This is my family's go-to place for a weekend dinner (non-veg).
The ambience is quite relaxing and decent. There are seating areas in the open as well as in AC. I always prefer sitting outside.
The starters here are good. Spicy and delectable! I munch on them more than the main course which is tasty too. But the biryani is oksy-ish.
The service is neither too quick nor slow. Hence, no complaints about the staff and service.

Loved food and the taste. Ambiance was OK but food at large wins the show. Chicken items are to good. Sea food was like fish items are good enough
I've been going to this place for almost 7 years now. I love the andhra style dishes here. The biryani is a must try. Hunan chicken, Pudina chicken, egg chilly are a few favourites of mine

My parents wanted to have spicy chicken manchow soup and Kolhapuri chicken gravy. Instead of our usual delivery place, I ordered cautiously from here. Desperately wanted to eat tandoori chicken but decided to try it another time if the above mentioned items were as per expectations. And happily it was😀My mom is very particular about the taste and spice level. These items arrived at super speed courtesy Swiggy and were piping hot, fresh, delicious and sufficient quantity, we were happy about exploring another 'satisfactory to parents' delivery place. The manchow was just-right spicy with sufficient shreds of yummy chicken. The Kolhapuri gravy had a bit of pepper hot taste (to my dad) overall it was as per our expectations. The food came in a reusable 25 years anniversary Swathi bag. Looks like it is a popular place if it has survived 25 years in a predominantly vegetarian locality. Looking forward to trying out more chicken items from here😀😀

This place is a stone's throw away from my house,i usually get take away and ive also dined in the restaurant.The ambience is quite good and the smoking and the non smoking areas are separate it is usually crowded on weekends.Like other swathi restaurants the biriyani is good,other must try dishes include andhra style chilli chicken,lolipop,lemon chicken,in veg cuisine the paneer and mushroom dishes are quite good.

Ordered Veg Kolhapuri, Naan and chapathi. The delivery was prompt and the Veg Kolhapuri was delicious. Naan was a bit hard but ok, Chapathi was soft and good.. Satisfied
we were staying right across the road and this looked interesting....

the indoor space was dimly lit and not very warm, but it more than made up by some surprises
we ordered rum and hot water - and andhra meals -
and my fantasy - to eat rice and rasam and chutnies on a banana leaf along with a drink - oh wow
food was really yummy - the curries and chutnies were true andhra and the price was very reasonable
The best place to drink eat and have fun they got separate smoking areas outside in a garden like setup it's peaceful lot of greenery lives up to its name that way they even had happy hours before not so sure now try anything non veg here it's amazing

Ambiance - Good Ambiance especially at the night. This is a drinker's heaven and also they have perfect setup for family to dine.
Food - Classic Andhra taste and also the starters very good. North Indian dishes very good. Did not like the cocktails here.
Service - It is a very busy place and crowded so the service was just OK.

It's a Mangalorean style restaurant. Also serves Andhra style. Few waiters speak Tulu, I was quite astonished. Got that Hometown feeling going on. The ambiance is quite good. Best served hot Manchow soup, babycorn Manchurian, mushroom Manchurian, among other dishes. Must try Neer dosa and kori roti with some delish curry.

Been here many times but never gave a review. Well to start Ghee roast and biryani are a must. Cocktails and mocktails are not their specialty. So better avoid that.
Even though they have dishes for vegetarians I don't think that's sufficient for them.
Service was a too slow and coming to the ambiance it's okay cuz they have partitions like Ac hall and the garden area's.

Had went with few friends, many of them had non veg. I had veg food and overall quality was good, service was decent
I started with fruit punch, followed by all the Desserts on their menu (Gobi manchurian, Baby corn manchurian, Paneer and one more thing). Quantity was pretty good. Followed by main course and rice
They can give more options on Veg menu and do a little more bit with ambience else everything else is fine
I usually hangout here on weekends... Its quite relaxing with their ambience and retro Kannada songs... Food is pretty decent but I feel for the brand name it has created itself they are below par. 3 stars for food and 4 for the service and ambience.
This place is recommended for friends to Hangout weekend. they do have open area at the rear of the restaurant. weekend its crowded so try to be their early to select your place. they do have 2 private cabin kind for privacy or family. even they do have family area which is just near the entrance. Now coming to Food yes they do have menu which will satisfy your taste bud but there are few which leaves you with bad impression. Try there pudina chicken which is not in the menu its really good. kalmi kabab & tandoori chicken just has the usual what you get in other restaurant properly cooked. Anjal fish fry was really disappointing not really worth. cashew chicken average. Roti with hyderabadi chicken its of not great taste & their signature gravy was completely disappointing. Biryani is just similar to any Andra Restaurant but not great.

I will do anything for Andhra style Biriyani, that spicy rendition of Biriyani where your taste buds are a tingling and eyes watering with every bite. Give me Chicken Chilly (Nagarjuna style) and I will be your slave for life (well almost).
So it was that I found Swathi Greenland when I complained to dear family that I was tired of the same old, same old bland Biriyani (Dum or otherwise) that all the takeways restaurants in the area tried to palm off on us poor folks residing in Vijayanagar. My brother passing this way had savored the fare and insisted that we head to Swati when he heard me complaining again.
It helped that the restaurant was walking distance from our house. So one Sunday evening we decided to do the Biriyani trek and boy was it worth the walk.
While grandpa had Veg Andhra meals (worth mentioning since this was almost as good as Nagarjuna) we decided to have what else, the Chicken Biriyani. Accompanied by butter milk, sweet lime soda, thumbs up and 3 varieties of kebabs. While the kebabs (Sholay, Kshatriya and Gongura) were good the last was tangy.
The Biriyani lived up to my expectation. Spicy, fragrant with whole spices, chicken that fell off the bone, flavorful, good portion and made my eyes water with every mouthful in a happy, contended way.
Reasonable cost for this side of town, good service and the only place worth tasting Andhra Biriyani in that part of the city. So next time you are near Vijayanagar check this place out, it will be worth your while!!

Nice place. I like the outdoor ambience. The service is quick. Staff is friendly. Food is good. Just felt they added a lot of food color. They also serve liquor. Parking could be hard for 4 wheelers. Great slot to come with family and friends. They close around 4pm and open back at 6pm.
The ambience is pretty decent. The starters were very good. Especially all chicken starters(tawa chicken , sholay kabab) we top-notch. For the main course we tried mutton biryani which was average and cold. We ordered Anjal tawa fry and pomfret tawa fry but the fish quality was not up to the mark.

TUBORG Beer was fresh. The starters were all good. The finger chips was really good . Chilly Chicken was excellent ( even seeing the picture and thinking of it , I can now find the saliva in my mouth again , it's so tasty ) . Chicken lolly pop was good. The service was so quick and made our evening memorable . We finished off with Chicken Biryani .

The restaurant is very close to Magadi Road near Jai Muni Rao circle. Parking for two wheelers allowed on front of the restaurant but for cars we need to park in the by lanes .
The starters are just top-notch! The birryani won't be spicy, but ingredients are added proportionally to get good mild taste. My favorites are Chicken goan dry, prawns ghee roast, chicken raja dry and chilly chicken. And I love the Fruit Punch that we get here! Even in veg you get good pappu and rice with a little bit of ghee on top, which is also great.
