This outlet is situated opposite to Brigade Millennium. The review is for a take away. Packaging was OK. Staff was polite. The dining area was quite small . Takeaways or delivery looked like a better option.
Had ordered for Hungry Bird Burger and Cheesy Chicken Shots . Burger patty was flavourful and bun was soft. Cheesy Chicken Shots had oodles of cheese filling inside Chicken balls and tasted quite good.
Overall, was quite satisfied with my order .It was completely VFM. Would definitely want to try out more options.

Ordered online ... best quality even after traveling up to 5-7 kms! After a long time having good chicken ! And even the delivery was prompt on time !
A good alternative to KFC. They offer some good fried crispy chicken and burgers. I personally am annoyed with the burgers though. Mind you, there is no proper seating at this particular place and I think the rest are very similar too.
A fast food joint, the place offers burgers and fries for vegetarians and a lot more for chicken lovers. They are known for their bucket chicken and burgers. The staffs are helpful and courteous. Found the service a little slow. Could have been better.!
Not super fast but definitely not super slow service. Well served and good food. Mostly crowded with college or school kids. Ery reasonable and good meal options for 1 person as well.
I was quite hesitant to go this place when they had just started.. But, I did try to see what they have to offer.. It gave me another options for being a regular KFC goer.. I love their hot n smokey, crunchy masala chicken and tastes goodThey do not have a spacious place for a eat out and its better to take a parcel..
I have been to this place many time. My personal favorite is hot and smoky chicken. You would love it too if you love spicy food. The people there a friendly. Its a small outlet with two or three tables.

I've been to this outlet a few times now. The shop keeper is super courteous and that's my incentive to pick this one over the other 5 star chickens around.
What I love the most is...the option of picking the chicken piece of your choice and good service. Taste is consistent, flavours are nice, they have seating, and prices are reasonable.
These guys are located bang next to KFC and I think they're giving them a hard time.
I remember back in 2013...I was skeptic about them. I felt it was a KFC knockoff. Today people have a lot of options for broasted chicken and in my opinion, Five Star Chicken is probably one of the best.
The menu is simple...but they keep their best to keep up with the times and the competition. I'm super satisfied with these guys and especially this branch. I've had experiences at Five Star where the taste the oil was a little over powering. I will definitely visit this one again.
When you have a craving for broasted chicken/fast food to go with your movies and coke...this will be my first option. My only suggestion would be...in the wraps and the burgers...while the option of serving capsicum is good, lettuce is seriously missed. There is a distinct flavour of juices in the stem of the lettuce, which goes amazingly well with fried chicken...especially the broasted kind.
and I saw a review in favour of KFC. I practically grew up eating KFC. I was raised in the middle east where as a expat...in the late 70s and early 80s....KFC was one of the few eat out options. Ive seen the time when there was only the classic variety, followed by the spicy one. I've tried out a lot of KFCs in different locations world wide and somehow, their experience is not consistent. Chicken piece sizes are not consistent. Different outlets receive a sort of step-motherly treatment. The quality of the bun is poor. I've seen better buns served at the small bakeries strewn all across the city. Also...at KFC, I pay almost 20 - maybe even many many percent more and having a very well refined taste bud...its not worth the money. I'm not arguing that broasted chicken is the healthiest thing to eat...but then...at a time when there are so many people out there who can replicate your business model...Five Star Chicken does a damn good job of making people feel that their money was well spent.
Five Star Team...I always considered myself a beef person...but you guys have changed my perspective. Will definitely come back for more :)

I this it can give a very good competition to KFC (they have newly opened outlet very close to this outlet) because of their good fried chicken and resonable pricing. what i like about this place is that you can select the broasted chicken piece by yourself and ask for a fresher piece if you don't like what is being offered. For me Crunchy masala verity is very good compared to Thai chicken.
So all in all, Value for money.

I think this franchise is a good competitor for KFC. This place is located bang opposite to Brigade Millenium. As there is no KFC in my area, this guy is doing pretty well. The place is very small with 2 tables and chairs. Its more like a takeaway counter, however there are tables you can use to sit and eat.
Coming to the food you have 3 varieties of Chicken available. The Crunchy Masala, Thai Crispy and the Hot and Smokey Chicken, I have been a fan of Thai Crispy. However Crunchy Masala is pretty decent too. If you are a fan of Spicy food, then Hot and Smokey is for you, though the name doesn't justify the spice. Medium spiced sure with go with all pallets.
Other options available are the Chicken Nuggets a piece of 3, chicken fingers (3 pieces), tried nuggets which are ok, not in comparison with the fresh fried chicken. There are no options for vegetarians which is a big blow and thats where KFC beats the lot and makes itself more popular. Pepsi in the form of mobile version you will find in the fridge. No vending machine available.
The prices of the chicken are good and you get a piece starting at Rs 42/- unlike KFC which charges you way more! As it is more afffordable and decent to taste,I see people hail to five star. So do I :) Now with KFC cropping up on the same road 2 shops next, should see how this place with perform.
A 3.3 rating should suffice, I round it off to 3.5.

Good place for chicken lovers.... great on taste, easy on pocket...
It can barely be called a restaurant, but they do have great fried chicken. Runs mostly on take-aways I guess. The chicken popcorn is the go-to item and u actually get in a better packing than KFC.
With just two small tables, it allows for a quick stopover if u need, but, from r those around, get it packed.
Service must be improved. Almost always, the person at the billing counter looks clueless.
