this is the place where every vegitarian of bhopal visited at least once yesssss this restaurant offer you very tasty north indian vegetarian food. i visited with my friends we all ordered thali for 4.
it has nice quality and quantity in the affordable price. taste is really good if you are in bhopal or if u visit bhopal I suggest you to try this place.
This place is absolutely amazing for vegetarians. The food being served is absolutely hygienic and mind-blowing in taste.
i was on a tourist trip to bhopal when i was recommended this restaurant by our guide this place has some amazing local food.
Special mention would be their thali which is literally 5/5 u have one and ull be done for the meal . This one is a must visit when ur in bhopal :)

Totally worth it...I came from Mumbai and wanted to eat proper Desi hotel food....and I was impressed with the quality and taste of food that they served. Compared to the price of the food the taste was way way better.

The taste here is just superb. I tried palak paneer , kadi pakoda & Kaju Singapuri. Have heard their Shahi paneer is also good but haven't tried it. But the best thing about this place is prompt service & courteous staff. Readily available throughout your dining time. What I also liked about this place was the kindness of the owner. It was raining outside & sone people just came in for shelter from rain & didn't order anything. The restaurant not only allowed them but allowed them to stay till it stopped raining. A must come place not only for good food but also to see good people
At the restaurant price of mini meal is 120 rs and Zomato is showing 145 after discount price is 136 you are fooling peoples

The food was really good. I had received very big pieces of matar paneer and tandoori tava rooti was very mouth watering and aloo goo goobhi was very delicious and service was also good . I had received my order very soon .
I used to visit this place since I was in college, 8 years ago.
When recently I went there to refresh my memories, I was happy to see that this place had upgraded and has many branches now. However, the food quality and quantity REMAIN GREAT AS EVER. The navratan korma is to die for and the best I have eaten so far in my life.
The chaanch is refreshing.
Paneer lababdar is great too.
The service is fast.
Must visit place if you are in Bhopal.
Place is over crowded on holidays so please book table earlier and food of this place is awesome and behaviour of staff members is good and humble.

This Restaurant provides good quality food and one of the famous restaurant. Some dishes are very tasty. But sometime service problem is there. The place offers good breakfast, lunch and dinner. menu is extensive and they have best preparation in town. with few branches around the city you can grab it anywhere just google the address. though you might find it a little pricey but its worth the money. Remember in festive season u have to wait in queue for this place 😊

So today I am in bhopal and didn't know where to go to have food, so I ordered from bapu ki Kutia. I was so hungry and had company also, so I ordered two normal thali from here.
To my surprise, they have such good packaging. No spillage and hot food. The chapati were fresh, hot and soft. The food tasted yumm. They had these pickle salt n mouth freshener packats as well.

Touristy Vegetarian Review ~
I was told this is one popular food chain in Bhopal and how could I miss it when I was in Bhopal. We hopped in to the Lal ghati branch and the place looks pretty decent with normal seating arrangement all over the place and kitchen and receiption all in the same area.There's too much of chaos but was crowdy and people kept moving in.
We ordered butter tawa rotis, Missi rotis, paneer korma, vegetable kadhai, jira rice, dal fry and butter milk. I was very happy with food. The Missi roti was nice and soft. The curries were yumm and spices we're on point. The jira rice was a bit flat though and didn't taste that great. The butter milk was good with the tadka done Nicely. I guess I drank 2 glass of butter milk. Thr food was delicious and I can hop in again when I am in Bhopal to try rest in the menu.
The staff were nice and friendly but couldn't address all the tables coz of the crowd I guess. The whole order was around 800 bucks which is neither expensive nor cheap. The food was worth it for the price.
Bapu ki kutia name itself sounds so authentic and good food is an add on. Definitely visit their place for a good meal. Embience needs to be worked upon.

Good place for Vegans ....to hang out when it comes to budgetary constraint....Mix veg was grevyless.....so not an option for spice lovers....can go for other dishes with grevy.......overall food quality is good

Great food at Bapu Ki Kutiya.
Bapu boley to Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. 😁 So obviously you are eating Indian Cuisine. You are not eating at a Chinese restaurant and if you are eating Chinese then expect Desi Chinese in even desi Bhopali style. People expecting amazing Chinese here are at a wrong place. And Kutiyas don't have separate parking space. There is no dedicated parking space.
Now coming to taste. This place has been there from a long time. I am eating here for more than 20-25 years. As a kid my dad used to bring me here. The taste of Paneer Butter Masala and Tandoori Roti / Naan is still the same and I like it. Chinese taste is not great. It was average. Taste 5/5
Quality - I will give my experience off course. I find the quality to be very good. The type of material which was used was good. Cashew and Paneer tasted nice. 5/5
Hygiene - They try to maintain good hygiene. Kitchen looked nice from a primary look. Waiters were not wearing gloves, half masks, and roti was touched by hand while serving. Definately this can be improved. But plates were clean, tables were clean. There was no issue I noticed. 4/5
