It's a startup by engineers & mba's. A good enough place to eat some food that wont burn a hole in ur pocket. Butter panner masala and naan are good and so is soya chaap, which according to me is a unique dish that u wont find any place else. So overall it's a good place to hang out and eat some dishes which are light on pocket.
A must visit place! Nice decor and theme given to the place. Must try- Dahi sholey kabab and soya chaap(gives the feel and mimics chicken for the vegetarians). Delicious food. I would have been there everyday only if I didn't live so far off. Typical "soorma bhopali" props including a red hat kinda thing and different moustaches available so don't forget to have fun n click pics when you are there with your gang of friends! Will visit again to try other dishes on their menu!
Soorma Bhopali is around my work area since long, but it was only recently that I chanced to experience their food, at a pool party. The food was good enough to want me to visit them, I ordered for their dahi sholey kebabs, a cold coffee and of'course noodles for my little one ( which they took extra care to customize for the child, without much instructions over it). the food tasted exactly the same as before ( consistency is important for me). the service was prompt and behavior of the staff cordial, overall it was a good experience for what they offer.
Ps: the afghani soya chaps is a good recommendation.
I really like, what the college guys did with this food joint thing. I often go to Soorma. They best serve, the Paneer Tikka Sandwich, Paneer Rolls and Lassi. Go going Team Soorma Bhopali. Try It.
Good food at economic rates. Quick delivery at home. Tried there veg biryani once and the veg combo several times and found it delicious. However they can work on to get a better place where the sitting area is more comfortable.

If u r a foodie and if u have been to place like delhi..."heaven for foodies"...then u should knw what is SOYA CHAP.....but just in case u dont...so it is soya granules being boiled and then mashed and mixed with spices and then formed on either skewers(seenkh) or ice cream sticks...and then roasted to a temperature of 160 to 180°F....till it turns a bit brownish...that roasted part is soya chap...and when in a place where people only know basic food like butter paneer masala...chicken rarra....mutton korma etc etc....came to find that "Soorma Bhopali" serves soya chap.....they should crave for it...splly veg ppl...they will feel they r having a veg chicken....
Well this was about what is soya chap...bcoz many ppl gets confused with it....anywys...soorma bhopali...as the name suggests....bhopali...but...it is not to be very honest....as its been said" never judge a book by its cover"....similarly for me it is "never judge a food outlet without tasting its food".....so people....pls go for the outlet and taste its food...its mouth watering...
Well wen we have started talking for food......personally i did not expect soya chap in bhopal...but wen i actually had it in bhopal at this place as almost the same taste as i had in delhi....oh man...it was a crying out loud moment for me....these are bloody delecious.....u cnt be easy sitting by just having one peice...u continuing crave for more....the succulent and juicy soya mash incurred with spices and pastes and then being roasted on charcoal so that the earthy aroma of charcoal gets inside and then burst in ur mouth like a flood of flavours which have different natures likely spicy and then creamy and then roasty and then soya and the cycle goes on and on and on......its heaven made...
Well it was all about soya chap but there are also other dishes that are grt in taste at this place like "dahi sholey ke kebabs".....too good...yummy...crispy...creamy...tangy...spicy....in all....EVERYTHING....also they have combos like shahi chap with different indian breads and butter paneer masala with breads...dal makhni with breads....i have tried everything...and trust me....u wont get disappointed going to this place....it awesome....
The place is good...ambience is good...but i would suggest that go in the evening dawn as in day...the fireball on top of our head will kill the mood and hunger by the time we will order....also u have different props available to get urself clicked to make it bhopali by the name....
I have given it 4.5 as food is awesome ambience is grt u have props to make it memorable but the quantity of the snacks mainly kebabs are 3 in peices....i ordered soya chap and i got 3 peices...and as i said u will crave for more...so 0.5 points....deducted for quantity splly wen u r serving grt food......

My personal fav for vegetarian food. Probably the best Paneer Malai tikka I've ever had (I've tried it in several cities and famous places). Dahi sholay kebab is also a must try 😍 😁
Finally visited "Soorma Bhopali" nice place and good food . The ambience was very interesting and quick service was appreciated.In love with soya chap and the kebab platter....its just yummmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyy !! Great Job done by Shekhar & team ! ! Kudos guys..a much needed destination for all those who "love 2 Eat".. "One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well."

I visited first time here n when I started looking at menu , the guy at counter asked me is it your first time here I replied yes... Then he advised me to order dahi sholay kabab ... I m seriously telling u it was awesome . I would rate 5 for dahi kabab
soya chaap, the only reason i visited this place was soya chaap. i got to know about them and visited the place. place is nice and kebabs good but those chaaps were not what i had imagined, need improvements in this section. been there a few times, a good place for a quick bite.
Go for starters ! Good taste! :) the place is good of you like outdoor seating and some dishes are unique so go for it.
The place should be visited once or just get a home delivery.

Biryani was good as there was a correct combinations of all the masalas that u have put..The malai chap was also good..7/10 from my side..

This place has a dish to offer called Dahi Sholey Kabab. The dish is so good that it casts a spell which will make you visit this place more often than you think you would. Located at the shaitan singh market it has a board of a drive in restaurant as it is situated right at the chowk..
Setup is small with a counter, 3-4 chairs and bamboo walls with bhopali language cut outs..
I ordered dahi sholay kabab and malai tikka chap.. They took around 20 minutes to serve and this were served with mint chutney and pyaaz similar to sagar gaire..
Dahi sholay kababs were majestic.. They were perfectly flavored and u would end up wanting more.. Malai tikka chap were good too..
I will rate service as average while value for money : perfect

Well, the best way to stay happy is to keep your stomach happy... Soorma Bhopali has amazed me by its name itself! Wao- feels like home right? Being a Bhopali and a vegetarian is a tricky combo but this place makes me feel proud about it.. :) It serves you the authentic Bhopali flavors in its own creative versions, my favourite being the Dahi Sholay Kebabs and Cold Coffee. Also, its a Drive-in restaurant so you get food right through your car window. That's what I call FAST FOOD. Must visit! Love Bhopal. Love Soorma Bhopali!
It was a birthday special at Soorma Bhopali. I asked them for birthday surprise arrangements and they went out of the way to make it really special. Food was really delicious. Everything was so personalized and very well managed. Thanx for making it really special. i would really recommend it to every one for such occasions and otherwise. It was late January evening the breeze was still cold and my stomach was thundering with hunger. As a new entrant I had heard a lot about the Soormas of Bhopal. I just planned to stroll around to put some jelly in my belly this strange name grabbed my attention which was Soorma Bhopali. The yellow ambiance and the menu tempted me. As always being the part of hotel culture I seldom had the opportunity to have food like Dahi Chole Kabab, Karati Tikki and other mouth watering indian cuisines that could change the thought of hunger into the feeling of love for food. Not only the food but gesture with which the food is served makes me feel at home. The owners and the staff have turned to friends from strangers and now I don't need the thunder of hunger to force me for a visit but the aroma itself is sufficient enough to fizzle out the stress and worries of my college projects and tests. Every next visit forces me to pay another visit to this homely surrounding.
Soorma Bhopali is THE PLACE for foodies like me.

First of all this kinda place was long awaited in bhopal owing to its unique area of expertise and great pricing. It's a pure vegetarian delight. Now to start with they serve a variety of veg kebabs which is their USP. You must try their dahi sholay kebab and afghan chap. The freshness of ingredients and food quality is commendable which they should maintain as such forever. Taste is original and will last for a while if you are a true connoisseur. Afghani chap, if you have tried before, will match or mostly supersede your previous experience. It might be the best thing they offer. Same goes for achari chap and malai tikka chap. Paneer tikka has usual taste and it's fresh. Among other things, their biryani and dal makhani is good if you are in for a heavy meal.
Overall if you're in bhopal, do pay this place a visit and try their kebabs and tikkas!
This place is so close to my house.. and i never tried it thinking its a non-veg eatery. Just yesterday i came to know that its actually vegetarian.. and decided to try it then and there. I tried its chaap, which was yum. Looking forward to visit again and try other items on menu.

Biryani, Soya rogan josh and Daal makhani are my favuorite at this newly opened place. Decent pricing and delectable taste is wat Soorma Bhopali stands for. Service is fast. Keep up the consistency in taste. This place is really amazing.
As a starter, this place is most promising and delight in terms of food, dal makhani is so good like homemade, best part of restro is their hospitality and services. I like tht SB cap....:)......But you have to increase your menu atleast in case of soups. They have created a different feel in there with bhopali style........wish them best of luck........and keep carrying your good work ama..........
