Friendly staff, good calamari.
Pleasant ambient and nice hospitality.
Santosh has been a great attendant with interesting suggestions on food and info on local cuisine.
The seafood served was very delicious and freshly made. Also the staff was vry polite and helpful.
I visited this place with two of my friends while our stay in South Goa on our first day of the trip. And we kept on going to the same place again and again for each and every meal we had. Food is delicious. Staff is friendly. Ambience is really nice.
They even helped us with places to see in and around South Goa and were helpful enough to tell us in detail about the cab services.
Would definitely recommend it to everyone!!
We stayed in south goa for three days, we literally had our majority of meals here at camron. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything is great. Aloo parantha, cold coffee, french toast, spanish omlette for breakfast are must have. Prawn xaccutti, chef's special xacutti, butter chicken with naan is must have. Highly recommended. We personally asked them to arrange kings beer and they did it, so its a must from my side!!
Located right opposite to Alila diwa(majorda), this place offers you amazing food. Prices are reasonable and staff is cordial and friendly.
We tried Italian, Chinese and Goan food and each one of the items were wowww. We ordered Mozarella Cheese square, Basil Cheese balls, Schezwan fried rice, Hot garlic sauce, Steam rice and Xacutti and fried ice cream.
Amazing taste of the food. Tried Xacutti first time, post staff recommendation, and must say taste was amazing.
Staff is very friendly, ambience is nice, price are decent. If you are in Alila, try visiting this cafe, which is right outside the gate.
Good place.... Good ambience.... The Basil Cheese balls were just watering down in the mouth. It was amazing. Service was also very fast. They take care of the guests and pay special attention to each one.
This place is best for homestyle food and goan cuisine have to drop by here for lots of cocktails and drinks worth tasting everytime you visit here
Amazing place. Throughly enjoyed the food and hospitality. Excellent service and the food was very tastefully cooked and served. Worth a visit anytime. Thanks Serone for all the hospitality and light chat. It added to the flavor of the place.
Captain Morgan it was an awesome experience. If you have not visited this place you have missed something . Delectable it was. Stay blessed.
Dropped by with friends and tried out their seafood tandoori baby pomfret was delicious and tempting certainly the freshest seafood around in Goa.
Totally loved this place. Good food with pleasing hospitality.. Must try the calamari in basil cheese sauce, served with a basket of french fries that adds up to the taste.. Rawa fried prawns were amongst the best ever had.. Surely visiting again..
One of the very few restaurants in south Goa with great satisfactory quality and variety vegetarian food with decent ambiance. Quality was satisfactory. We tried veg starters and north indian veg main course and found it found decent. Though had just visited fishka and found starter out of the world, but are priced much much higher than here.
Overall:
Taste: 4/5
Quality 5/5
Ambiance 4.5/5
Value for money 5/5
Satisfaction 5/5
We happened to visit this place on Good Friday when other restaurants were closed. With less hopes we ordered safe north indian vegetarian food. The quality and taste of food is amazing also the menu has wide variety. Will definitely go back to try more dishes.
Good value for money outlet that allows you a break from the upscale sophistication of AD right in front of it. It's hygienic and well maintained.
The staff is nice, and choice of F&B is good. Overall a fun place to be.
Had an amazing experience at the place with variety of cuisines and the great selection of cocktails like susegado. Can't forget to mention our steward arjun who served with his happy smile and ended with the same one.
Great place. Food is really nice and the staff is very courteous. Their staff Wang Di is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is right opp Alila Diwa. Try the chicken lollipops and chicken tikka masala, yum 😋
Had a very good experience and lively service and staff is really good, Great ambience and value for money really liked it, I would surely recommend it to my friends
Ordered Russian salad. It was good. It has Decent number of cuisines. Will visit again. However there are lesser options in the drinks menu but one will get everything they expect in casual dinner.
This place is right opposite to Alila Diwa goa where we were staying! So we went for late lunches here. They serve Good food. The friendly staff and the prices are easy on the pocket!!
A good place for a lazy brunch ! We visited this place twice during our stay .
We tried the paratha, egg bhurji, chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, omlet, coffee and rose tea!
Would definitely recommend paratha, egg bhurji and rose tea!
The staff is courteous and welcoming!
If you ever visit this place, ask for Wang Di.
Very cooperative, sweet and a lovely waiter. The Prawn Reachado was excellent and the Butter Garlic Sea Bass fish was made really well.
Ambience 4/5
Food 3.5/5
Service 5/5
I've come here 3 times, and every single time me and my family enjoy the food. The food is finger licking. They play a great selection of songs that you can enjoy while eating your food. There's a great variety of dishes, they all taste amazing. The Puri and bhaji is one of my favourite. The ambience is chill and calm. The waiters are super friendly and kind, they take care of all the customers :)
This place is located just outside the Alila Diwa Goa hotel.
It serves good food. They had an offer going on where you buy a bottle of wine and you get 2 additional glasses of wine on the house.
They serve really good authentic Goan food along with some intercontinental dishes as well.
Again a very nice & pleasant dining experience.
It's one of the best place for food.
Great ambience and quality of food
The owner is very friendly and so does the staff
One of the place in Goa to have food..
Total value for money
we came for breakfast...even though it's a basic food....it's damn good..and they have good fresh juices...and the coffee was great....thank you for a awesome breakfast...Will come back for more soon...:)
One of the best restaurants in South Goa. All the dishes that v tried were up to the mark. To be more specific do not miss the hara bhara kabab and alu paratha! And yes if u plan to stay in South Goa, this is a must visit!
The food here was so good, we visited this place again. And would love to come back for the yummy food - be it veg or non veg. Do try their goan sausage pulao, and prawn balchao, they're both super amazing! Yummy parathas for breakfast and their sizzlers are amazing too! Must visit. And there's a nice shop selling bags and clothes right outside it.
We visited the place twice - once for breakfast and the other day for lunch. Also because it was quite close to where we were staying.
Really liked the food here. Would like to specially mention their veg sizzler (in butter garlic sauce) and Neapolitan Spaghetti in tomato cheese sauce. Definitely a must try! Non-veg food (as per my friends) was pretty good as well.
Ambience was pretty average. Good service!
Overall, this place definitely deserves a visit!
On the Majorda beach, Cameron is a very good option for fresh juices, and amazing food specially seafood. The mango juice as just as fresh as one can imagine. I ordered fish tikka, baked out of oven and it tasted delicious. The chilli fish fry was amazing. Loved sitting by the quite beach having dinner by the sound of crashing waves.
The food was tasty and really good.
The service was very quick and they have a pleasant staff.
Prices are quite reasonable.
Enjoyed my time here :')
It's a great place with delicious food and good staff .
Ambotik & xacuti two goan dish were of great taste .will surely come again when ever stay in Goa
I found this place right here on zomato and I am absolutely pleased with services. The staff was very friendly and I give them full marks for their courteous behaviour. I really enjoyed the food and my best pick would be the pancakes ofcourse!
Amazing place ...great ambience.. serves the best seafood.. excellent service.. the waiters are very friendly and so is the owner .. must visit this place whenever you visit goa.. they do have waiters who speak different languages which makes it easier for customers who are not fluent with english or local languages... 😀😀😀
Visiting the Camron on a Monday evening during the off peak season in Goa with your family? Please head to Camron!
We walked in to a completely empty restaurant and I was a little hesitant to why it was so. So while sipping on a Budweiser, i shook off the feeling we ordered Stuffed Shrimps, French Fries and Golden Fried Butter Garlic Squid and boy was I blown away - Just how I like em!!!
Next, Sipping on my favorite- Kings beer, We ordered Main Course - Pork Sizzler (sizzling so beautifully and well organized into portions on Cabbage leaves); Honey and Mustard Pork with Mash potatoes and Boiled Vegetables (a little too sweet with that og so raw mustard scent and rawness, so impressed with that combination), Chicken Cafreal and garlic naan ( I did however feel thaat the cafreal didnt feel too goan or authentic and it was a little tooo spicy).
Overall, I absolutely loved the food and i couldn't have thought of my last night in Goa going any better. The service was excellent(our waiter arjun was too kind), and good music to suit the ambience.
Do keep it up! 😍
The Camron is located right outside Alila Diwa - a small, not so crowded restaurant that you might passover and go to FishKa instead. But we were pleasantly surprised. The food was freshly made, the music is the right volume and overall, the place has a nice Hawaiin vibe. We ordered rice with prawn curry, noodles, dal fry, masala papad and Goan kingfish curry. And not one of the dishes was disappointing. The waiters serve you with warmth and service is pretty quick. After visiting Martin's corner which had horrible service and FishKa which had average food, we ended up visiting this place three times in our 3 days stay. Do give it a try - its one of the places that's trying to gain a foothold against other famous places in the area and they go that extra mile to make your meal better.
This one cozy restaurant located opposite Alila Diwa hotel. The staff is very friendly. The service is the best I have experienced so far. We had ordered a couple of drinks and our main course. The drinks were served with roasted pappad. We ordered chicken manchow soup (4.0/5), chicken seekh kebab (4.8/5) ,paneer tikka masala (4.5/5) and naan (4.0/5). They have indoor aircon seating as well as outer seating and free wifi. Overall one of my favourites in South Goa, would definitely recommend you visit this place with your family.
The food is really good, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. There was a storm in evening when we had dinner and they dropped us back to our hotel as a good will gesture.
I visited this place multiple times during my stay in Majorda. The food and service is really good. Recommended are the goan fish curry rice, chinese items, fresh fruit juices and chicken steak. The xacuti was good too. The staff is very friendly. And pricing is also right. Far far better than Fish ka next door.
Very friendly staff and great hospitality loved the warm and welcoming nature of this restaurant.
Very near to Majorda beach and we decided to eat our lunch over here. Goan Prawn curry with steamed rice which was sufficient for 2 people. Small prawns cooked well with the gravy with kokum gives curry a pungent flavor and authentic Goan touch. Rice was hot and goes well with curry.
Had vanilla ice cream with choco syrup and it was delicious too.
What I like the most was the enthusiasm among staff to serve their guest and sending them off with great smile.
Will definitely come again whenever I visit Goa in future.

+4.5
Unexpectedly bloody good !!!
Red snapper to die for
Prawns tandoori well cooked ; perfectly done
Service very nice
Ambience more cooler ; brighter and cleaner than neighbouring places.
Love it !!!
Great place for some Goan specialities like vindaloo and seafood. Pocket friendly and tasty. If you have a baby then you need not worry since they have baby chairs. We also had the palak paneer and were sceptical but it turned out to be good. I think this place was better than some of it neighbours.
Great place to hangout with friends. Courteous waiters. Great food. Pocket friendly.
For starters we had Butter garlic calamari, chicken Sholay kebab, fish Tikka and chicken lollipop(outstanding).
We ordered chicken Kolhapuri, chicken vindaloo (spicy and yumm :D) and mutton masala with cheese garlic Naan for main course. Chicken steak in mushroom sauce was good chicken steak in pepper sauce was average.
Only the service was a bit slow.
Its an amazing place with good service . Staff are very friendly free wifi i loved d tandoori fish that we had. Its not over rated . I would suggest my friends to come and try it . On fridays they have karokee which was amazing . Hope to be back on new year
Fabulous experience..Food is good here. Coffee and kolahpuri veg is awesome. Not so heavy on pocket.Staff is very friendly.Nice environment with good music. Great going guys.. keep it up.
The food was superb...... nd there atmosphere was familiar..... like ths place so much....... all drink & cocktail they serve was good.... price are affordable ...... will surly visit again.....thnku
Having dinner in Martin's we came out to camron for some cocktails but I was amazed by having camron special which was super cool and thanks guys for the friendly service.
I was staying in Alila Diwa & have seen the restaurants few times due to its presentation of various fish they make. Was pulled in by its aroma & wanted to try their food. I ordered a Tandoori King Fish which took good 30 minutes to come. But the wait was worth it. The fish was very tender and fresh & spices were soaked deep inside. Fish was big in size & its took good amount of time to finish it. I really liked it. Then I tried Chicken Vindaloo, & Kalamari Chilli which were really very good. I was very satisfied with the quality & quantity of the food. There are mostly foreigner guest, straight from the Alila across. Interiors are simple & staff is good. They are quick in serving drinks & make good cocktails. Prices are affordable & quality is good. Overall a good experience & would visit again. Recommended.
Situated in the interiors of Majorda, Cameron is offers a relaxed environment for a meal. Ambience is casual. The staff provides music and mics for karaoke if you ask them. Food here is good. Not one of the best in goa, but the place is fine for a weekend dinner with friends. Not so heavy on the pocket either.
Appetizers here are the best. We ordered platters ( both veg and non veg) and both were satisfactory. Main course was also okay.
Visit if you like a quiet and relaxed environment.
Cheers!
Airy, spacious & modern restaurant. I went during monsoon season and thought there would be no one there. It was nice to see it was quite busy with locals.
The menu is typical of what all the others offered with specials on a board. They were just specific types of seafood. They had crab which they showed me at the back live brown crabs. I would presume you can then choose how to cook it and with what sauce.
I opted for the fish thali and omg my mind was blown with the deliciousness and flavors. I have been to the north of India before and not a stranger to the Indian cuisine but did not expect these burst of flavors coming from all the dishes. Goan flavors are now definitely my favorite type of Indian taste.
The curry had a sour spiciness which whets the appetite nicely, with the whole fish I opted for a Portuguese paste which again had the sour spiciness element to it. The middle was slightly undercooked at the bone but that would be the only thing that I would raise and even that it’s not a big deal and take away from the dish. The other dishes was a prawn kismoor which is a dried shrimp accompaniment which had a nice sweet taste to it, a dried lemon chutney, a poppadom, rice, salad and sol kadi which initially I thought was a dipping sauce and came to realise it was a digestive drink - it was a tangy garlicky drink and it was nice using as a dip for my poppadom and rice.
I also got bebinca, which is a popular traditional goan cake, a sweet spongy type served warm.
I ordered a masala chai which come out in a massive mug and piping hot. The aromatics were so good!
With a bottle a water this all came to 473 rupees, $8 AUD, €5. This included some sort of government tax too. Absolute bargain. My waiter was lovely. No doubt I will visit here before I leave the area! Highly highly recommend!
In the end of my week stay I dined here 3 times! Other dishes I recommend would be the dry clam fry tisre sukhe.. it was sweet, buttery and moreish! I tried the kingfish thali too but I preferred the mackerel thali.. it was much more flavorful!
All in all.. you can’t really go wrong with whatever you order!
This place is too good. We stayed in South Goa for 7 days and have visited this restaurant 5-6 times. They serve very tasty and good quality food. It is also very hygienic and the staff is very polite. The owners themselves come and greet you. The vibe is nice and lively. Must definitely try if u visit South Goa.
Butter kulcha- soft and fluffy kulcha loaded with creamy butter and garnished with coriander and sesam seeds.
Butter chicken - creamy sweet and spicy chicken gravy with boneless tandoori chicken pieces garnished with fresh cream.
Chicken chilli- juicy and tasty Chinese chicken starter with veggies
Chicken lollipop - crunchy chicken lollipop served with Schezwan chutney
Chicken hakka noodles - tasty Chinese noodles with veggies, egg, chicken.
Chicken crispy - crispy chicken tossed in Chinese sauses and veggies, garnished with sesam seeds.
Goan prawns curry - piping hot prawns in orange gravy served with rice
Virgin pinacolada- refreshing fresh juice made from coconut milk
Surmai fry - 2 pieces surmai coated with Indian masalas, rawa and pan fried, served with salad
Delicious food, nicely curated menu and helpful staff. Abhijeet was super helpful with his recommendations and everything he recommended was delicious. We had kingfish tava fry, bombayduck rava fry, calamari golden fry, caramel custard, bibinca with coconut ice cream, everything was delicious. This place is 1km ahead of Martin’s restaurant on the same lane.
The restaurant is located about 2 Km away from Majorda beach in a street. They have lots of dishes in their menu and the price of dishes are very reasonable. Chicken crispy, Chicken Banjara, Chicken wings, Prawns biryani, mutton biryani, sizzler, steak, fish fingers and hot chocolate brownie are some the items that are amazing. The service is good, you don't have to wait for than 20 mins after giving your order.
Authentic Veg Goan Food. Amazing & reasonable cost cocktails. The team people are super awesome, kind and Co-operative... Just loved it.. One of the most memorable & delicious foods in Majorda.. Lovely People! Thank you for your Hospitality. ❤️💯
A heartwarming welcome by the owners. They even stepped out to guide us park our vehicle...so humble 😊.
The staff were courteous, friendly and wore smiles throughout their service.
The place is clean, well maintained and bright. We opted to sit in the open air covered patio area, as opposed to sitting indoors which is a glass partitioned area.
The food is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Most dishes are in the price range of 200 - 300, some lower/higher. The star for me was the Calamari Basil Cheese Sauce (the most tender squids I have ever had) and the Chicken Xacuti. The butter Naans complemented the curries and were crisped to perfection.
I'll let the pictures summarise our experience.
Cheers to Sharon and her amazing staff for the wonderful experience.
Camron has such a vibe. 🤘Good food.. Great ambience and top notch service. It is a lovely family-owned restaurant which won't disappoint you. We went twice for lunch and 2-3 times for dinner and were very happy with the decision. This place is walking distance from Martins corner but apart from live music part, there's nothing extra Martin could offer 😁
Best thing at Camron is fish thali. Must try. I would highly recommend this place. If you are in betalbatim area, give it a try.
Loved the food here. One of the best calamari i had in Goa. The bar menu was also good. The homemade coconut ice-cream was tasty. Had a good experience. Will explore more from the menu. 🤗
Located on the lovely Majorda beach , this is definitely a shack you should visit. The staff is courteous and the service is good. I really loved the food here because it tasted quite different and was delish. We tried the Chicken cutlet and it was amazing . So were the prawns which were melt in the mouth. We had the sizzling brownie with ice cream too which was really nice too. The drinks here were good. A lovely place to watch the sunset with some wholesome food.
Superb food, ambience and above all great hostess who helped us with our order. While it’s not fair to compare, found Cameron’s cosier and better! And super value of money to top to all!
Wonderful place for dining, awesome service. They listen to you and guide as per your taste. Quantity as well quality is souper. Best part is that the prices are also very reasonable. One get all types of drinks here too. Overall dining experience was very pleasant!! Live music at night time was amazing too. Ambience is great too. Definitely a recommend to visit. In fact visited twice in as many days!!!😀
This is one of the best Beach shacks in South Goa. Great service and prices are not very high.
Been here a couple of times and the food has been consistently delicious.
You should try their White sauce pasta. Other suggestions - Chicken Nuggets & Extremely well cooked minced chicken cutlets.
You get real taste here guys, awesome food. I am from Punjab. Ordered Tandoori chicken just taste like North india. Fish curry taste was scrumptious. This is one of the best food option if you are in and around South Goa (near Utorda or Majorda beach.
We ordered King Fish fry, crispy chicken and chicken lollipop. The food was okay but the best part was the service and hospitality offered by the owner. He was very polite and made sure we were given proper attention. I liked the vibe of this place!
This is a hidden gem and doesn’t get enough recognition!!!!
Staying at the Alia Diwa hotel across the road. Myself, my husband and my 2 teenage daughters, we ate there at least 5 days out of the 7. The staff are so friendly and so are the owners. Well priced, full of flavour, very clean and great atmosphere!!!!
One of the best and must visit restaurants in Goa. You will be thrilled by hospitality of owners, food, drinks and music at this restaurant. This is already 22 year old restaurant in Goa.
I was so tired after a long travel and my driver got me here after knowing the place. Although I was skeptical, after initial few moments I knew I was at a great place. Owner warmly welcomed me and suggested their best menu. Overwhelmed by the food, and hospitality.
Definitely a must visit restaurant in south Goa.
Again Forget Martin’s Corner (Check My Review On Copa Coutino). This Place Is Super Amazing With Wonderful Crowd, Good Music, Good Drinks & Positive Happy Vibes. We Ordered Red Snapper In Rachaedo Sauce, Butter Garlic And Drinks. We Enjoyed The Relaxing Time.
Truly unbelievable hospitality and awesome food for both sea food lovers and Vegetarians and also the Bar is one to visit.
Me and my friends had a blast at this place.
Thanks to the host, Jobin, Ace for making our time in Goa memorable.
