Still the best sweets shop in town. No one can beat the quality and taste to date. They have a fully functional restaurant now, but nothing is as good as their dosa and samosa. Lots of munching options are available.
It's a good restaurant. The dosa here is amazing. They have dine in as well as take out facilities. Snacks and sweets are also available here. Overall it was a good experience, this place is clean and the food tastes good as well.
Oh... Utkal is unbeatable.. I'd been there after 10 years. Taste of sweets, Mishti doi, samosa are unbeatable... . During my school days we used to skip periods just to get the taste of samosa. I've been to so many places, Utkal samosa s are best..
Good place for having samosa, dosa. It's little pricey. So if someone is looking for not spending much on outside food like samosa, dosa kachori etc. This is not a place for them.
Nice and very famous sweets shop in Bhilai near Bank of Baroda. I purchased mitha dahi, Rasmalai and kalakand. All items are fresh and too tasty.
Nice location. Good food. We went in a group and tried Masala dosa, Onion Masala dosa, veg cutlet, Dahi samosa, Rasamalai and Chole Bhature. Everyone was quite satisfied with the food quality. Rasamalai is a MUST try. Very yummy.

Tasty Dahi Samose 😍
This place is very old and I remember going here with friends after school, always loved the taste of Utkal's Dahi Samose, garnished with Sweet curd, coriander and chili powder. It ended up looking very festive!

Bhilai's one of the best places where you can get the best kaccha gola sweet and Sandesh. One must try the Kalash Sandesh in winters made by Utkal sweets. I am sure you can't resist yourself to get the 2nd one.
