city. Visited the Church on Christmas and had a really great and peaceful time there :)
St. Francis Xavier's Cathedral is the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Bangalore. The first church of St. Francis Xavier was constructed in 1851 by French missionaries . The new church was inaugurated on 26 May 1932, which would become a cathedral in 1940. The cathedral's large compound has three schools: St. Aloysius', St. Anthony's and St. Rock's. There is also a Shrine dedicated to St. Anthony. Beautifully constructed in an extremely beautiful & peaceful locality and has very large area for parking. We attended the Sunday 0945 AM english mass and it was a wonderful experience.
One of the most popular churches in Bangalore. Been visiting this church from many years and it's been a very good experience soo far. The dome structure of the church and the way its built gives that old time Cathedral look which will look good for photos.
A beautiful ancient Cathedral & I have been here during Christmas & absolutely love this place .
Going to a church for pray gives an immense joy & peace from within.
Ample parking available here .
A beautiful structure and the chruch is a must see premises in Benagaluru. Tourist can also visit this premises. There is ample parking around the Church building. However please organise your visits during Chruch mass schedules and occasions as the crowds are massive and finding a parking can be a hassle.
The Church is one of the many beautiful landmarks of Bengaluru amongst other religious places to visit.

I went with my friends on Christmas eve. There was some people who were praying. It was very calm place and if you are searching for yourself or any answer come and sit in prayer hall. It’s wonderful feeling. I comes from Hindu religion so I don’t know any rituals to do in Church. It was my first time when I went to a church. But it was good.
If you are hurt or sad you should come alone and sit in the prayer hall.

Amazing place for worship and peace. I visited this church on 25th Dec 2019 and feeling haapy as I could see this historical place. The building is amazing and doesn't feel like old one. You can go inside and pray there. The hall has the default praying tables as you see in movies and ancient church. One more this, if you are visiting this place you should not be worried as this church has ample parking space.
Must visit place :)
