Not sure about why there has been a lot of negative reviews. I was very sceptical in going after seeing the reviews but my experience completely opposite to what has been shared by others. The executive named Mrs Sushmita Banerjee was really patient to explain me the product I was looking for and I was able to narrow down to a specific account really soon. I don't remember the name of the manager but he was also very sweet and welcoming in nature. My account opening was initiated and closed within half an hour and activated in few hours. I am writing this review just to spread awareness about the branch service. Folks do not go with the reviews and make a assumption. Do visit the branch.
Visited the branch for savings account debit freeze issue. Shushma madam was kind enough to listen to me patiently and gave solutions with minimalistic documentations. Appreciate the work of madam. She was kind with other customers too. Overall good experience to me
I visited branch for account opening the service was quick and staff is very polite and supportive.

🔘 if you are opening a premium account they response will be much better .
🔘from sales team Just need better presentation of all the products brochure that would help a lot instead only premium products

Very good service and staff is supportive.
Good service. Not very crowded. Staffs are proactive. Only issue is they keep on calling you to take credit card/loan etc.
