Need a treat for your eyes and your soul- head to EDGE, Bengaluru. EDGE undoubtedly has the best presentation when it comes to cocktails and drinks in Bangalore! I visited this place on a weekend and it was quite crowded. Located in Whitefield, this place boasts of a large area with two floors and has a very classy appeal and a vivid ambience. The lighting is quite great as well. Coming to the service, the waiters and staff members were quite helpful and friendly. They know how to handle the customers well and are very courteous. Apart from a few waiters, everyone was really good to us. Lastly, the food and the drinks were fabulous. I loved nearly all of the dishes and all of the drinks. Coming to the presentation, there's no match for EDGE. Not only the presentation, but also the taste of the food was quite great. I don't want to recommend any specific dishes because I'm sure whatever you order would be great. However, you can still ask the manager for the specials. In a nutshell, EDGE is one of the places in Bengaluru who impressed me a lot with their professionalism and their presentation. Kudos to the whole team of EDGE! A must try for everyone!

Edge newly opened restrobar at Whitefield, Visited on Saturday with bunch of friends for Lunch. Ambience is very pleasant they are spread into 2 floors. They have indoor and outdoor sitting options. They have a very good seating arrangements. You can make yourself comfortable however you wish. It is very good place to hanging out with friends and spend some quality time. Staff of the restaurant is very polite and humble. They help you with everything you need. You have a lots of options in the food menu as well as in bar. Some of the best items from their menu which we have tried as follows :- 🌟 Drinks : They serves different kind of cocktails🍸 and mocktails with beautiful presentation of each. 👉 Not So Sober 👉 Bowl Of Happiness 👉 Bowl Of Craziness 👉 Beer Mimosa 🌟 Starters : Before the main course we had very unique starters they were really spicy and mouthwatering. 👉 Litti Chokha 👉 Prawns Har Gow 👉 Basil Chicken Bao 👉 Kung Pao Chicken 👉 Togarashi Chicken Stick 🌟 Main course Just to complete our Dinner we ordered main course and it was were very tasty 😋 👉 Chicken Biryani And after that we had Blueberry cheesecake & Cherry Panna Cotta and it was really amazing. Another New Place That Too In Namma Whitefield, Edge Infusion Bar And Kitchen Has Some Crafty Cocktails That Are Not Just Their Signature But Touted To Be Bengaluru’s Only, if not among few which does an Infusion Cocktails, using the good old coffee brewing techniques that we love. They are extremely proud of their serveware which are handpicked for the theme of each cocktail and is unique in Bangalore. Can’t wait to hit this watering hole more often, to try their Signature Special Cocktails. But in this recent visit, I was bent over to focus on their delicious food & Mocktails. Started off with Mr. Herby a heady Mocktail with a Infusion Of Basil, Lychee, Lemon N Simple Syrup with a spring of clipped rosemary that just made it perfect for a warm afternoon in Bangalore. With every sip you get a whiff of the herb clipped to the glass, absolutely delicious. Edge Signature Mocktails Are Ad Good As Their Cocktails, The Delicious Looking Hibiscus Champagne Had The Perfect Punch On Colour & Flavour, with almost non existent Hibiscus Flavour, with light citrusy soda notes, perfect to say Cheers. The Loaded nachos was a perfect start to the array of appetisers which wanted to try out, followed by the Paneer Tikka stuffed with a mild infusion of honey peanut stuffing. The Vegetarian Siu Mai with a filling of spinach and corn, such a delicious steamed goodness. The grilled pineapple with Cinnamon was such a refreshing dish to the regular caramelised grilled pineapple, the cinnamon was a perfect addition to this amazing sweet sour pineapple chunk. With so much of starters, we decided to just finish off our main course by staring a flatbread & call it desserts. The Wild Mushroom sourdough Flatbread pizza with truffle oil was my personal favourite, absolutely love every bite of it. The dessert we chose was a decadent Belgian Chocolate Ganache Gateau which was absolute yummy, a perfect end to a perfect meal. I highly recommend this place for having such delicious and wide menu, and I loved everything that I tried and want to visit again to cover my favourites from their menu, soon.

Latest addition to the all popular pub culture in Namma Ooru and that too in Whitefield. @edgebengaluru is all set with a charming ambience and breathtaking view of the splendid Miraya Rose building, not to forget the lip smacking food and refreshing drinks. Spread over two floors, Edge offers indoor and outdoor seating options on both the floors and two fully functional bars quenching the thirst of the patrons. A trolley that supplies gin infused cocktails across the tables is definitely a unique concept. Apart from this, they are very soon going to offer "Bottoms Up" which will be a first in the city. Not just Whitefield residents, people across the city should not miss a chance to try out this new pub.

The Verdict! Location – The restaurant is located in Whitefield – Varthur Road – which is the hub for the migrated crowd of Bengaluru and houses people from all across the country. Perfect place for an infusion bar to be. Parking is not an issue and even visibility. Ambience – The interiors are carefully done with a chic and modern look which goes well with the kind of food they serve. It’s a multilevel restaurant with place to sit both inside and outside. An option for everyone. The bar counter is amazing as well! Staff – The staff tried their best to make every order fulfil in time. There were some positives – like they did explain the menu well but it took lot of time to grab their attention, getting food on time and just the overall finesse. But it’s not a deal breaker. Food – The food was awesome. I can’t complaint here. They had a good variety of dishes ranging from pan Asian to Rajasthani. Every dish had a unique twist to it. This makes the restaurant stand out from the other options available. Drinks – Huge collection and variety. The bar tenders are more than capable to handle a large crowd without compromising the quality. They do have some new drinks on the menu which everyone would be head over heels for.
