We recently dined at Fox in the Field in Bangalore, and it was a delightful experience! The ambiance is charming, creating a cozy atmosphere. The menu offered a variety of delicious dishes, and each one was a culinary delight.
The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The attention to detail in both service and presentation added a special touch to the overall visit. The restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients was evident in every bite.
Whether you're a food enthusiast or looking for a nice place to unwind, Fox in the Field is worth a visit. I had a great time and would highly recommend it for those seeking a memorable dining experience in Bangalore!"
The atmosphere here is good. We went for lunch. It was not packed and had ample seats available.
The top floor has good ventilation and breeze was nice. The food here is good. The service is exceptional.
I would suggest the cheesecake for dessert.
The beers are good. Personally wouldn't suggest the IPA.
We ate on terrace. Music n DJ was there. It was fun. Songs on demand. Food was good n bad both. Starter was tasty. Pizza n chicken biriyani was below average. Orange juice was from packed can. Overall experience was good though. Price is on higher side but there is value for money. Apart from taste of main items everything was fine.
One of the best party place I found in Whitefield Bangalore, hands down the food was really good, ambience is preety good... in all 4 different floors you'll get different vibe. They have a microbrewery so you can order their crafted beers aswell. All in all its a perfect place in Whitefield Bangalore.

Nestled amidst the tranquil embrace of nature, "Fox in the Field" offers a serene and refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. This enchanting retreat combines the allure of rustic charm with modern comforts, creating a unique experience that captures the essence of relaxation.
The surrounding landscape, with its rolling hills and lush greenery, sets the stage for a rejuvenating getaway. The property's well-maintained gardens and natural elements create an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to unwind and recharge.
The accommodations, while cozy and comfortable, exude a quaint countryside charm. They provide a welcoming haven for those seeking respite from the ordinary. The staff's warmth and hospitality contribute to a sense of belonging, making guests feel like they've found a second home.
However, it's important to note that, while the overall experience is delightful, some areas could benefit from additional attention. Maintenance in certain corners of the property could enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. Additionally, while the meals served are satisfying, there is room for culinary innovation to elevate the dining experience.
In summary, "Fox in the Field" earns a solid 4-star rating for its enchanting location, cozy accommodations, and genuine hospitality. It serves as a wonderful gateway to reconnect with nature and unwind. With a touch of refinement in certain aspects, it could easily become an even more charming destination for those seeking a tranquil retreat.

I was here with my team for team lunch. The place was empty when we reached and was able to order dishes quickly. The quality of food we ate was average, but service can be improved. The people who were serving food were not doing their job professionally. They lacked empathy and personal touch which is rare in india
We went for Monday night dinner here and had a great time here, went with our family friends. Its very spacious and accommodate huge crowd, divided in 3 floors.
We ordered veg food. Pasta n Thai veg curry were very well made. Food can be customised according to needs, as i hv a toddler so ordered all dishes with less spice.
Beer is good too.
Good experience, i will recommend this place.
Landed up here recently for a Sunday Brunch and the experience was nothing less than spectacular.
Spread across 4 floors, this microbrewery pub has a seating capacity of almost 600 people. They have a theatre bar for live screenings and events, a specific floor named Ponnuswamy dedicated for South Indian delicacies and the rooftop (my favourite) with indoor as well outdoor (covered) seating for Sunday Brunch.
Started in 2019, they had to shut down during Covid and they have come back with a bang almost a year back in 2022.
The hospitality and service was perfect. Staffs were courteous and attentive to the specific requests. Loved the vibe and ambiance of this place.
Coming to the spread, they had quite an extensive choice of food. Starting from varieties of Chaats & Golgappa, they had live Pasta, Pizza and Grilled Barbeque counters. Specific mention of the Pizza here, which was totally lip smacking with the best thin crust base.
The appetisers and main course were made to perfection. The taste was not compromised at all in any single item. Fish Tikka, Mutton Roghan Josh and Daal Makhani were my favourites. The deserts were well made - loved the Shahi Tukda and Kheer.
Not to forget, the drinks were amazing. Had two customised Mocktails. They were just too good.
Overall, it’s an amazing place to go out with your family, friends and relish some good food and drinks.
Happy EATING!
Had been for dinner. That was totally worth. They have different seating options. Indoor, terrace , theatre room and outdoor seating. They brew their own beer. Everything was perfect
We had a great time here : fantastic food, a wide selection of beers, and the cricket-themed bar was a total hit! Highly recommend for sports fans and foodies alike.
**Update at the end**
Came here for a date with my husband. Their Sunday brunch interested me and their a la carte interested my husband. We went to this place with high expectations after hearing so much about it. However, to our blatant disappointment the staff at the entrance behaved badly with us which brought a bitter taste to the experience. They said that because they don't serve a la carte on the same level as the brunch was served, we couldn't get a table together. It was very disappointing to hear that the only way we could have eaten at this place was to eat on completely separate floors, let alone separate tables. When we asked if anything could be done to accommodate us as we were quite excited to try the food here, the person (the man who seemed like the manager and was at the entrance of the restaurant) didn't even bother looking at us or addressing us directly. He just looked at his colleague (a women hostess) and shook his head. That's all, no explanation, no accommodation and definitely no hospitality and customer service. They just turned away and began looking elsewhere rather than address us. It was very humiliating and just depressing to have experienced this. Especially when we had arrived with such high hopes. Just because we had different food preferences, we weren't allowed to sit together, not even on the same floor. I've been to and written about many many restaurants, but I've never faced this level of blatant ignorance. If any one from Fox in the Field is reading this, my rating is for this first experience I've had with your restaurant. If I convince myself to ever go there again, my second review will reflect my experience then. Hopefully you will hire people who won't push your customers to dine at Toscano instead. Atleast when we entered Toscano the entire staff made us feel welcome. Please do take action and try to solve a problem (as is expected from a hospitable restaurant) rather than take the easy route and shoo your customers away.
**UPDATE**
A big shout out to someone at Fox in the field for reading my review and pushing the team to rectify the situation. We got a call from the restaurant apologising for our bad experience the first time and inviting us to visit again. Although a bit reluctant, we went (because like mentioned previously, we'd heard good things about the place and were excited to try out the experience). This time it was a Tuesday evening, so no brunch to separate us. We were shown a nice table on the rooftop and were attended to very well by Shiva and Shubho. The General manager Vivek was instrumental in overseeing our experience and ensuring that it was good. I can now tell you, it was Very Good. We had amazing cocktails and a hearty meal. Our first round of cocktails was improvised by the team at the bar counter. They requested for our choice of base and came up with a drink similar to the Cosmopolitan. It was good and the second round that followed was even better. The Tandoori Jhinga was on point and our favourite of the day followed closely by the grilled chicken breast. The mashed potatoes were to die for and the chicken was perfectly cooked. All in all, we had a wonderful evening and all thanks to the superb team at Fox in the field. Hoping to return here for the Sunday brunch again. Thank you team and kudos to your response!! 🙌🙏

A great place for a hang out with friends & family. Reasonable Pricing on cocktails and food is very tasty!! We tried thai basil chilli fish and butter garlic prawns along with french fries. They have a wide variety of cocktails too!
However, the service can be a bit better!
We went here on a Saturday for what should have been a bustling night but except for the fourth floor which is their Amphitheater one - the other floors including rooftop (they have 2nd to 5th floor) were scarcely occupied.
They have a good dimly lit zippy vibe going - the usual at any brewery. Their hostess at rooftop was really polite and guided us to good seats at the Amphitheatre floor (needed to point it out as hospitality is dying at most of these places).
They were displaying India Pak cricket match (‘23 ODI World Cup) so the crowd was extra spirited.
Food and drinks in short were really good. We ordered Tandoori Prawns which was unexpectedly delicious, Paneer tikka rolls which was stuffed in spinach and nuts was tender and was matching really well with our drinks. We also took their Thai Spring rolls to pair with their beer sample tray- their dipping sauce was a little too sweet however the rolls were crispy and not too oily. Good thing we ordered their sample beer tray as we didn’t like any of their craft beers much.
The service was abysmally slow so it would be best if you make all of your order in one go. They should really work on their service staff to be more attentive- they served us food and brought our drinks 20mins later!
Overall the environment and food made up for most things that lacked. Definitely should give it a try.
PS- India won.
Food is good.
They have all cousines. We ordered Tawa Chicken, wheat Porota, Kozi Kolambu from Ponnuswamy, it was good.
Hot and sour chicken soup was awesome.
I felt this place is better than food court in Nexus Shantiniketan
