Amazing vegetarian place to dine! Food was super yummm. Place is really nice, accomodative of your choices. We stayed in Bhimtal for 3days, and visited this place everyday. Loved their meals.
This place was recommended to us by a boat service provider before we could set for Kayaking. He asked if we really to wanted to have 'Good Complete Food' then we should head to Rituraj Restaurant. And we got what he said and we wanted. It is visible from the main parking/market area at the lake.
The owner was kind enough to keep our helmets, bags with him and bike in front of his restaurant while we set out for Kayaking.

RituRaj Restaurant.. a food joint with a difference. This place offers simplicity first then a seat and then place your order.. Really loved the way the restaurant owner welcomed and asked for a few seconds before allowing us to have a seat. Had a good time absolutely.
We had three days stay in Bhimtal and today we got chance to have dinner in RituRaj restaurant. I have chosen it after reading positive reviews about restaurant. This time, we got more than expected from this restaurant. We had heavy lunch at Nainital. So, we wanted light dinner. We have ordered boiled rice and yellow dal.. Dal was just like our homemade dal abd best in quality. Also, inspite of full restaurant, their service was prompt and proactive. Owner of restaurant is a wonderful person who is too down to earth.. We never met him before but after having our dinner we talked to him for 5-10 mins about history of Bhimtal. He was closing his restaurant, still hw talked in friendly manner... Overall, excellent experience... I personally recommend this restaurant to everyone come to bhimtal
This place is really amazing, unlike the other stalls nearby the food is really good and the place is really clean and well maintained. The owner is really helpful and kind! I would recommend the Kadai Paneer, Zeera Rice and the Aloo Paratha as my favourites here. The dining area within is also clean and well maintained. Overall, this is the best restaurant in Bhimtal for all people seeking vegetarian food! Would love to come back one day.

I stayed at the Lake Hill Hotel, which is just next to this restaurant. The hotel has its own restaurant but I was fortunate enough to stumble upon RituRaj Restaurant. I made it a point to have my lunch and dinner at this place for the 4 days i was in Bhimtal.
It's a neat and tidy place, with good music, courteous staff and amazing food (only vegetarian options) which gives you a feel of home away from home. The food is very tasty, the portions are very appropriate and the price is extremely reasonable. I personally liked their Dal Makhani, Rajma, Vegetable Korma, Mixed Vegetable, Mushroom Curry and Lemon Tea.
I highly recommend this place!
