Visited Karnatic restaurant in JPNagar yesterday (July 2023). Really impressed with the food and service offered here. We had non-veg thali along with chicken biriyani. The Thali comprised of small portions of paratha, dosa, chicken biriyani, steamed rice , curd rice, chicken curry, mutton curry, fish fry, egg, sambar, rasam, dal, butter milk, chips and sweets- obattu and Kesari. The menu consists of food from all the southern states and the preparation is very tasty. The service is also to be commented on: everything was served with surgical precision in a very pleasant manner. We visited during lunch hours on a week day. They informed that during week ends, they serve unlimited biriyani combo which sounded very impressive- will be trying it soon. Valet parking is available. Some repair work was going on at the front- so entrance to the building was not very impressive. But the decor inside the restaurant is very nice.

If you are a fan of hearty Elai-saapaadu or plantain leaf meals, then head here. The concept is a bit of everything South Indian so nice to see a fair variety from different cuisines. Items are quite a lot for an average eater, so better skip breakfast! And that's not all, they also have an interesting Beeryani concept where they serve Beer with Biryani. Yup, alcohol is available here too. Ample space, there's a party hall - cum-additional dining space too. Quite pleasant to dine here, esp in this weather. My favourite in the Dravida Bhojanam were the Parotta-Veg Kuruma, Obbattu (with ghee of course), Balekkai Bajji served hot, Rasam and Curry leaves saatham

Artsy retreat !! Creatively done up ambience with a collection of amazing paintings. This place is aesthetically pleasing and the ambience is lovely. The whole vibe of this place is very relaxing and chill. It can accommodate a good number of people. The setting is really cozy with ample seating spaces. I like everything about the place from entrance, ambience, food, service. This place serves South Indian delicacies along with freshly brewed beer and cocktails !! The food quality is just top notch. The vibe fits all groups, family, kids, friends, couples or solos. Coming to the food....I tried my favorites : *Panakam *Buttermilk *Mocktails *Mushroom Karibevu *Baby Corn Jaribevu, *Veg Biryani *Obbattu *Coconut Mousse. I must say each and every dish tasted legit great. The crunchy Mushroom Karibevu and Baby Corn Karibevu were totally lipsmacking.... literally woke up my tastebuds. Veg Biryani was pleasing and the distinct smell lingers around on the palate. Served hot and fresh. After eating this hefty food, wanted something to refresh and ordered the coconut Mousse and oh boyyy it was just AH-MAZING...my taste buds got flabbergasted. A special shout-out to the staff.... right from greeting guests on arrival to serving food on time even amidst a weekday crowd, they did a fantastic job. A MUST visit place when in Bangalore.

Went to karnatic for their amazing BEERYANI Festival 2.0 and it is a must try. They Have over 8 different Biryani from karnatic region. Along with their biryani their starters were also sooo gooood. My friend and i liked the ambur biryani, talakapatty biryani, mushroom biryani. Their coconut mossue was out of the world. It is a must try in their menu. Would advice you not to take their Mocktails as it was a bit under. A good place to hang out family and friends and best place to biryani lovers!!It's a a heaven

Visited with my friend. The authentic flavour of the food is maintained. The prices are reasonable. The portion sizes are sufficient and filling. I tried the mutton biryani and veg thali. The veg thali was awesome, it came with a lot of dishes and i loved everything. Definitely visiting again with family and friends. Food - 10/10 Atmosphere - 9/10 Cleanliness - 8/10 Service - 7/10 There was a bit of lag in service, i had asked them to get a dish after I finished my thali. I think they forgot and got the bill.

Karnatic blr serves authentic Dravida Bhojanam. Ancient indian civilization was dominated by two clans- the Dravidians and the Aryans. The majority of the Dravidian population lived in the southern part of the country. As its name implies, Karnatic represents a blend of cultures from all the south states. This thali contains items that represent all the traditional flavours of Dravidian cuisine - Sweet, pungent. Bitter, salt, sour, and Astringent. It is one of the largest south indian thalis available, and they are offering it at an unbelievable price. It consists of more than 40 items in their thali including pickles, pachadi and papad. Their vegetarian thali is for ₹299 unlimited, and non vegetarian thali is for ₹399. ✴️Loved their thali's each and every dishes. ✴️ Service was too good. ✴️Worth the money . Do visit their outlet at j.p Nagar and church street Bangalore.

One of the best place to experience South Indian dishes . They take little longer time to serve , but taste wise - worth the wait . If you are a non-veg lover you’ll definitely love this place .

I'm a huge Biryani lover so I had to visit this place. This place was suggested by one of my friend and luckily it was Biriyani festival when I visited. Coming straight to the point, there were total 7 types of Biryanis in a platter and all were just amazing. My personal favourite was Guntur Biryani(spicy). Price was reasonable and quality was topnotch. Coming on to beer, they had 3 beers out of which I loved blond and finally in desserts, coconut moose was their speciality and it was superb. Altogether, my experience here was pretty good and delightful. If you're in Bangalore and want to try all south Indian biryani then this is the place for you!! Highly recommended for family and friends
