I've visited this place numerous times, and it hasn't really changed. The food is still delicious, especially the kothey. It remains a great spot for family gatherings.
The crowd is increasing day by day. Now it's difficult to find a seat. But When I went in the evening, it wasn't crowded at all. It's possible they've expanded their seating area.

Been there a lot of times. Nothing changed much. Their food quality, service all is good. Love their kothey, n it tastes really awesome. Rest for family dine out, its a nice place.
Crowd has decreased a bit. Earlier there used to be waiting time, but now its easy to find a place to sit. Visited during evening hours and it was not crowdded. Maybe they expanded sitting zones.
Update: Visited this place after 4 years, while I was in Bhopal, and it was still the same. We tried Kothey, chhole bhature and cholle tikki chat, and everything was great. 👍
Food is great but service is quite poor. The staff doesn't listen and serves poorly.

If you're looking for indian vegetarian food this is an awesome place. Taste is good, quality is good, quantity is good. Price is decent and you will find the taste same every time. Starters, main course and desserts are all good. You will enjoy every bite here. Overall if you're selective about particular food this is place.
Pure veg restaurant. Taste and quantity of food is good. ISO certified restaurant. Ambience is average. A bit crowded after 8 pm and usually there's waiting in evening. UPI based payment facility available. Service is fast and staff is polite. Good place for dinner with family.
Bapu ki kutia is one of the few restaurants who are still maintaining their quality of food, taste, and their service. Tried premium thali which was amazing everything taste perfect and the gulab jamun was the star of the thali.
Walked in For Lunch here. Must say i was super hungry and really craving for good food . I was delighted as soon as the dishes were served on table as the food was looking too tempting .
Not just in presentation it was super delicious in taste also.
We ordered Masala Dosa and Chole Kulche served with rice and Salad .
Enjoyed every bite of food in Bapu ki Kutia.

Bapu ki kutia is an older chain of restaurants in Bhopal. I have been there several times, from my childhood to this date. The place is similar and the food tastes delicious. Interior is amazing and is an economical place. It is a good place for small celebrations and gatherings.
This restaurant is one of my favourite restaurants. they serves delicious vegitarian dishes. their interior and sitting arrangement is amazing. they have eye catching interior. they offers good service. they never keept waiting for long time.

The brand has been recognized over the years for its uncompromising levels of food & service.
Now coming on their delicate platters. We tried their Jeera Fried Rice , Dal Makhani , Roti Butter , Paneer Tikka Masala , Kaju Curry , Masala Papad , Chachh and Lime Soda. They were really at their best but I personally think there was a room for improvement in the taste of Paneer Tikka Masala and even the paneer cubes were very small and were crumbled. They should be very careful while presenting the dishes , it's not good for the repo they have build so far. So if you all visit Bhopal , this restaurant should be on your list.
