We were planning to go for one of the regular Toscano outlets, but we didn’t know that this was a unit of Toscano, and the name suggests, “Collage” as in Multi cuisine instead of just Italian. They also serve Asian and Indian, only after we saw the menu is when we realised they also serve Biryani. 😁😂
But, the interiors is well done just like any other Toscano outlets, painted in Red, while the actual outlets are in Green. They have the usual blankets of wine bottles placed everywhere, some have discounts. Loved the ambience.
We were in the mood of some Italian cuisine so we ordered in the Garlic bread, a pizza and a spaghetti. I was a little sceptical post realising that this is a Multi cuisine and a unit of Toscano (and not the actual outlet), but our surprise the food was excellent. Pasta tasted great, garlic bread was fresh and we also tried a Pizza, although it had relatively very less toppings (May be not right choice), but all of them tasted great.
They also had Asian food like the Noodle and Rice bowls, so we also ordered one Manchurian Rice bowl and that tasted good too. I guess their idea is to have Wine not just with Italian food I guess, should be able to have it with other cuisines as well.
Overall, good food, good ambience, quick and humble service.

Toscano Restaurant & Wine Bar is a casual-dining Italian restaurant chain. Fusing the best of old and new world Italian cuisine, Collage by Toscano offers an eclectic menu from gourmet pizzas to multi-course dinners. Collage by Toscano has a very comforting yet vibrant atmosphere. It is a lovely place to meet up with family or friends. The cold coffee, agua fresca and the cookies and creme milkshake tasted awesome. Though the garlic bread wasn't as good as expected, the spicy chicken tandoori tikka pizza more than made up for it. To visitors, I would recommend trying some of the wide variety of Italian dishes. Collage by Toscano also ordered a tiramisu cake for a friend's birthday as per their request. The cake was one of the best I've ever tasted.
It's a great place. Have enough seating. Can call them prior and book. Dinner time they provide candle light, however due to inner lighting exact candle light ambience will not get. Service is good. They do have varieties of food, drinks and wine. Tried their starters, salad, beef steak and lasagna. All were good. Loved the ambience and overall experience. All together came approx to Rs 2400. As it's inside the mall. Parking will be paid.
Excellent place to checkout, sitting on prime location Collage by Toscano gives you fine dining experience with modern interior (great for Instagram). Wide selection of wines and variety in menu was highlight. Personally I am not huge fan of Italian cuisine but they have options for Indian, Chinese, tandoori which is great. Dessert menu was impressive too with Creme Brulee, Mango Panna Cotta and Tiramisu. Staff is brilliant but service was bit slow considering place was not busy . Food presentation and portfolio size was good.
This place was not at all crowded when we visited on a weekend. So we were able to have a quite awesome lunch here and the food was very tasty. We had chicken nuggets which turned out to have a very different taste than the normal nuggets we have. And we had the grilled chicken breast with basil sauce if i am not wrong which was again very tasty. The chicken was very nicely cooked and the mashed potato was to die for ❤️. We also had 2 wine cocktails out of which the watermelon mint sangria turned out to be quite the show stopper. The watermelon pieces soaked in red wine were very good to have at the end of the meal. Definitely going to visit more.
Today, I visited this place for the first time, even though I have been to Forum Mall a hundred times before. I really loved the ambience here and the comfy seating. We tried two pizzas and both were delicious! The veg wonton soup was also really good. I already have plans to come back and try more dishes from their menu, as I could see a lot of interesting ones there. 5 stars for amazing pizzas.
Nice ambiance.. cozy.. a bit small I guess but feels quite comfortable.. the staff is very polite and helpful .. the food is very good.. we had pizza and feta salad.. bit we really good.. the sorodough also comes through nicely and the crust of pizza is great.. the Thai curry is also good.. only thing Jasmine rice that comes with the Thai curry seems a bit less.. overall though very good experience

Food is very good. It has a pleasant ambiance. Service is also good. We tried Dragon veg rolls, Fresh farm Pizza and cheese cake. All are very good.
We are visiting this place from many years. The changed brand of collage offers much more variety across the cuisines. We love our family time here where everyone has options to choose and believe me all the dishes are equally good. Somehow, my wife and I love North Indian cuisine here which we rarely do otherwise. Kids love Italian here and of course the top of the all their tiramisu. Their staff is very virtuous and especially Kundan who always treats us with welcoming smile.
The food was very delicious. We ordered Collage special Ceaser salad, Korean style chicken,pesto chicken and mushroom pizza,Hot chocolate and an espresso.

It is a restaurant with good ambience. It has craft wine and good food. The hospitality offered was also nice. Although I personally felt that the Air-conditioning temperature could be a little more. Nevertheless had a good experience.
Great ambience. Friendly staff. Good service. Food quality and taste are good. Reasonable service time. With dineout, it's good value for money as well. The mushroom soup we ordered wasn't what we expected it to be, the staff anticipated and changed it immediately. The paneer butter masala had a more different taste from other resturants, but was nice. The seats weren't super comfortable, as we were sitting on couch. We couldn't taste beverages this time. The quantity of salad could be a bit more. The restaurant is really spacious and had hand wash within the restaurant. Nice place overall to try out good quality food and service.
Love this place. This place never disappoints. If you are looking for a nice place to have dinner with your loved ones, this is the place. There are different cuisines available here and this makes for pleasing everyone's palate when you go in a big group. We love their pizzas and cheesy garlic breads and their lemon iced teas. The staff is polite, attentive and quick in their service. This place tends to get full everytime we have been here. So book a table if you can.. They do seem to have a buffet for lunch as well.

Food was delicious. Service was good.
We mostly tried Italian. However, we ordered Thai green curry which turned out to be delicious as well.
Tiramisu was bit sweeter. Espresso and Cappacino in the end made the trip an amazing experience.
