This place has exceeded my expectations.
From the pictures I've seen here, I was excited to visit the place..
The ambience around is vibrant and rich.
Waiters were really kind in recommending the dishes.
We were offered a papad with salsa as a timepass snack.
Following that, our orders were served i.e Adai with Aviyal and Today's Special Dosa.
The portion and the size were much better than I expected.
Adai with Aviyal is dense, tasty and healthy.
Special Dosa included potatoes, paneer, veggies and cheese. This is something not everyone may like and if you find it desirable, ask the waiter in advance before ordering.
We then had filter coffee and fried ice cream, both of which were outstanding.
Fried ice cream is probably one of the best I've had till date. Just the right sauce, the butterscotch ice cream, the fried coating that's not too thick. An excellent dessert that's highly recommended.
Overall, this easily tops the list in South Indian Restaurant category and I'd happily recommend it.

Great variety of Veg foods available. Ambience is also great. Food mostly posses a southern taste to it. Great options btw. Bit expensive but cool with the diversity.
Very intricate, contemporary, authentic south Indian restaurant in Bhubaneswar. It really looks expensive but it isn't. The staffs are very professional and courteous. Food was delicious.
A nice place for South food. Literally the interior n making style of food gonna make you feel like south indian🤩 u will get here every types of south Indian foods. We have ordered mysore masala dosa, piaz pakoda n idli literally all were awesome but dosa could be more better😕well may b it was my bad day😅 n irani chai was good. So it's a recommend place😁
Cosy place. Service was good. I tried the family dosa(enough for three person) which is 2.5 ft long. The taste of samber, chutney and masala was really good.
Got home delivery from this amazing place which serves authentic south indian food. Each dish on the menu is so carefully crafted. I ordered south indian special thali which came with in 20 mins in a neat packaging . So, for hygiene its a big yes. And the aroma was so fragrant. And almost 10 or 11 items were there in the thali. And each item has been prepared with some thought. The food was so filling but so light on the stomach. Would like to visit soon.

The South Indian food is good but, This place is known for its Taste's and crispy dosa. The staf is also good. They also prepare food in front of you in the evening which is good to watch
If you are in Bhubaneswar and you are a South Indian , obviously this is the place for you. Apart from that for authentic and delicious and variety South Indian dishes this is a one stop place. The best part is the hygiene of the place . I felt the hygiene is a stand out both at the eating and the cooking area.
One of my favourite restaurants which i come Regularly to have authentic south indian thali which is great for this price and the dosa here is very much unique and very tasty.
This place serve south indian dishes and they are tasty also the good thing is they have less spicy and I like their ambience also it's so decorative and it's feel good also
Really great place to have your breakfast, try the idli and chilly cheesy dosa also the schezwan dosa was great ,budget friendly and also a great staff, prices are good as per the ambience and food.

Have eaten. South food is best available here. Love the dosas you guys make. Have eaten here on multiple occasions. Would love to eat again.
Variety of dosas available here... Dosa is delicious here... But puri and sabji is not good as puri served to me were full of oil.. And Falooda served here is 6/10
They are good with their menu and good with their servings. You will south indian ambiance and tasty food.
Go for the normal thali here if you want to belly up.
Falooda and jigarthanda are things to enjoy.
Best is the many authentic south indian items in menu.

Delicious food, the chutneys are brilliant. Pricing a bit on the higher side. Environment is great, try their idlis...they are not going to disappoint.
Nice and tasty but needs improvement.. I haven't seen in BBSR any other restaurant for the Dish like dosha like south indian style....keep the Quality and taste same forever

Possibly the best place in Bhubaneswar to try some good (and authentic) South Indian food. The prices are reasonable, and the food is tasty. A perfect place for a good morning breakfast, or a light supper.
The only thing that this place needs to improve is on its services. A simple dosa takes around 35-45 minutes to arrive. The services are extremely lethargic at times.

Loved the ambience and the painting showing the south indian culture. The cheese chilly Dosa and the Schezwan Dosa we ordered was pretty good.

A simple veg restaurant with some special food....
Well its name only suggests that it is a south Indian restaurant....
Here one can find varieties of dosas and other south Indian delicacies....
I tried their most recommended special thali which included at least 14 kind of items.....the items are rice, puris, dal, curries, curd, chutneys and a sweet dishes....the quantity of the whole thali is more than enough...
The taste was good...it was neither too spicy nor heavy....it was completely balanced....
We also tried falooda....falooda with combination of three different ice creams (vanilla, butterscotch and strawberry) with fruits like pineapples, apples and pomegranate was the perfect desert....
Overall this is a very nice place with some awesome food and service....
Next time I am gonna try their dosas...
Food is great especially the south indian dish varieties they have is pretty good. I ordered mysore onion butter masala dosa. It was very good and it too had a 4 types of chutney which i liked very much.
Today evening i went this place with one of my friend. We ordered idili and vada combo with one large rava onion dosa. Both are superb with authentic South Indian taste. Love those side chutney and sambar also (i loved sambar more❤️). After those yummy food we also ordered filtered coffee and you can go this place blindly for filter coffee. One of the best south Indian restaurant in bbsr. Would love to go again.
Certainly a place worth a visit for south-indian cuisine lovers..it would not be an exaggeration to tout it as one of the south-indian places in Bhubaneswar..service is quick and there is enough seating space for a lot of people..a must try for dosa lovers!!
This place is a perfect example of giving twist to simple things and making them taste amazing as well. They have a good number of different kind of dosas and their idli manchurian and schezwan dosa is a must try. The best thing about this particular dosa is they don't put mashed potatoes unlike other places where they make it like masala dosa with schezwan sauce. And filter coffee is like icing on the cake.
Perfect for South Indian breakfast at a reasonable price in this city. Except for the taste of filter coffee which is quite far from the taste it should actually have.

Food quality very good. Quantity also up to the mark. Best part is taste. It taste as we like to have it at restaurant itself. Prompt delivery by zomato. No need to call for adress.

Go South is 'the best' place to try South Indian Cuisine. We had a Thali and falooda. Each and every item was cooked to perfection. Finding a fault out here is next to impossible. The quantity provided is great. They provide unlimited quantity of rice. Moreover, they are so attentive that they come to serve you before you ask them. The food was not spicy and the rice was soft,just like home made food! The Falooda was just wow. Heavenly!! Must try item out here. The service is extremely quick. The staff are courteous and attentive. Had a fantastic experience at Go South. Thank you Guys :)

I recently had the Andhra ghee roast dosa which was very spicy. If you love your food to be this way, then Go for it. Else, simply try the ghee roast dosa.
I had also the mushroom Biriyani. I was so so skeptical about this. And honestly I didn't expect it to be a good choice of mine from the menu. But, it was yummy. Loads of mushroom in the Biriyani. And, it was perfectly balanced in spices.
Again coming to the staff etiquettes, I am satisfied with it. They are alert to your needs.

Ordered onion butter masala dosa . Got it before time. It was well cooked and warm. The sambar was pretty delicious. Among 3 varieties of chutneys only the coconut chutney was a bit tasteless, rest were fabulous. Price is a bit high though.

Authentic south indian taste,had spl thali & onion masala,the chutney could be thicker,sambar & dosa stuffing were superb,thali was great.would love to go again.
The food was okayish. We ordered podi idly , uttapam and filter coffee. The cutneys and sambar was tasty and nice. The uttapam was missing salt but was pipping hot and taste was good. Didnt like the podi idly though it wasnt bad. The podi was just bland.
The filter coffee was just plain coffee not the actual filter kapi.
Best breakfast place in Patia! The Idli and Dosa are delicious ... Podi Idli and Karivepakku Podi Idli were unique, masaledaar, soft and adorably tiny. The Rava Masala Dosa was crispy with great masala. The chutneys served with them were my favourite though. Green and Yellow both!
Service was excellent and fast. Ambience was cool with southie accents. Great for a dine out with friends and family. Location is pretty accessible. Prices are reasonable too.

An authentic experience. I am a regular visitor to the place because it never dissapoints. I mostly order Dosa (Mysore butter masala dosa and Rava dosa are favourites), Gobi fry is decent except that sometimes it's not crisp. Absolutely love the filter coffee and Rawa Kesari.

Well maintained and food was better than expected. Might call it a bit expensive for tiffins.
Coming in to the most important fact- the food - It's good but not as per it's price , different types of dosa are available but would have liked to see more of other items too . It's hygenic ( from what I could see) , and the cost is a little in the higher side.Tge place and it's crew are also polite but lack a little enthusiasm from what I felt but that might be a bad day for that waiter 😉 I would say 400/- for two at least.
