While I appreciate the ambiance and top-notch service at this pizza joint, I must confess that the taste doesn't quite reach the peak of authenticity I've experienced in other places. The prices may flirt with the higher side, but it's the enchanting atmosphere that truly steals the show, wrapping the entire experience in a sense of luxury. Despite my search for that genuine pizza flavor, the lavish surroundings and impeccable service manage to carve a unique place in my heart.
The atmosphere is actually really very nice, ample amount of seating, the pizzas are like 3.5/5 to 4/5 max. Oh but I think the mocktails/drinks could have been much more better with more options. I feel it needs an improvement for real. Apart from that It was pretty neat!
Sunday breakfast. The royale salmon poached eggs were delicious, but took ages to turn up and were not particularly filling. Very tasty though! The grilled cheese was absolutely delightful, and would definitely have again. They use top quality ingredients and this shows in the final outcome of their dishes Their pizzas need no introduction of course. I was a bit disappointed that their absolutely spectacular ham and cheese sandwich was no longer on the menu. Please bring it back!

TLDR: The vegan pizza is amazing! Kudos to the chef for creating this recipe where the vegan cheese is just amazing! Very flavourful!!
Reducing 1 star because there is a waitress to whom I was asking some questions about the menu regarding the vegan items and I could see visibly how frustrated, uninterested she came across. She herself volunteered to check with the chef but while leaving she sighs at me! Incredibly rude. Just because I came as a single person you can't disrespect like that.
**Vegan cheeses are of two types** (Explained by Chef)
Mozarella: Cashew, nutritional yeast and tapioca starch based
Feta: Tofu based
They can customise the pizza according to our liking but be sure you specify things clearly!!
I have ordered "The Anna Pizza" with an add on of mushrooms.
Another pet peeve the wooden tables are not clean they are a tad bit greasy. A good deep clean should help. (Shifted the table and it's good.)
I have asked to speak with the manager after finishing the food. She says manager is not around.

They say that their Pizza's are Charred & not Burnt... And they mean it 💯. It tastes soo Good that you won't feel like having any other Pizza. It qualifies to be rated as the best Italian Pizza in B'lore. What I remember seeing in a YouTube video is that the Founder Mr Anirudh has taken training in Italy to learn how to make the best Italian Pizza.

Ambience - 💯. Rating the Ambience of this place won't make a Justice. Visit & you will know what I mean to say.
We just fell in love with the ambience there. It was full of creepers in an open space all over the head. Food was so fresh that it just melts. Same day made dough, natural oven to bake makes one feel happy to eat. Cheese cake just melts in your mouth like magic. However the variety can be lacking a bit IMO. Overall a great place to be. Do not forget to grab the sourbread they sell there. So fresh and fluffy if you know how to make sandwiches at home.
Amazing place. We ordered the OG pizza which had pepperoni and bacon. The pizza was fresh and the cheese is really good quality. A little pricy but good portion and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.
They're known for serving the best pizzas in Bangalore but nearly every other item in the menu is worth trying at least once.
If you love coffee and ice cream - their affogato is a must try!
Very good place to chill, relax, meet friends along with some good food and good ambience. Really liked the detailing of each thing around as well as food. I guess it will be a really nice place during rainy season. You can eat the pizza in the outdoors where there is greenery. There was only one good veg options and so we were experimenting with garlic breads and really liked the garlic bread more.
I cant express my love for this place in words. The place has fantastic pizzas to offer. We ordered a couple of pizzas and were absolutely in awe with this place. It allows pets as well. You can try all pizzas as we tried garlic breads and shakes and everything was superb, thus i expect everything to be superb here. Cheers !!
Nice ambience.. very spacious compared to the Church Street one. Pizzas were good but felt there was too much tomato sauce in the one that we ordered.
Totally in love with Brik Oven n it's offerings. Almost all made in house with love and care by Chef Suby and his team. The pizzas are amazing, the starters kickass and the so called sedderts are to die for....
Great Pizzas. Freshly baked pizzas. They serve no onion no garlic pizza as well.

My favourite pizza would be The white fungi - a very creamy mushroom pizza.
Their pizzas are always perfect and love the ambience of this place.
Check out their breakfast menu (which changes), they are delicious as well.
This place has a very nice ambience, with equal distribution of concrete & greens. I must say, I really liked the interiors.
The food, I had just ordered a piece of cake & a basic drink. It was great. I'm sure the other items in the menu would be delicious too.
The staffs also have been very warm-welcoming & friendly.
Would definitely visit here again.
