Here you can purchase e-stamp papers for several requirements like Rental Agreement, small settlements. Also you can enquiry about Home buy and sell related queries. Present just below to a garment shop and not visible fully from outside road.
Had a Good experience, and got the registration completed in about 3 hours. The place was quite crowded and the staff worked in a non-ac room, still they were quite polite and helped us through.
Compare to Kerala rto how great the rto i visited within few minutes they have given service. I thank the officer who accommodated me with respect and done my work so fast.

Land Mark's are very easy to reach with cab's.
pay money and get the job done. 500 rs u official for encumberance certificate in an hour. else 400 for full day waiting. but you will get good service
Staffs are good with absolute transparent. as we did franking. but waiting took 1hr . need fan and proper seating would be appreciated.

Office is spacious and its very clean, you will have a place sit. Quite decent place compare to other kr puram office. Located on main road
